Original ticket parkiing in a handicap zone - later upgraded to disobeying traffic cones with 2 points! Weiss & Associates were honest and even told me that the points would probably not appear in my DL. Any unjust offense can take a toll on your family, however, I couldn't be more grateful for their expertise and dedication to help resolve this matter. They took the time to fully understand the case, explaining every step of the legal process including the legalistic boiler plate language that I could not grasp. What really stood out, is how much Russ genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for my family. I truly believe that without their help, skill, and commitment, the outcome may have been very different. Highly recommended and trusted!

GOT A TRAFFIC TICKET? CALL JAMES AND HIS TEAM, YOU WONT REGRET IT!…read more I received a speeding ticket for going 51 in a 25 zone and for an uninspected vehicle here in NYC. James Meadows was my first call shortly after receiving my ticket. He promptly responded to my inquiry, provided me an upfront price, gave me a straightforward way to pay, and explained to me what he can, cannot do and what to potentially expect and not expect. His communication is clear and concise. His level of professionalism and integrity is phenomenal, at least in my experience. He went above and beyond while trying to do everything in his ability to get my tickets dismissed however, he was not able to do so not because of anything he did or didn't do but just because NYC does not plead tickets down and 99.9 % of the time the police officers show up in addition to their verbal deposition there's also the body cam footage and other evidence that is very hard and difficult to get thrown out. Despite a partial negative outcome, he was able to secure a warning from the judge instead of a suspension in addition to the points, which is my eyes is a good outcome thanks to James! Although it's not the outcome I wanted, it's a reasonable one that I am content with. If I ever get cited for any other traffic infraction in the future, he will for sure be my first call again. The moral of the story is do not break traffic laws, but if you do call James because he and his team will do everything reasonable in their ability to secure the best positive outcome possible. Also, James has a pretty sexy voice and is pretty hot to look at!
