I would highly recommend DunRite Detailing. My husband had gotten me a gift certificate to get my car detailed. We get back from a beach vacation each August and it is a complete mess between sand, two kids, and two fluffy dogs. I can't describe the transformation in just a few hours. I wish I had before and after pictures. There is literally no evidence that my beach trip, dogs, or children even exist. The two gentlemen who worked on the car were professional, communicative, and efficient. Will definitely be using again! read more

I recently got my girlfriend's car detailed through Dunrite and the technicians who came reeked of weed which made the whole car smell. They also left streaks on the interior windows and windshield. Johnnie, the owner was incredibly rude when I informed him of the situation. Terrible detailing and terrible customer service. read more

I just had a second car detailed by DunnRite Detail and again I was impressed. April showed up early and got right to work. My car looks amazing. She was extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company. I also was very pleased with April. read more

They destroyed the clear coat on my vehicle. They DO NOT know how to remove paint spray.

April came out to my home and detailed my engine as it was filthy after being in the shop for 2 months. April was half hour early, very friendly and did a great job! Communicating and scheduling were all pleasant and smooth. I will definitely be using DunRite for further detailing of my household's vehicles! read more

DunRite Detail - 2022 Nissan Sentra SR - Auto Detailing Near Me - Hartford, Connecticut

At first glance, the car looked great, however after getting in it and going for a drive, you start to notice the little things that were missed...the things that you are paying a professional detailer to do. -The small windows up front were not cleaned. You can even still see the mark from where I took my suction cup mount off the window prior to the detail. -The area at the top of the door where the window tracks are were still full of dirt/dust. - The dashboard was cleaned unevenly and you can clearly see where it was and wasn't touched. Also dirt/dust still on/around the dash and can be really seen around the radio. -The vents weren't even touched. They are still covered in dirt/dust. I wish I took a better look at it while the guy was here, but like I said, at first glance it looked okay. Upon further review, not so much. read more

Super impressed with the attention to detail Johnnie offers. My car was looking dull after the long winter. Inside and out my car was on point after Johnnie was done with it. If you are looking for your car to get detailed, look no further. J. Coles is on top of the game! Blows everyone else away. read more

DunRite Detail - Super Slick Johnnie Coles. Thank you for the great detail. - Auto Detailing Near Me - Hartford, Connecticut

The techs arrived 93 minutes EARLY. Appointment was for 10AM and they were in my driveway before 8:30AM. There was much "miscommunication" - quoted a price for "both cars," which when they were done was changed to, "oh no, I meant each car." So that doubled the price. They were here for less than three hours to do interior and exterior on two cars. Never again. read more

Let me start by saying that I am not good at keeping my car clean. It is always cluttered and beyond taking it through the car wash, I don't do much to stay on top of things. Johnnie and his techs at DunRite Details are always super professional and don't even bat an eye when they encounter my vehicle. The best part is they came to me!! I did not have to waste a Saturday morning waiting for my car to be detailed. They came right to the parking lot at my job (they bring their own water supply) and completed the work while I was there. My car looks and smells great! Also - sorry guys. I shouldn't have waited so long between details. Oops read more

These guys are amazing!! Johnnie and his team came to my office to detail my car inside and out. I also had spilled some milk a while back and asked if they could get the smell out. Not only did they finish the job in less time than they told me, my car looks and smells brand new. Even the smallest books are spotless. They went above and beyond. Will definitely hire them again. read more

Johnnie came right to the house, was friendly and professional. He did an amazing job, my car looks brand new. We have 2 dogs, lots of dog hair built up over the years and he went above and beyond to make the interior look amazing. Very thankful we found him and will definitely be calling him again! read more

Wow, wow and WOW. Great customer service - texted on the way to detail my car at the office - and FANTASTIC work. I called to have my car detailed just the interior. I set the appointment and was told the price was going to range between $100-150. The email stated it would take anywhere from 2-4 hours. Interior 2 hours and both 4 hours. The appointment was scheduled for noon but the men didn't show up until 1:15pm. The car was an unmarked minivan and only one of the men was in a shirt that said the company name, the other didn't have a work shirt. As a female i was a bit nervous especially since when the individual called to say he has arrived his name nor the company name was mentioned. It was just oh are you coming down. Then we approached the car and was told I could've open the doors and windows to air out the car for him to work. I understand it's a hot day but I never had to help any of the other companies I had detail the car before. Also, he increased the price saying it was $150 to shampoo and do the mats. When I told him I was quoted less he said mats were not included that's just the vacuums. I called the company and was very upset because what I was promised was not what I got when arrived They explained that mats and shampoo was not extra. After speaking to the customer service the manager came out and mind you this all happened in less than an hour and they were done cleaning my car, guess it wasn't that dirty. The detail wasn't great and the employee popped my tire. The lack of professionalism and courtesy for a paying customer let alone a female who wants to just get a car detail while she works isn't something this business prides themselves in. I feel unsafe and was shaking, my neighbors wanted to call the police now I wish they had because I have to replace a tire that was fine before they arrived. read more

This service is so customer focused and an absolute joy I highly recommend it to anybody who wants to have the car detailed and you don't even have to leave home. Johnny and his son are incredible to work with. I had a slight problem from a previous car wash that they took care of that nobody else could. I am absolutely thrilled with their service read more
