My wife and daughter went there this morning and the drive thru order taker was short and rude. Gave us the order and my daughter commented that they needed 2 straws. The woman argued with her that they already gave her straws and reluctantly gave her 2 more. Got home and we actually DID have 2 straws in a bag. Also ordered several breakfast sandwiches both of which were not prepared as ordered. When did it become acceptable to argue with the customer and how damn hard is it to double check an order for correctness? We don't normally put a review for so many missing orders. Today, they forgot again the mini bagel and they replaced bavarian cream donut to blueberry regular donut. Also the mini donuts also wrong flavors. We always get a wrong order for drive thru. We got charge for no donuts. Went today , ordered maple bacon , coffee and donut. Ordered at home , I get there it's not ready . The girl says we have no croissants . So I ask for a refund , they say we can't refund online orders. So they have the orders behind the pink thing where you can't reach wiry names facing them . I didn't grab anything . Sucks this is the only location convenient to running my daughter to school. I'm always hearing attitudes and no one seems pleasant. When I order through the mobile order, about 90% of the time, my order is never ready. When you order through the drive-thru, you're never greeted, just told to order. Also, the Drive-Thru will take you twice as long as just walking inside. I give this specific location more chances than they deserve..and I definitely give them too much of my time and service . I've given this particular Dunkin' Donuts - located in the northwest corner of Oslo Road and 27th Avenue in Vero Beach - every chance to "get it right." No more - I give up. The latest "mistake" occurred when I ordered the "Big and Toasty" breakfast sandwich on an "everything" bagel. Dunkin' advertises this sandwich as it's "biggest, heartiest breakfast sanchwich ever." It comes with two peppered fried eggs, four slices of cherrywood smoked bacon and a slice of American cheese, all packed between two thick slices of Texas toast. Great sandwich, but I prefer it on an "everything" bagel. And that's how I always order it. That and a large dark roast coffee with three cream and two sugar. The "mistake" you ask? It came on Texas toast. Ordered just minutes earlier, it was prepared incorrectly. No "everything" bagel - Texas toast. I immediately advised the cashier of the mistake and she took the sandwich back, not even apologizing for the mistake. From the front counter, I watched the "cook" take the sandwich apart and remake it with an "everything" bagel. It was brought to me and I awaited my coffee. A few minutes later, the cashier inquiried whether she could help me with anything else. "Yes, you can - how about my coffee?" It was quickly brought to me. After leaving Dunkin' I found it to be too sweet - definitely not "two sugar" as I ordered it. Leaving the store, one of the Dunkin' staff were smoking on the north side of the building. Barely six feet from the store entrance was a smoking employee. I thought one had to be at least 25 feet from a building entrance to smoke. How do you mess up "a small black coffee"? Pretty impressive. First time it had cream and sugar, so I came around the 2nd time and what they gave me it was about half coffee half water. Okay, I've been to this location many times but am finally leaving a review. The employees at this location are miserable! Not friendly at all and they don't know how to use the words "you're welcome." I said thank you and got a dirty look from the redhead who handed me my food. Hit or miss with this place. Routinely mess up my very easy coffee order. Last week, or the week before, I ordered a 50 pack of donut holes, got 32, this was the second time this happened since they opened. This time I called and talked to the manager. I was told to let them know the next time in and they'd make it right. Went to the drive thru this morning and ordered a 25 pack of donut holes and a large coffee. Told them about the donut holes that I was shorted twice in past, when I got to the window the manager was there and rudely asked who I'd talked to, and acted like I was try to rob them of donut holes that I didn't deserve and all but called me a liar. I told her that I talked to someone that claimed to be the manager.... I then said just give me the 25 pack, and the large coffee that I'd just paid for, that it wasn't worth the hassle that she felt was so necessary. They gave me 2 boxes of donut holes, 25 each, and a large coffee, the manager made a low voice comment to one of the minions, they started laughing and closed the window. My granddaughters said the donut holes tasted like they sat on the counter since the last time I was in (they must've saved them there for me), spit them out and threw them away. AND, my coffee was wrong AGAIN!!! Yep, the ignorant acting manager was rude when I drove back to get the coffee corrected. Bottom line - I understand that 12 is likely the highest the employees have to count to, but at least they should be trained to put 12 donut holes in the box 4 times, then add two...of course this would require a manager that understands the concept.
