Holy cow...the bagels were absolutely awful. Both my husband and I ordered bagels from this Dunkin on 2 separate occasions recently and the second time was worse than the first, although both were really bad. We ordered an everything bagel and a cinnamon raisin bagel. I ordered mine with no toasting and cream cheese on the side. It was looked as though it had been burned when they were baked. As I chewed it tasted like it had been boiled too long prior to baking as well. My husband ordered his toasted and it was utterly inedible. You could barely chew them and we still have our own teeth. I am loving in Washington state and so happy that I found Dunkin again ! Service was quick and very polite . Ordered my sugar free drink which she listed all flavors which I thought was very thoughtful . Got a sugar free caramel vanilla cold brew with almond milk and cold foam It was presented well, tasted great and it was exactly what I wanted ! We used drive through which was quick and easy . After a delay at CWA my daughter and I headed back into Wausau. Dunkin' happened to be the only place open at 5am which was fortunate for us! Danielle waited on us at the counter and was especially sweet and patient with us/me as we were deciding what to order. We stopped by here on our way North. Came in and the floor was all wet from someone cleaning but perhaps being pulled away (no signs anywhere, hopefully, no one fell). Three staff members tonight were obviously not thrilled about working there as they talked very loudly about people leaving the job and they were sarcastic about loving their jobs. Which, is fine by me but perhaps you should try doing the job that you have to the best of your ability. While waiting for my coffee I used the restroom where there were more wet floors and the mop tossed on the floor. If I lived in the area I'd call the manager as this place needs some direction. When leaving I did see a person taking out the garbage and saying hello to people. So hopefully their work ethic rubs off. read more

I was in the parking lot when i overheard the two managers bitching about other employee, i feel bad for those kids. The managers are always outside never doing there jobs. they need better management. read more

I was given a gift card from family members. I have been to this location twice and both times was given the wrong thing. This time I didn't even bother to say that I ordered a black coffee with one Splenda. My first taste is like "what is this?" I look at the cup and it says it is a French vanilla with one Splenda. I just don't know how ordering a regular coffee can be messed up... twice. I do like the location and like the swivel chairs to sit in. read more

Extremely dirty front doors!! Here we are all coming out of covid-19 and practicing good hygiene and your front doors are disgusting!!

Of all the locations around here... this one is hands down the slowest I have ever been to. I have asked many times for the receipt so I can do the surgery but the manager magically forgets every time and claimed she cannot print me one. I have told her before I was displeased with how slow it was, and she tried to say it was busy as if I couldn't see the empty store and empty drive thru. Our orders are always the same, always simple (larger vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar) but it always comes out wrong. I'm not sure how asking for cream turns into black coffee but goodness! The younger kids who work are not much better but when you're being trained by someone who has no desire to work, it makes sense. read more

I tried giving this location multiple chances given the current job crisis but I am done. From hair clump in my muffin to a drink that tasted like Lysol I just can't anymore. So disappointing they used to have really friendly employees and was a normal morning stop for me. Wish management would actually follow through on making it right too. read more
