Everyone else was amazing and I've had no other bad experiences but having someone stand there and make comments while getting my blood pressure does not help with dental anxiety. Comments about my age, anxiety and the fact that I do not have a drivers license should have never been made especially while not knowing the circumstances. I have medical issues that prevent me driving on top of causes other issues and anxiety, it was downright disgusting and disturbing that she thought it was ok.

Apparently the X-rays were done too soon according to my insurance but the dentist office never told us that until afterwards. I don't mind paying but just be upfront about what will be owed. That wasn't even a big deal but when we asked about why we weren't told about the charges prior to any procedures, they said "You need to be educated about your insurance, that's not our responsibility". There was just no need in the way the lady was talking to my wife. We paid and don't mind paying for services... ya just don't have to be such a jerk when you're in a customer service industry

My daughter was nervous as to be expected and dealing with another health issue that made things more stressful. The entire staff went out of the way to do anything to help make it easier on her. They also took the time to explain every detail about her orthodontic needs and the plan for her. Which was important to us because we have no experience with braces. Appointment scheduling is quick and very accommodating to our needs and I feel like her care is important to them. I appreciate all of the different options for payment. Options like payment plans and monthly drafts from your flex care accounts make it so easy to plan for the cost.

Our initial experience wasn't great, getting the first visit scheduled took forever. That should have been my clue. Every appointment since has been very difficult to schedule. When my child is due to be seen, they have one appointment to offer. If that doesn't work, they will suggest something two weeks later. Well that adds two weeks to the treatment time - nobody wants that! Their appointments are only available between 8:20 and 3:20 (and I don't believe they are open on Fridays), so your child will always miss school for this (and you will miss work). Maybe this is a small sacrifice to make, but I wish I had known before we started here or I would likely have gone elsewhere.
