I go here pretty much EVERYDAY and today I ordered the loaded hashbrowns with extra queso and I couldn't even eat my hashbrowns they were ROCK hard! And my coffee I always get cream and sugar and an extra pump of flavor and sometimes it's so dark I know there is no cream in it so I say something and they are snotty and say yes there is! Very friendly staff, seems like they like to have fun while they're working . Which is good to see . Most places you go into they seem to forget they're at working . Where here as soon as they see someone come In they stop, to wait on their customers. Wow. Today is the third time in a row I was treated like a burden the whole time I was in there store. Wanted to sit and work but employees must be against that idea. Dont make it look so friendly looking if you dont want to treat people kindly. My food was cold and each employee questioned whether I was telling the truth rather than help me. OK so I literally just came through the drive thru and I can believe the audacity of these workers! They don't listen, and they completely made my order wrong. I ordered a cold brew with 1 pump French and 2 pumps caramel with salted Carmel cold foam WITH cinnamon sugar, and I got the complete opposite with incorrect mixins, I do not appreciate the attitude I got either! ] DD in Weston WI -- long string of disappointments culminating with today being the end of us going to that location despite it being in close proximity to headquarters. The crew is very rude and lackadaisical. They rarely get the order correct. And if you politely point out that they appear to have given you the wrong thing they huff and roll their eyes. Today, around 630, we ordered 2 coffees, 2 sandwiches. Normally we use the app so we get double points on the Chipotle sandwiches. Today we could not get them to take it and had to pay with VISA. So we lost the perks. Whatever, fine. The drinks were wrong so my husband requested the correct drinks. The girl tried to give him a cup with sticky creamy iced coffee dripping off it, and when he asked for it to be wiped first did a perfect teenage huff and roll. We ordered Chipotle with White Cheddar (an upcharge). We don't know if we were charged for it because we received NO paper products with the sandwiches. No receipt, no napkins. Got into the office ... not white Cheddar and the sandwiches looked as if they had been smashed with a book before being wrapped. And, the coffee drinks were STILL WRONG, despite the request to fix them. A waste of our money and effort to go to a restaurant that obviously can't be bothered to do it's basic functions correctly. read more

They always mess up orders. I just left and they gave me iced vs the hot I ordered. I would have waited but I already waited a ridiculous amount of time for two simple drinks and food they never gave me. I would do the survey but they never give them half the time. It's ridiculous that these teenage kids cannot tell the difference between hot and cold even after they read off your order. read more

Terrible service, it always takes forever and they can't seem to figure out what you ordered, when you ordered it, or who is supposed to be making it. And if you ask, they are rude. As someone with food allergies, it terrifies me. After numerous bad experiences, I won't be back. Bad. Bad. Bad. You'd think that at 9:30 on a Sunday morning you could get a good fresh donut, but you would be wrong. Got their "donut of the month" a salted caramel one, and had one bite. Stale, tasteless, dry donut covered in some sort of sickly caramel from a can and a few sprinkles of salt. Told my husband to poke the edge (smart fella, didn't get anything there) and he said right away that there was no way that was fresh. Don't get me wrong, I love the coffee, bagels, and donuts. The staff is always super friendly, and always get my order right in a timely manner. But what gives with being constantly out of stock of EVERYTHING there??? Every time I go, they're out of something. No joke. I usually go once per week. This week it was bagels, last week it was large cups, the week before it was syrup for the iced coffee I believe. Working in a similar field, I know it's not the store's fault, it's corporate's. I love donuts, I really do. So obviously I see a Dunkin Donuts and my heart starts to do a triple beat. Unfortunately, it's really not all that it is made up to be. I don't necessarily blame this location but in general the donuts aren't high qual. They are dry and not as sweet as they could be. The coffee is just as good as it has ever been, but those donuts definitely taste like they come from a box in the freezer. Too bad, Dunkin. I even have your t-shirt. I hope you improve. read more

Terrible customer service! My first time was ok, my order was correct and somewhat speedy, but lacking in customer service. Decided to give it another chance today and was charged more for the extract same order as the day before. On top of that, the manager was extremely rude in taking my order. When asked what bagels were left, she rolled her eyes and said, "I don't know." When I asked if she would check, she visibly sighed at me and reluctantly went to check. Fantastic service! I stopped to purchase reward donuts this school year on two occasions. The service was friendly and courteous. As I walked out, I wondered how the cashier could be so upbeat! The girl didn't even announce our food, so we did know whether to take it or not then she snapped at us yelling our order as we looked in the bag. Then the food was terrible, the bread was soggy and stale, which is stupid because it's supposed to be toast, not bread that was left out in the rain over night. I don't usually write reviews but I will this time in hopes that the management would see this and work on better training for their new hires. First I was made to pay the full price for two large coffees during the happy hour which is clearly marketed outside on the panel. The new person actually was a bit rude and being confrontational that she would know better if the deal is on or not. Second thing, Ordered an Iced Drink and received a Hot drink. usually not a big deal...the more experienced folks just redo the order.. well not this time.. I was given a sorry and a quick walk away. For a place that specializes in donuts, they're always out of them. This has been on many occasions when I stop by and they were out. I should be able to go there at any time of the day and be able to get any donuts of my choice. I want to love dunkin, since it is the only reasonably priced coffee shop in the area, but I'm lowkey disgusted. The floors are so sticky I feel like my shoes are glued to the floor. There's bottle caps and crumbs all over from a lack of mopping. The drivethru window from lack of cleaning has acquired a number of bees on the outside. read more
