They also do good work and their prices are very reasonable. On my last visit one of the owners, Nicola, who was also the mechanic working on my car for a scheduled oil and tire change decided that since I didn't have much mileage on it and required synthetic oil it would be fine not to do the oil change. He did inspect it to make sure it was okay to that and ultimately he saved me a fair bit of money. How many mechanics would have been so honest? The answer is not very many but it's gestures like these that win customers if you ask me. Next time I need work on my car I won't even think twice about where I'll go.

I brought my car in for some minor scratches that I was nonetheless concerned could rust. I also wanted to have the car rust-proofed. In passing, I told the manager, George, that he could go ahead and fix any minor scratches that he thought would be worthwhile, as long as the cost overruns were kept to a minimum. The guys kept my car longer than initially scheduled and the entire process cost a few extra hundred bucks, but when I got my car back it looked brand new. We are talking a 6 year Honda that has criss-crossed the entire continent. They made it look absolutely brand new. For an absolutely pittance, I got a brand new car. Bottom line here is that if you are looking for a fast and dirty service, go somewhere else. But if you want the job to be well done, thorough, and professional, than come to Park Lane Auto Body. Gave me a time to inspect the car. Took $50 plus taxes for it and consulted battery change. Took $200 advance despite my objection and told me that he was giving an estimation and the overall could be less. At the same time, he gave me a date to fix the issue. On the appointed time, he said he forgot about it. Denied to cancel the deal and kept me waiting for 3 hours. The part he charged was $500, which to me was a lot more than I had expected. Later on, the other mechanics told me that the same change could have been done at 1/3rd of the price. Thus, this guy from pujab is like tyrant, and any reviews you give about him on the website, he tries to justify by putting false information. Some reviews on his site are fake as there is no mention of what was done to get that rating. He is just like any other guy you expect based on the name of his store. Avoid this charlatan at any cost.

The mechanic told me he needed to replace wheek knuckle and tie rod, before he can do the alignment. Today I went to a shop in Wisconsin and they told me that the tie rod needs to be replaced and it would cost me $400. They said that the tire rod was either never replaced or replaced with a defective part. I do not know much about cars so I trusted these guys only to be severely disappointed. Update: After I showed the paperwork from Ideal Alignement to the mechanics at Sears Auto, they told me that the inner tie rod was damaged, not the outer one that Ideal Alignement replaced... Regardless, I paid $500 to get my car fixed and they should have taken care of all Alignement issues.. I don't know much about cars, but for a third party shop to point out something in the same spot, that was affected by a fender bender, without even me mentioning it to them, raised real concerns about the service at Ideal Alignement...I just want to point out that the mechanic at Ideal Alignement was very nice and courteous .. I just feel that maybe he should have been more thorough...
