They also rotate flavors through different seasons- I loved when they had the ube latte. The food is yummy; I liked the baja breakfast burrito & their baked goods are amazing! The seasonal menu was purely AI generated imagery, their other signs as well. They have environmental focused branding, with the help of an environmental destruction tool (AI). All gender restrooms available and handicap parking (at least one spot) * Captain Mike was behind the bar, very kind, genuine and personable. He asked my name and referred to another guest by name. Upon entry with my service dog he did verify he was indeed a SD. He also was very attentive with recommendations and suggestions based on what he enjoyed and what would suit my preferences! * I got the cardamom lavender latte which was very delightful! The cardamom was very pleasant and I am appreciative of how well it shined through! I also got the "great smokey mountain" I think! Breakfast sandwich. To my personal taste for a simple breakfast sandwich it was a bit on the high side for price - around $11 but it does taste good! Options of croissant or ciabatta bread. Non dairy options are available! I personally am not inclined to return due to all of the ai generated content. Pangaea should invest and support local artists and creators and uplift the community surrounding them. They would likely get more support overall! I am an artist myself and could see so much potential in -ai branding! Thanks!

The coffee came out fast and it was very good. The ambiance of this place is excellent. Perfect for a quiet study session, reading, or date. The food on the other hand.... wasn't very good. The wait took almost 30 minutes. And felt premade and microwaved. Which in the restaurant business and coffee shops is sure is common. But when you charge the prices they do and take as long as they did to make. I cannot rate it any higher. Would not come back for food.

Celiac -Gluten-free review…read more Oooooooh I love me some Busy Nothings! Living in Suffolk, this would typically be way out of the way, but I have weekly appointments in the area that make stopping in a no-brainer. This is a Jane Austen themed coffee spot, and admittedly as voracious of a reader as I am, I haven't read any Jane Austen, but that doesn't dampen my experience. First off, the coffee is good af! They have a rotating selection of fun drinks, but my go-to is their drip with a splash of cream. My stance is if a coffee shop has good quality drip, then you can trust them to make anything else coffee-related satisfactory. Oh and the oat milk option is Oatly brand, so also Celiac safe! Second, the environment is a vibe. The inside is cozy, and I love that there always seems to be a mix of people who are there to work and also just meeting up to hang out. Also big bonus on art displayed by local artist Dathan Kane. Apparently this was inherited with the space and I love that they've chosen to keep it displayed. And the music they play is a perfect soundtrack for the atmosphere. They do serve food here that I cannot comment on bc it is not Celiac friendly, butttttt they do carry small individually-wrapped pastries from Sans Bakery, a NY-based gluten-free bakery. There are always three different options and I am completely and hopelessly hooked on the raspberry bars, though the brownies and zucchini bread are also very good. Big ups to the owner Debbie who I had the pleasure of talking to- I got the impression that all of the choices here are intentional and that she cares about all of the aspects of the experience here, and it shows. Definitely give it a try if you're in the area.

Around 10 minutes later my toast was pushed out. The coffee was as good as it looked. The toast was just ok. The avocado was spread extremely thin. I hope to return on another Newport News trip.
