I've been meaning to write a review of this place for a while now, but by the time I get home from work, I don't have the energy or I've completely forgotten. I've had mixed experiences here and for as much as I love Dunkin, I have to keep it real with my experiences. Overall, the place is clean and the bathrooms are in good order. I've done both the drive thru here and the counter, and by far the drive thru's the quickest way to get anything done in regards to speed of service. Up until literally this week, the counter service was slow to non existent, to the point that I drove by it a few times and didn't stop in because I really didn't have the energy to wait 5 minutes for someone to notice me at the counter. The coffee and muffins here are on point, which is what keeps me coming back. Occasionally they're out of chocolate chip muffins but everything they make is so good I just get the coffee cake instead. Coffee is consistently good as always, so that's a bonus. As I stated earlier, the counter service has been consistently slow, which really could use improvement. The drive through line does move quickly and efficiently and isn't more than one car ahead of me unlike Starbucks and the coffee here isn't burnt from being over roasted. If the counter service is as good as it's been this week, and stays that way I'd be willing to up it a star. read more

Worst location EVER!!! Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money there. I used the app to order 2 dozen donuts for a birthday party. The app does not give a time of pickup nor does it give any information pertaining to rules if you take long to get there. I ordered them and paid upfront for them at 10am, I went to pick them up at noon and the manager said they sold them because I took too long to get there. So this crap place took my money and charged other people for the same donuts. I yet to receive any kind of refund and no one answered any of my calls. I go to dunkin atleast one day out of every week. Every time, the same 3 people are there and this one lady does not care at all. i will be waiting for 5 minutes standing at the empty counter waiting for someone to take my order and they take forever. the only time i get acceptable service is when the manager guy is there. he recognizes regulars and is super sweet to everyone. the food that they serve could be better but fir this location it is mediocre. hit or miss basically. the seating area is always clean which is good, but the woman's bathroom is always out of order. i hate this location but it is closest to me so i end up going anyway. don't be like me and waste your time here. read more

No customers inside when I walked in I no longer saw the lady that was sweeping the floor and the one behind the counter never even spoke she said nothing ! We were at this location on Tuesday 06/06 between 6pm and 7pm. I would like to start by saying that the young woman helping us was amazing. So polite and so helpful, and our entire order was correct. She was running the entire restaurant, inside AND the drive thru, BY HERSELF! The reason I knocked off stars was due to the business owners practices. The poor girl was working alone. I had inquired as to why she was working alone because I thought that maybe the other employees called off. However she said that she usually works alone at that time because it is not that busy. To me, this is absolutely unacceptable. This is both unsafe and unfair to this employee. While she was helping customers inside and the drive thru, other customers left due to the amount of time it was understandably taking just one person to wait on them. If I were her, I would have walked out of this place due to stress immediately!!! In addition to the ridiculous amount of work she was subjected to as just one individual, it is very unsafe to have her working in there alone. Anything could happen, from a medical emergency such as passing out on the job, a slip and fall, or even a robbery, god forbid, and nobody else would be there to witness or help her. So about a week ago, I visited this location of Dunkin' Donuts. I ordered a vanilla bean iced coffee and a everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. When I got to work, they did not give me my right drink. They gave me a caramel iced cap and a regular bagel with vegetable cream cheese I called and talk to the lady that was working that morning and told me to come back a different day and they would have no problem remaking it for me. I came back this morning 23rd and they gave me nothing but problems about remaking it or who I talked to and then they didn't want to refund me the bagel that they messed up as well just the drink so I offered to pay for the bagel. I said whatever I was done. I was over it, then their Apple Pay card was not reading and they treated me very disrespectfully. Would not recommend this location to anyone. If you can't have good customer service skills all day dosent matter if it's 5am find a new job, I work everyday with great customer service and with respect for my customers and start most days at 4am! Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a pumpkin spice latte, when I took a drink it tasted like straight whole milk. When I looked at my cup I had a black hair in my coffee! I have long blonde hair so I new it wasn't mine by any chance. My cinnamon raisin bagel was hard as a rock I couldn't even bite threw it! When I called them to address the issue they did not answer. No one was wearing masks. Preordered 5 iced coffees to pick up at the drive thru. No one came to the speaker, and when we got to the window, the girl got snippy with us and told us to pull forward. It took 15 minutes to get 5 iced coffees that I had already paid for. If it had been for my family, I would have left, but I had ordered these for essential workers a mile away. The girl that brought the coffees out had an attitude as well as no mask. Terrible customer service and I will never return. read more

This location is HORRIBLE! I went to their drive thru and used my credit card and my CC info was compromised! When you go there to use your credit card they don't give you the CC machine out the window you have to give them your card so she had time to copy all my info. There was numerous charges to Lyft as well as an online charge to Victoria's Secret! I've seen the same young lady working inside several times and each time has just been really helpful.

I like to make a stop on the way to work. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day along with large coffee triple triple and two shots of espresso. Theres a few good places along the way but this Dunkin Donuts is by far the best for service, hot coffee, awesome food, and the staff is amazing. I've been here a few times and there's always only one employee working who seem undertrained and stressed. My drinks come out wrong and not how they are supposed to be made. The other day I ordered a frozen mocha and I think he literally forgot to put the chocolate in so I basically had a frozen milk with whipped cream on top. Disgusting! I never really leave reviews but I just feel so bad for the employees here that I had to say something because this is due to poor management. I went for an iced coffee on Easter, and they only had one worker. She was new with minimal training. Didn't know how to do promotions for after 2pm iced coffee pricing. As someone who used to work at this location (for a year and a half), I was part of the opening staff and I LOVED this store! Ownership changed about a year ago and I know the guy who runs it now and he is a total jerk. He treats his employees like garbage, calling us idiots, morons, etc and NEVER gives encouragement or positive feedback. A minor was working 40+ hours a week on the regular. Management is poor. Employees are forced to pay for short drawers out of pocket. Lots of shady stuff going on. Since most of the former employees, including myself, left I noticed that the service has been slower and inconsistent. I feel bad for anyone who goes to this location, I even noticed the New sandwich guy didn't use gloves when he made my sandwich. I asked him to make me a new one. I'll stick to the Cass and Groesbeck Dunkin, it's worth the farther drive. This way I don't give the lunatic who runs this franchise anymore of my money! read more
