I went in and brought a dozen donuts around 3 PM when I went home and opened the box. The donuts were stale. They were hard I was very disappointed especially paying $17 for a dozen donuts. This used to be one of my favorite dunkins. My coffee always tasted amazing and the staff was sweet. I guess time changes things for the worst. I went through the drive thru for the first time in a year and I was disappointed with the customer service and coffee itself. For starters, I waited an incredulous amount of time at the drive thru speaker when there was only one car in front of me. The worker finally took my order and she was kind of rude, but I understand customer service jobs suck ass. What really put me off and drove me to write this review is the fact that my coffee didn't come full to the top. I have attached a picture of my coffee BEFORE I even took ONE sip. This is ridiculous! I paid 4 dollars for my coffee, I deserve to have a full drink. The ingredients don't come out of the workers paycheck, so why can't they do their job correctly? I just recently started going to this Dunkin'. I have to say that I am very pleased with my service here. The drive-through line is absolutely ridiculous sometimes but they keep it moving so I will not complain about that. We are in a pandemic so a lot of people I understand do not want to go inside to get their food or coffee. Service is fantastic, food taste good and fresh And when they greet you at the pick up window they greet you with a smile even though they have a mask on you could tell that they're smiling. Awful. Asked for butter pecan iced coffee. They made it wrong. It wasn't even the right color and had rotted chunky milk in it. Brought my kids here for ice cream. I ordered "single scoops" for each and noticed they were a bit small. I ordered a single scoop for myself and the server asked "a regular scoop?" I asked him is there a difference? He said he gave my kids "kids scoops." There's nothing on their menu that lists "kids scoops." So I asked if there was a price difference because if I was paying full price, I want my kids to have "regular single scoops." He said there was a price difference, so I didn't mind that he didn't give me what I ordered for my kids. After looking at the receipt, turns out there is a "kids scoop" on their price list on the register, but it's the same price as a "regular scoop." The owner almost exclusively uses child labor. They are poorly trained high school/college aged kids making minimum wage. I asked to speak to a manager after my order was incorrect and I was told, "There is no manager, the manager only works in the morning." In other words, it is just kids working in a junk food factory. Managers are expensive...so they are eliminated. These kids should be studying. They will work for the rest of their lives. I am only giving them two stars because they haven't screwed my coffee up - yet - however - I did get a bagel this morning (whole grain - lightly toasted), and it was stale. Not to mention - super light on the cream cheese. Obviously I don't go to Dunkin for the bagels but when you want a bagel... you want a bagel. And if you can't do the bagel right, at least attempt to cover it up by over doing it with the cream cheese. I mean honestly thats 79% the best part of a bagel in general. They put it on chiabatta and the women who took my order said "no that's how it comes" and I responded "then why did the women who called it out even say on flatbread?"
