Prior to requesting the statement, I had been told that I owed a balance. When I asked for a detailed statement to confirm the amount, the document instead showed the credit on my account. After bringing this to the office's attention, a refund was issued. In addition to the billing concern, I also experienced issues during treatment and a later cleaning appointment where I felt significant discomfort and felt that my concerns during the visit were not addressed in a way that made me feel comfortable continuing care at the practice. Because of these experiences, I chose to review my records carefully and address the matter through the appropriate channels. I encourage patients to review their statements closely and to ask questions if anything about their account or treatment does not seem clear.

I've only ever had one bad experience and it was today as one of the techs proceeded to stand in…read morethe room and make jokes and nasty comments about me and my situation. Everyone else was amazing and I've had no other bad experiences but having someone stand there and make comments while getting my blood pressure does not help with dental anxiety. Comments about my age, anxiety and the fact that I do not have a drivers license should have never been made especially while not knowing the circumstances. I have medical issues that prevent me driving on top of causes other issues and anxiety, it was downright disgusting and disturbing that she thought it was ok.

Apparently the X-rays were done too soon according to my insurance but the dentist office never told us that until afterwards. I don't mind paying but just be upfront about what will be owed. That wasn't even a big deal but when we asked about why we weren't told about the charges prior to any procedures, they said "You need to be educated about your insurance, that's not our responsibility". There was just no need in the way the lady was talking to my wife. We paid and don't mind paying for services... ya just don't have to be such a jerk when you're in a customer service industry
