I had a partial plate made less than a year ago, and recently I dropped it and it would not fit properly. Dr. Lee was always pushing for me to get the bridge (10,000.00), and when I explained what happened she said they would have to take impressions, and send it to the lab, or they would have to make a new one. She then also encouraged me to get the bridge. All in all they wanted 1,300 just to possibly fix the plate I already paid thousand for. I checked out another dentist, and low and behold for 58.00 they adjusted my plate and it fits better then when I originally got it. So buyer beware. The stafff did a great job cleaning my teeth, but Dr. Lee is just in it for your money! Also they will try and sell you sonic toothbrushes, water pics, and treatments every time you go in. Even after you tell them you bought the sonic toothbrush, and water pic they will still tell you to buy one.

He did not tell us anything else, so we assumed all was fine and even when the braces were removed, they took a panoramic of the teeth and he stated she only had a few small cavities, which was a complete lie! Funny how there's no apology for the lack of sympathy or care from you male office person or the owner. Very sad. My 16 year old daughter recently had her braces removed after 24 months and we have been to two other dentists for help due to her having cavities in every single tooth now, but the first dentist gave me a treatment plan for $25,000!! The second opinion pediatric dentist we drove an hour to said it would cost around $12,000. Then they told me they were booked out until May 2026! It was a huge shell shock and very stressful to find all of this out. I explained the situation to this dentist office and they are in network with my insurance. The lady I spoke to the first phone call was very nice and sympathetic. She made the appointment and I completed the online forms. I called back the next day 10/28/25 and a young man answered the phone. I wanted to make sure they received my online paperwork and then asked where I can send the current X-rays to for her appointment. Mind you, the two prior dentists already both did x-rays when it should have been done once. The man told me they do not take x-rays from other places and they would be doing their own. I explained to him that I didn't want to do that because then I'd have to pay out of pocket for them which was ridiculous and I'm a single mother on one income as it is. He did not care or show any type of care about it. He responded and said well then you would just have to pay out of pocket for them. I cancelled the appointment because I've never heard of any other dentistry who does this to people. The x-rays are legit and clear to read. This is horrible to do to people!! Huge red flag. That is not how you treat patients. Thankfully I found another place who even said how horrible that is to refuse x-rays that are good for 6 months. I'm not rich or made of money, but obviously this place is only concerned about the money first sadly. Do better!! No one should be forced to have to pay for x-rays out of pocket when they already paid for them through insurance. With everything so expensive currently, that's just horrible to do to people, especially a single mom on a single income.

From the initial call to the appointment, the staff here made it a very easy and smooth process. The facilities are spacious and modern. They seem to know that going to the dentist is not at the top of my list of favorite places, but their friendliness and professionalism put you at ease right away. When I arrived at 2pm they were very busy, at 2:30 I was brought back and had an X-ray taken, brought to the room where the dental assistant diagnosed my broken tooth needed to be extracted. She also stated that I would need to highly consider an implant either now or in the future but regardless I would be a bone graft to preserve the socket. I explained I was only interested in the extraction she was extremely pushy. The doctor arrived after another 15 minutes had passed and explained the same thing that the dental assistant said. I again said in only wanted the extraction he was more polite then the staff. I was whisked up front to the billing team and explained my cost after insurance, I then paid and was told to have a seat in the waiting room. At this point it was 3:05pm, about 3:45 I was brought back again and placed in a surgical room and connected to leads for the machine and a blood pressure cuff. The assistant tried to use the manual cuff 6 times on my upper right arm, 4 times on my lower right arm, and the same for my left. It was clear that the machine was not working properly, she changed cuffs back and forth several times as well and said she may have to do it manually. Clearly at that point she should have done it manually but she didn't instead she walked out of the room and said she would try again before the procedure. Around 4:45 an hour later the doctor emerged and quickly started trying to place an IV it took him several times to find a spot and after being stuck twice he got the IV to work. I was uneasy at this point but he quickly administered the propofol and I do not remember anything until they woke me up and whisked me out the back where my husband was waiting. It was 5:15 just 30 minutes from start to finish and out the back door with instructions and meds. They said go home have some broth and clear liquids and immediately take your pain meds before the numbness wears off. So I did just that headed home had chicken broth a little bit of Gatorade and some water followed by (1) Tylenol with codeine. 45 minutes later I was jolted by severe pain in my upper abdomen that wrapped around to my back I could hardly breathe the pain was so bad. After 20 minutes of wallowing in pain my husband refused to watch any longer and took me to the ER, they quickly brought me to the back and started an IV with fluids, ZoFran, and morphine. They did a cat scan and X-ray as well as labs which all came back normal. After getting me settle down and out of pain two hours later the doctor chalked it up to the IV sedation and the Tylenol with codeine on an empty stomach. I felt relieved and out of pain but still very nauseous by the time I got home I started to throw up which made my mouth hurt even more at this point. I suffered all night with little sleep and called the Dr. Hashemian 's first thing this morning Wendy answered and I explained my situation. I first asked for something else for pain which she stated I can just alternate Motrin and Tylenol, then I asked for a PO check tomorrow because of the vomiting I wanted to make sure I did not dislodge the blood clot or cause a dry socket. Wendy's response was if you are not bleeding you did not dislodge the blood clot. Try the Tylenol and Motrin, have a good day and hung up the phone. I will never recommend anyone to this office, and I suggest you do your homework before going there as well you will just be another number in their factory. Keep in mind I'm young and healthy overall and do not have any underlying medical conditions. I've been in the dental industry for the last 15 years managing multiple practices and I have never seen anything like this.

So far so good. I needed a new dentist since we moved here and took quite awhile trying to pick…read moreone. I came to this practice in a sort of round about way, as I originally had an appointment with Village Smiles, but when they were scheduling my cleanings the soonest openings were at this office, Wildwood Dental Care. Apparently the same dentist owns both offices, so they schedule across them sometimes, but each doctors(s) practice at only one of the offices (I'm pretty sure). First off - if you're new, and you haven't had complete X-rays in awhile (or sent yours to them), you'll need a complete set plus panoramic ones. That's a lot of x-rays, and it wasn't how things were done where I use to live, but they explained it well and it forms a good baseline for moving forward. Once you go through the initial appointment, you won't need that many again. My first appointment was at Village Smiles - that office is very large, bright and new. Many exam rooms. The staff was friendly. After my initial exam and x-rays, I met with a coordinator who went over my treatment plan and then scheduled my follow up appointments. I needed deep cleaning, so had 2 follow up appointments. As I said earlier, they were at the Wildwood Dental Office with Monse, the dental hygienist there. She is AMAZING - highly recommend her. I'm nervous about the dentist and have a horrible gag reflex and had zero problems with her. While I was there, I got to meet Dr. Ortega, the dentist in that office. He was very nice and has a calming presence. He gave me my numbing shots and I had the opportunity to ask questions of him. We have a special needs young adult and I wanted to ask them if they could handle our situation. They were very patient answering my questions and I feel comfortable scheduling her with them in the coming months. They also offer the ability to get sedation prior to an appointment via a prescription, as well as the laughing gas. They want you to feel comfortable and they can talk to you about all the options. They also do a wide range of procedures, as well as Invisalign. This office is smaller than the Village Smiles office, and older, but I much prefer this one. It feels comforting and less busy. If you are a nervous dental patient, this office has a relaxing vibe and the staff is great. They take dental insurance, as well as work with patients if they don't have insurance. We found our new dentist. Highly recommend.
