At first glance, the car looked great, however after getting in it and going for a drive, you start to notice the little things that were missed...the things that you are paying a professional detailer to do. -The small windows up front were not cleaned. You can even still see the mark from where I took my suction cup mount off the window prior to the detail. -The area at the top of the door where the window tracks are were still full of dirt/dust. - The dashboard was cleaned unevenly and you can clearly see where it was and wasn't touched. Also dirt/dust still on/around the dash and can be really seen around the radio. -The vents weren't even touched. They are still covered in dirt/dust. I wish I took a better look at it while the guy was here, but like I said, at first glance it looked okay. Upon further review, not so much. read more

The techs arrived 93 minutes EARLY. Appointment was for 10AM and they were in my driveway before 8:30AM. There was much "miscommunication" - quoted a price for "both cars," which when they were done was changed to, "oh no, I meant each car." So that doubled the price. They were here for less than three hours to do interior and exterior on two cars. Never again. read more

Let me start by saying that I am not good at keeping my car clean. It is always cluttered and beyond taking it through the car wash, I don't do much to stay on top of things. Johnnie and his techs at DunRite Details are always super professional and don't even bat an eye when they encounter my vehicle. The best part is they came to me!! I did not have to waste a Saturday morning waiting for my car to be detailed. I called to have my car detailed just the interior. I set the appointment and was told the price was going to range between $100-150. The email stated it would take anywhere from 2-4 hours. Interior 2 hours and both 4 hours. The appointment was scheduled for noon but the men didn't show up until 1:15pm. The car was an unmarked minivan and only one of the men was in a shirt that said the company name, the other didn't have a work shirt. As a female i was a bit nervous especially since when the individual called to say he has arrived his name nor the company name was mentioned. It was just oh are you coming down. Then we approached the car and was told I could've open the doors and windows to air out the car for him to work. I understand it's a hot day but I never had to help any of the other companies I had detail the car before. Also, he increased the price saying it was $150 to shampoo and do the mats. When I told him I was quoted less he said mats were not included that's just the vacuums. I called the company and was very upset because what I was promised was not what I got when arrived They explained that mats and shampoo was not extra. After speaking to the customer service the manager came out and mind you this all happened in less than an hour and they were done cleaning my car, guess it wasn't that dirty. The detail wasn't great and the employee popped my tire. The lack of professionalism and courtesy for a paying customer let alone a female who wants to just get a car detail while she works isn't something this business prides themselves in. I feel unsafe and was shaking, my neighbors wanted to call the police now I wish they had because I have to replace a tire that was fine before they arrived. read more
