So delish every time! I try to diversify and try new things on the menu, and there hasn't been something yet that I've not enjoyed. Even when it looks busy, stop by -- the line flies through. The staff are so nice and hard working! Love the indoor and outdoor seating which makes it pet-friendly. Outside can be noisy with the road traffic close by, but the icecream makes it worth it. read more

Ice cream servings were HUGE! I had the PB Nutty monster. I had the crunchy on the side and glad I did. It was too crunchy and almost hurt my teeth. My 1 kid loved her banana shake. Mini size is big enough for most. My kid got the pink cotton candy and the taste was ok at first but she thought it melted too fast and the candy was ok but she never finished it. read more

I dare you to try the 1lb cone! Love this walk up and drivethru location. The patio seating and indoor seating make it enjoyable to eat all year round when they are open. The staff moves their lines with ease so it never feels like much of a wait. They have baby cones and all sizes up! I love their blended concretes but don't over due it on the toppings due to the soft serve melting. Don't forget to grab a pup cup for the dog! read more

It wouldn't be a trip home without a stop at Briqs! Always wonderful service and large quantities for a reasonable price. The best place to bring the pups and enjoy a treat! read more

Oh that's the ticket. Long line moved relatively quickly. Young staff did pretty well, and sometimes you just need to have a soft serve sundae. read more

This is a must stop when heading through minocqua and Wausau areas. The absolute best soft serve anywhere. Zebra cones are great and our dog always gets a pupcone read more

Visited here about a month ago. The inside was very inviting. My sister was surprised there wasn't a huge line, but the weather was just warming up. Their large is super large! The 3 stars are based on the failure of my sister's dessert. It had way, way too much mint syrup. Advertised Andes mints were completely missing. Was basically inedible. My peanut butter sundae thing was tasty, though. Just felt bad for sis. read more

Briq's Soft Serve - Mint shake of some sort and peanut butter mix. The mint shake had way, way too much syrup! And was missing the advertised Andes mints. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Weston, Wisconsin

We get ice cream from here a lot and never get the same amount on our cones. I can never trust that they'll give me the right amount of ice cream when I ask. We got blizzards one day and there was a large blonde hair hanging off the side of it. Gross! Otherwise, people here are nice and lines are long. read more

Found this place on a road trip driving through the state. Even though it was 54 degrees out side we had a craving for ice cream! For a soft serve joint this place delivered! I am generally not a soft serve guy, but would definitely recommend this place. Wide variety of flavors and generous toppings. They have large sizes and mini sizes. They also use local milk! They have outdoor and indoor seating. The ice cream was delivered quick and the young ladies serving the ice cream were very friendly! Thanks Briq's for providing a classy soft serve, unlike the lame places who do nothing with it. Thanks for not being another lame soft serve joint! read more

It was just ok. It was a nice stop on our trip, but didn't feel like it was super special.

Home of the 1lb ice cream cone! Love the outdoor walk-up experience. Reminds me of old time ice cream stands of the past. Good soft serve, I like the twist. Bunch of toppings available for shakes etc. no way you can't find something you like! read more

Just got my order home from Briq's. Ordered a Peppermint Snowball Flurry. Paid $5.32 for a cup of vanilla ice cream. Why do I ever go back? read more

How can you not give a five star review to Oreo speedwagon, vanilla malts, or just any ice cream cone? The parking has improved so it is so easy now to park and get in/out. Love this location!!! Learned to order a small which is still massive to me!!! read more

I absolutely love Briqs. They have my favorite ice cream ever, and I look forward to visiting this place every time I come home from college. Their fall flavors are the best. The prices are reasonable & if you haven't tried their Krunch Coat -- it's the best. The new addition to the Weston location is great. There is more indoor seating, outdoor seating, a drive through, and more parking space. This place tends to get really busy which is a downside to the expansion. They do have restrooms, free pup cups for dogs, and a great environment. Their ice cream keeps me coming back multiple times...(: read more

Great ice cream. The cup sizes are INSANE, absolutely massive so don't order a large unless you want a couple pints of ice cream. Lots of flavors to choose from, from butterscotch to strawberry. Shakes are great. Expect to gain weight here. read more

Briq's is a must for our summer road trips. The portions are huge and the quality is top notch. If you are lucky you might hit Briq's during rhubarb season. Their strawberry rhubarb shake is worth the drive from Minnesota! read more

For some reason every time I have gone to this location they get my order wrong. Even one as simple as vanilla with sprinkles in a cup. Tons of workers just standing in the back talking while my order is wrong. Will not be returning to this location. read more

Best soft serve in the area, no doubt about it. Would go there everyday if I could. The zebra (chocolate & vanilla) cone is the best. Price for the cones keeps on climbing each year, but they are still a good value. Would highly recommend! read more

Yummy!! Large menu- tons of choices and the sizes are BIG!! Make sure you check out the size before you order! It's fun to go to a great ice cream stand that braves staying open in the winter months! read more

Man what a place to get some soft serve ice cream! Such a small town type of treat when ever I come and visit! The ice cream is phenomenal and always in large portions! They have a wide variety of choices from shakes, flurries, cookie sandwiches, cones and dipped cones! I've had a flurry and the brownie mountain and both are delicious! I can't wait to come back and try everything else on the menu! The staff is always friendly and there are plenty of spaces to sit and talk with friends! Definitely worth the stop! read more

Every time I get ice cream here there's maybe 2 spoonfuls of topping and the rest is plain ice cream. Not impressed

Probably one of the best soft serve ice cream in the area. It's a must stop if you happen to pass through. Been getting my sweet tooth fixed here for years and not once have I ever experience anything bad. read more

This place is very fun for ice cream. It is a walk up counter with picnic tables outside for seating. They have everything from classic ice cream comes to sundaes, flurries, and smoothies. Pleasantly surprised by this place as I am not a huge fan of soft serve. Took our daughter's 14u softball team here for a treat. Portions are HUGE and the prices don't break the bank. I ordered a small peanut butter pie sundae and when they handed it to me I thought they gave me the wrong thing due to its large portion. My daughter ordered a small flurry and I would say it was the equivalent size to a medium or larger DQ blizzard. Loved the picnic tables for the girls to sit on while we ate. For soft serve this deserves 5 stars. read more

Best soft serve we have ever had. There slushies are incredible. Local favorite. Not sure why someone would say it does not take like ice cream - it's not supposed to - it's soft serve! read more
