Great Gutters was asked to fix my gutters and metal flashing. They billed me $171 for the work, but nothing was done. They spent less than 10 minutes on the job and screwed one screw in the gutter. They never bothered to fix the metal flashing that was hanging down. I told them that the job was fixed correctly. They ignored 10 messages from me, and missed 8 different appointments to fix the job correctly. After over a month of blowing in the wind, the metal flashing finally broke off. When they finally came out a 2nd time to fix it, they did nothing other than rip of the remaining piece of metal, then billed $135 for repairing the SAME gutter I already paid them to fix, $100 for a siding repair that THEY damaged with their own ladder, and $20 for a soffit repair that wasn't done. They then called me numerous times from SIX different phone numbers harassing me for payment for work that was never done. Now I have to pay $200 to a different repairman due to damages they caused.
