Bingo its so much FUN and there were people of all ages playing when I got there. No wonder why people stays in bingo hall for hours, because I was there for at least 3 hrs. The game goes on and on, I cant wait to come back there soon. It was my first time there and the ladies were very helpful every steps of the way. Tips: the place is located behind Shoppers' shopping center and you can only use your groupon every 90 days.

In the last two years the computer prices have increased from $25 to $40. But the places keeps getting more refined and elegant, how about putting the money into increasing the payout. A $300 game ends up with 5-6 winners most of the time. To top it off the AC was not working. Hopefully it was just that day. I will say the bathrooms are always clean. I enjoy coming here but let's give back to the people filling up the pockets. Hold off on an expansion and increase payout :) At the end of the day I do enjoy this place and the security they have outside and inside.

I feel like it cost more to play here. The clerks are not as attentive, they're nice but when you're trying to buy extra games they aren't close by. They also don't have trash cans under the table so we had to keep getting up to clean the table. The food is more expensive and they have less choices. Lastly they only take cash which was weird to me. Like no debit, credit, Apple Pay, just cash. Cool experience but I'll stick to the other Bingo Hall.

A friend asked me to join them for Family Feud after Bingo. While I waited I went to bar in the…read moreBingo room and was rudely told that I had to go to the front bar. Off I went cash in hand and stood at the bar. The female bartender yelled at myself and another man that she was making a drink and the male bartender then helped 7 men that came in after me. After the female bartender finished making two drinks (that took about 10 minutes) then looked at me then helped two women of her own race that also came in after me. All this time there was another woman, not of my race that was audibly grumbling about people of my race being at the bar. At that point I gave up and left. May I add that this is exactly the same nonsense that chased my husband and I away a decade ago. We go to other legions in the area (Springfield and Lorton) where everyone is welcoming of all races and gender. It is a shame that at a non profit entity blocks from the US Capitol and what would be the closest bar to my home, you can't a bottle of beer based on your race or gender!

Visiting from St. Louis, MO where they have another Hollywood Casino, this one in WV far exceeds…read morethat one! Driving over from Frederick, MD to get here, it was a pretty easy drive. I was amazed to see how large the property is and that there was also a horsetrack. Entering the casino, my first thought was, Wow it smells great in here and it felt good from the AC. Whatever they are blowing through the vents, keep doing it. This casino is huge! Way larger than StL and the restaurant options were vast. The food court has 4 varieties along with a central bar and then if you make your way the opposite direction, you hit the Sportsbook, which is a 2 story restaurant and the one we ate for lunch. Arriving at the open, our assigned staff member was super friendly and very attentive. 2 orders of wings, 1 Mild and 1 Garlic Parm, Loaded Fries and a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, no Crab Dip for the order. The food took about 20 min to come out and everything was as it was ordered, hot and fresh. Note: they have good ranch dressing here. After lunch, we stayed around the property playing for about another 3 hours. As I stated the gaming floor is huge! You have to walk around to see what slots are available. I did pretty good on the Frankenstein machine, wink. Bathrooms are also very clean. I would like to see them add those card reprint machines. Otherwise, please oh please take some of this place and bring it to St. Louis.

I'm…read morewriting the review because of the excellent services provided by the Lorton Volunteer Fire Dept. on 11-29-2020. I called this afternoon and asked if the LVFD could come out and change the smoke detector batteries. Without skipping a beat, the answer was "YES." They came within 10 minutes, just like they said they would. Four firemen. One big fire truck. A bunch of batteries. All done within 15 minutes and no more chirping. I asked about how to support them and was told "the are paid by my tax dollars and that all they could accept was a "thank you." The one fireman who led the group asked if I had any medical conditions and then provided me with a information packet to put on the side of my fridge so that if they have to come again and I am not capable of interacting with them, they can look at that packet and see all the details. I did have a step ladder, which I could have used myself to change the batteries. The leader of the group said that "they are here to change batteries and do stuff like that....in addition to putting out fires." Thanks LVFD for doing such great and prompt work. I appreciate it.
