Getting a Dunkin right shouldn't be hard. Have coffee, have donuts, process the queue quickly, take money and fill orders fast. This DD on Wilkes-Barre Township Blvd does all of that and they do it with a smile. They even have a drive through, but you'll want to be on the lookout for people who haven't digested their coffee yet and nearly run you over. So there's that. Typical Dunkin coffee, great Boston Kreme donut and the breakfast sandwich was also good. There's just not nearly enough parking here for the crowds looking to go inside. read more

Dunkin' - Dunkin in Wilkes-Barre PA - Donuts Near Me - Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania

Horrible order taker. Tried to order a coffee with mixed flavors, and the guy taking the order started giving attitude. Stopped me in the middle of my order and started yelling at me. I kept it very professional the entire time and he was just arrogant. Then when I said I wanted to cancel the order, he said he was sorry for that. I get it I work in customer service and it's not easy but come on dude! That was uncalled for and very unprofessional. read more

Terrible. a blondish female with a long blonde braid and a male with blackish hair mocked me and my s/o. Very unprofessional! Got my order wrong food and drink and when I asked if it could be remade they said no because they didn't think anything was wrong with my order. Never again!!! read more

Went to get donuts and they were all out. Very frustrating after circling around the building just to enter the drive through line.

Music way too loud for conversation and it is also a advertisement for Dunkin which of course is even louder than the music . The coffee and donuts were very good but not a relaxing seating arrangement! read more

Paid 11 bucks for 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. Terrible. Not grilled, obviously put in a microwave. 2 pieces of bread with some cheese slices. Crappiest "grilled" cheese ever. Not even edible. read more

DD has taken over with a brand new 24hr shop with drive thru in the location and address of the former Mark II restaurant. Clean and friendly and there's a 2-for-$20 special on boxes of K-cups. Currently the newest and best location of DD in the area. read more

This is the only Dunkin that NEVER gets my order right. I swear the manager is the devil. He never looks happy.

The customer service is a joke. Stood in line at the register for 10mins while the lady working behind the counter told me to hold on while she continued with her side conversation with a man who already had his order. They were talking about the new gun he was buying and how chad? (Mutual acquaintance of theirs) was a idiot. Completely unprofessional and we got tired of waiting around for them to finish so we walked out without ordering anything. read more

All I asked for was a medium coffee with a little cream and two donuts. What did I get?? A medium coffee with no sugar and extra cream!! Oh, and the donuts were stale!! Are you kidding me? It's a donut shop, that's what you do....how can you fuck that up?? The woman at the register even repeated my order twice!! (Correctly) Maybe the the girl serving coffee should spend less time chatting and more attention to what she's doing! read more

Dunkin on 309 fucking sucks! I order a small HOT CHOCOLATE WITH MILK. They gave me a small coffee with cream 1 sugar. It's just a hot chocolate! I used to work their and never fucked anything up this afternoon. read more

I decided to go inside and browse the selection. First off, the store is super new looking and well kept. There was a tiny line, but the workers were so on top of it and one was taking the drink orders and getting them started while the other was doing donuts and working the register. They were super efficient! The donuts were fresh and the coffee was hot--- what more do you need? They were super friendly and helpful. I'm happy I stopped in while in town! read more

Unfortunately some dunkin locations are consistently shitty. Messed up orders, miserable customer service, breakfast sandwiches literally burnt black from over cooking. Only hit this location if you absolutely have to. And check your bag/drink before driving away. read more

Went to the drive thru at Dunkin on 309, ordered a small decaf and medium hot chocolate no whipped cream. got home and found 2 coffee cream and sugar. Called Dunkin to advise them of the mistake becayse they were crowded and thought this might cause multiple mistakes. The young lady on the phone advused I could bring it back. I told her no problem just wanted to let them know. No apology just rude. I worked in customer service over 20 years this is not acceptable. read more

Excellent customer service; amazing iced coffee and coffee coolattas; mini hash browns to die for; the DDPerks card/app is fantastic (I'm constantly earning free beverage rewards). The only negative thing about this DD is its location. During AM rush hour, trying to pull out of that place and onto route 309 is downright dangerous! read more

I've been going to this Dunkin for a long time now since I started my new job. Haven't really had much of a problem till very recently. I usually get Carmel & Mocha with liquid sugar and cream. Well very recently for like the past week or so they have been telling me their out of Carmel. I thought it was weird but okay, well I asked for the same thing today and then I saw the Manager or whatever give the Cashier a "look" and he said "no sorry we're all out of Carmel". Whatever then I'll just get Mocha. Then I noticed the guy in front of me got CARMEL NO PROBLEM. I would have gladly pay more if you just asked me. But looks like you just lost a customer for life, wow. Be careful everyone, appearently this Dunkin doesn't like to put more then one swirl in a drink. read more

This review is for this particular DD. The service here is just terrible. I waited at least 10 minutes for a single iced coffee. Don't ever come to this DD. The Pittston gas station one is much more efficient. read more

Absolutely the worst service Dunkin ever! Sat in drive thru line for ten minutes without moving, decided to go in and was greeted by a line to the door! Never experienced such terrible back up and this is not the first time. read more

Avoid this Dunkin' Donuts at all costs. The workers are lazy and incompetent, as they pretend there are no customers in line. Waited 10 minutes in line and they didn't even have iced coffee!! read more

The waiting is horrible. I may get part of my order than 8 min later get the other part. You have to stand in a crowd of people while your number may be 35. And you are only getting a coffee but they are giving number 43 their drink. Not friendly either. They need to fix the waiting problem. I go to many Dunkins and never have this problem anywhere else. read more

What's the point? 7:00 pm on a Saturday. Ask for a donut with sprinkles...nope, ask for Boston Cream.... Nope. Kids working could give two shits about customers and would actually probably prefer if there weren't any. That's fine, luckily there a million places to get a good cup of coffee and donut. read more

This is the absolute worst place I've ever been to for food or coffee. 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong, the food is disgusting and the service is terrible. The people who work there are rude and the service is unprofessional. I've been to this location multiple times as a last resort, but I won't go back. My last experience was bad enough to prompt me, a non-active reviewer to write this review. Save your time, money, and frustration and don't go here. read more

I am a huge fan of dunk in donut and their coffee is just amazing and cheap. I could have 3 a day and still want more!

By far the worst dunkin doughnuts I've have been to.. On multiple visits I have seen the workers grabbing doughnuts bare handed and was greeted by a worker licking there fingers when I walked up. read more

This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I have visited. I have waited 30 minutes until asked about my breakfast. They told me since they ran out of the bread they canceled the order??? I asked for a refund and was short changed. Then another time, I spoke to a very rude cashier. read more

I cannot believe how rude when I tried to complain about how they screwed up my order. I would like to speak with the owner. I am a small business owner myself. If one of my employees spoke to a customer like I was spoken to. They would be out of a job very quick. That being said I would not recommend this particular Dunkin Donuts. Nor will I ever go back there. read more
