A few weeks later, while I was out of town in July, I got a message from my Ecobee thermostat indicating that the A/C wasn't working. I texted Russ about this and he showed up after 6PM on a Saturday, the same day I texted him about the issue! He figured out what was wrong right away and just folded the service call into my annual service plan which was, as before with the dishwasher, very generous and much appreciated. I'm literally excited to have Fuse Service as my go to place for appliance repair and HVAC maintenance. I'm used to businesses asking me to write positive Yelp reviews and I don't mind that. My dryer conked and Sears said they could be out in 10 days to fix it. Yeah, I was going to wait for that. I called J&J and they were out the next day. They were on time, had all the parts on the truck and gave me a fair, accurate estimate on what it would cost to fix the dryer. I was back in business in no time.
