My favourite is Ginger/Apple as I am a ginger lover! All their cider is produced from fruits grown locally and fermented in small batches on sites with no sugar, alcohol or artificial flavours added. The tasting room is clean and spacious. There is seating where you can order a glass of their cider with a cheese plate to snack on. So glad Renee was our server, she went above and beyond explaining some of the history of the building from the 1900's a the historic pig named Clark who was apart of the Clarksburg country fair. There are lovely big tables for socially distant gathering outdoors, and a few food items for sale like maple syrup, maple cider grilling sauce, honey, grass fed meats and fresh veggies. You can stay and hike around the forest and property and see many experiments in action. We got a little tour today and saw shiitake mushrooms growing on logs! I chose alcohol and every single cider that I tried including the ones on the tour I absolutely love, they have a lower sugar content than traditional ciders that you buy at the LCBO which gives them a lighter refreshing feel. For their regular flavors I thought the draught cider was the best. And for the seasonal they had a sangria cider that was absolutely refreshing as well I tried the cambert cheese I believe.. it was that came with their gooseberry jelly oh my goodness that jelly was absolutely delicious and they do sell it in the market. I also tried their pizza and I thought the pizza was absolutely delicious I got the large which is a shareable I also noted that the staff seemed genuinely happy from the servers to the hostess to the tour guide. In 2025 a lot of places you go it feels like people do not want to be at their place of work so that was nice to experience.

But it is nicely decorated with tasting bar area if you want a tasting sampler and an outdoor/indoor area if you want to have a flight or a glass with cheese platter. $5 would get you 5 samples: Dry Cider, White, Red, Rose and Iced wine. I am also impressed with their selections and quality. Dry Cider ($9.95) is so easy drinking and their Iced cider (pear/apples) so delicious. I was able to find everything I need and so impressed with the prices especially for organic produce, even compared to superstore, some of the prices are lower and very fresh. Their weekly sales flyer is so worth it too! I love how clean the store is, there's lot of parking out front, cashiers are nice. Will definitely be back! :)
