It's a Dunkin Donuts so it's not like my expectations were very high going in but my visit resulted in a glacial pace, receiving cold coffee and a general attitude of indifference. Is it worth writing a review on, probably not. There is not much in the way of competition so what are you going to do? read more

This place always has an issue. I ordered door dash multiple times and they put my iced coffee and food on a drink tray instead of in a sealed delivery bag. I know they have them because sometimes I get the bag and sometimes I don't. I can't carry anything since I'm currently on crutches which makes this very difficult. read more

Ordered just a drink from them I normally order with no ice cus I don't have a tongue i know that sounds strange but a freak accident left me like this so simple joys of a cold drink aren't a thing anymore for me sadly but I was shocked to see when I ordered my drink that I paid full price for was half empty before I even took a sip! I was so shocked i didn't know what to do especially spent more money for less then this huge woman comes to the window and acts like she didn't hand me half a drink can't even talk back cus I can't speak truly disgusting customer service. Now keep in mind when u see my drink this is before I took a sip read more

Dunkin' - Before I even took a sip - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Vernon, New Jersey

It's over $3 for a small cup of hot coffee. Over $3. And this Duncan never has any donuts. Everyday they sell out of everything, very early. The name is Duncan but it was dunkin' donuts. Donuts was their thing. Now this one never has donuts. I am disgusted at the lack of trying to have things people want to buy, and the outrageous ridiculous price for coffee. How the hell can you justify $3 plus, for a small cup of coffee. Good Lord. Whoever is deciding the price of a small coffee, deserves to go to hell. And the snowy girl at the drive-thru window. Probably should hire people who can give better customer service, when people have to pay three fucking dollars, for a small coffee. Good Lord. This is not gourmet coffee. Not at all. It is a okay cup of coffee. Not a $3 cup of coffee. $3 used to get you a large coffee. Now I got to pay it for a small? And pay $3 for small coffee and get a snooty customer service person at the drive-up window? read more

Had us sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, couldn't remember what we ordered, had to repeat. 20 mins just for a drink a water and a donut

I always say, this is the WORST Dunkin' Donuts in the WORLD. I wish I could give it NO STARS. I only go there out of convenience, hoping they'll get things right. Yesterday, I had to pull out of the drive-up line, because nobody was taking the order of the person in front of me. I went inside, ordered what I wanted and the kid who took the order disappeared into the kitchen. So, I stood there waiting. Another kid tried to make my coffee order, but the milk dispenser was empty. He didn't know what to do and ran back in the kitchen. I could hear the manager yelling at him. He returned with a large jug of milk and filled the dispenser, then walked away. I'm still waiting and wondering what is going on. Finally, I said something to girl behind the counter, and she filled my order. Also, I reported this store to DD and the county health department a while back for sloppy and dirty conditions. Do yourself a favor and go to the DD on Rt. 94 in McAfee. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

The group of immature girls led by an even more immature and nasty supervisor (manager) Sunday 8/8 2:30. They got my order wrong, giggled at my girlfriend. She heard them making fun of her. drinks were made wrong. terrible service, person at register did not care about their job, trash talking manger while customers were present. wish i could give zero stars. terrible. absolutely terrible. worst dunkin ! do not go here, every time i've been here they have messed up my order beyond my own comprehension. read more

please do not come here if you're trynna wait 15 minutes in the drive thru every SINGLE time just for it to be wrong. i understand busy days when there's a rush but I shouldn't be getting UNCOOKED soggy ass meat on my breakfast sandwiches everytime. i can GET SICK. It's high school kids that have an attitude. i never thought 18 and 19 year olds didn't know how to act at their damn job. They fool around and Its a fkn ZOO. oh and can't forget those parking spots. there's no backing up when there's a line of cars blocking u in behind you so you'll have to wait even longer to leave. go to the dunkin in hamburg. this place is a hot mess. read more

Great service everyone was very respectful and all had smiles on their faces. The food was great I received a great bacon egg and cheese from someone a couple days ago. The drinks are also great and deserved all $7.89 I spent. read more

Service was phenomenal. Ayden and Kaily are great. Above & beyond service between those two baristas. They deserve a raise.

Every time we go there, they never have donuts. How does a donut shop run out of donuts before noon? At least 4 times I've gone there at various different times and days and they never have donuts. It's like if you want donuts, you have to be there by the crack of dawn. It's comical that a donut shop never has donuts. read more

Convenient location, fast and friendly service as well. The parking lot is very tight and drive through hard to use when using a hummer or a vehicle of that size. Inside is slightly dirty and they have bees inside. Tops of the ceiling fans are COATED with thick dirt and dust. It need a good cleaning that's for sure. read more

My donuts looked like a 3 year old handles them before they were put in a bag and I purchased them.. finger holes and smushed up like this was on purpose.. but I doubt that because rarely do I eat poorly.. Definitely needs new management. read more

Dunkin' - Donuts - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Vernon, New Jersey

The workers took forever and the food was not given. My drink was incorrect and there had to be at least 10 people coming in from the drive through to complain because the workers messed up their orders as well! One of the guys ordered a box of a dozen jelly doughnuts and got 9 doughnuts and not one of them were jelly even though the thing of jelly doughnuts was full. The lady helping him didn't have any respect or feel bad at all for making him wait 20 mins for a very messed up order. One of the people in my group ordered a cold brew with cold foam NO WHIPPED CREAM and the workers gave her half a cup of whipped cream with the coffee and no cold foam! what if she was allergic to whipped cream!!!!?!?! This was over all VERY BAD service!!! read more

The people who work here are so friendly and kind! I just visited today via the Drive-thru and had such a good experience, I wanted to give them a review. My order was filled quickly and correctly. And the staff was warm, courteous, and professional--this goes for the person who took my order, the person who prepared it, and the cashier. It is a hard time to be in food service. This crew is doing an amazing job! read more

This is my favorite dunkin. I go here every day. They never ever mess up my order and everyone is super friendly. The drive thru can get a little sketchy at times because of the volume of cars especially during ski season but thats not the fault of anyone inside the dunkin and they really are very quick and efficient! Also the donuts are fresher here than other Dunkins. Much love to this location! read more

I'm a regular at this Dunkin and in recent years I've been pretty satisfied. I also credit them for returning my wallet I left there one time. Good honest employees. The parking lot is horrible, but that's the town's fault. My orders are always correct. The young kids there are always polite. read more

I realize the silliness of giving a review for a Dunkin Donuts because I think we're all aware of how terrible Dunkin Donuts is so it doesn't really need a review. This morning I am especially impressed with the Vernon New Jersey Dunkin Donuts, already a bad start. The only place to get coffee other than Burger King, which honestly I've started and it's sad that that's the future that we live in I was told they were unable to sell an inced Americano, I then asked they just pour it over ice . To which I was explained that they can't make it and it will require a specialty drink. The cashier told me "yeah yeah yeah no I know I work at a coffee shop I know". Is dunkin doughnuts a coffe shop or a doughnut shop. I ask because their doughnuts suck. And so does this Americano, tastes like they decided to forego vanilla when roasting their beans and decided to use a sensible substitute, bleach. If Starbucks had a drive thru that place would just go bankrupt read more

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! These young kids at the drive thru are so unpleasant and unprofessional. When I got to the window to pay for my drink a young brown haired girl was laughing and pointing at me when I got my drink. While this was going on the other worker was looking back and forth from her to me and then walked away. So as anyone would now after that I believed at this point that they have put something or did something to my drink and asked for it to get remade. Which then the young man handing the drinks at the window was like "what's wrong you didn't even drink it, go ahead drink it". And then the young girl how was laughing and pointing started to scream "ya I put something in your drink bitch". At this point I just left and got rid of the drink. I will never go back there again. read more

Dunkin' - a breakfast sandwich with bacon and an egg - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Vernon, New Jersey

The drive through just took FORTY MINUTES to get through!! The employee at the window didn't apologize for the wait or offer an explanation. The only reason that this trash place is still open is because it's the only fast food breakfast place in the center of vernon. And i've never had my order been entirely correct. it's inconsistent and i've received coffee that taste like dirty water multiple times. Boycott church street dunkin, route 94 in Hamburg only. absolutely incompetent and inconsiderate, zero customer service. read more

I love this dunkin. They are always so courteous, fast, and the coffee is consistently good.

What a joke - Dunkin in Vernon. My first trip a week ago I rec'd coffee instead of tea. I sat with my hand out the window for five minutes while the girl with leaf tattoos squatted at the window in uncontrollable laughter - five minutes is a long time when these kids are just playing around and getting orders wrong. Today my daughter picked me up a tea - ha ha jokes on me again - it was coffee with tea bags in it. When I went inside the same girl with the bun and tattoos was at the counter - she thought it was funny again. At least they gave me tea - but in the same cup - they didn't even switch the cup. When I asked for info on the manager nobody could provide it. They suggested that I try calling Jackie at 7:30 tomorrow morning. These unsupervised kids are there to have a good time and need to realize the severity of making someone ill by serving the wrong items. They need to be taught customer service and held accountable to service standards. If you want a good laugh, go to Dunkin in Vernon NJ, if you want to be treated like a person and not an invisible client and you want your order correct; go somewhere else. read more

Parking is always an issue at this location, and if you opt for the drive thru, you're going to have to wait a while before you get your order. The coffee can be a hit or miss. I get hot black coffee every time and sometimes I almost regret not getting a flavor because the coffee is old. Also, be careful if there's poor weather! Huge slipping hazard in that doorway with no welcome mat/rug read more

Congratulations this is hands down the WORST Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. Orders are always wrong, the staff is young and seem like they could give a f*** about customer service or just getting an order correct. Lazy, sloppy, gross. People in the community constantly complain about how awful this location is. Just skip this Dunkin and go to Starbucks in Acme. read more

Every single time I come here, my order gets messed up somehow. I always ask for "two vanilla frosted with sprinkles." The first time I went through the drive through I just get regular vanilla frosted, same as the second. The third time I checked, and I was just given one donut. The next time I went, they charged me for three when they put two in the bag. Then, I figured that if I went inside to get my donuts, then maybe I would get what I wanted. Nope. They gave me regular vanilla frosted. At that point I just stopped going. read more

As I seldom ever make it inside this place I wonder what is going on behind those walls. The coffee is always DD'e level of quality, but my espresso is so hit or miss and it confuses them every time I order! Double espresso I say. And the awkward silence with a retort of, So you want two turbo shots? Smiling I always reply with my initial request of a double espresso please? Untrained staff isn't so bad because usually they are friendly. What really gets me is the inconsistency in pricing. One day it's 1.94, the next it will be 2.18, and the following 2.35! For a brief moment I thought the prices may have been increasing until I returned and was charged under 2 dollars on yet another visit. Unsure of what they are doing on the other side of the wall I simply wish there was a mom & pop coffee spot to patron in Vernon. Until then I will reluctantly stop by D&D for their attemot at fulfilling a ned. read more

I stopped by on my way to work and asked for a bagel twist with cream cheese toasted. I grab my bag and go to work. I arrive and not only is my bagel twist not toasted but they just gave me cream cheese on the side with no knife to even spread the cream cheese. I did not ask for on the side. I never had this issue at other locations. read more

They took my order then at the window asked again what I ordered. Then they asked again if I wanted chicken or tuna. They gave me the sandwich, then asked again what drinks I had ordered!!! Told them a third tim... got my "hot" coffee ice cold. Handed it back to them and I got a half filled, nasty cup of crap... sorry, coffee! There were 4 people working in there. You'd think someone would be able to hear the order the first time. This place sucks! Very bad first impression. Never going back! read more

I have edited my Review and upped the start rating to 3 stars because the owner reached out to me personally to say how sorry he was for my experience. This does not change the events of this visit however I think it shows good faith that the owner is working towards making things better. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If I could give less than one star I would. Where to begin Visit occurred at 5pm on Sunday.....Store is open till 10pm Close to 10 minutes to even take our order at the drive through. Ordered Bacon Egg and Cheese on Everything Bagel, Two Donuts and Two Coffees. Was informed that they tan out of Everything bagels. Ordered Plain instead Informed us that they have no egg. Ordered Cream Cheese No Large cups for Iced coffee. Ordered Medium. Had to repeat order several times. At drive through pay window. Wrong coffee given. Made another one. Still wrong. Asked us again for which donuts we ordered????? Bagels are brown. These aren't Plain? "This is the closest we have to plain" (gave us wheat) Asked for money back want to cancel order. Gave money back for Bagels only. Iced coffee ordered light and sweet with a shot of coconut. Received coffee with no sugar. Staff rude - not apologetic for order being so badly messed up. read more

I've ordered the plain Texas Toast grill cheese from this location to my surprise they charged $1 more than any other Dunkin Donut I've visited in New Jersey $3.99 instead of $2.99 even the location in Warwick NY not too far from this location charges $2.99 like every other Dunkin I've been to, I will not be going back if they are doing price gauging and inflating their prices for the exact same meals. read more

The two guys that were there took my order, got it messed up then gave me attitude when I came back to tell them they had given me the wrong order. One muttered a bad word as I was leaving, mind you I was with my 4 year old son. Disgusting, uneducated people. I called the female manager to complain, she said she talked to them and they said they never gave me attitude or muttered the bad word. Yeah ok, way to excuse your employees of bad behavior. I will be complaining to the headquarters on Monday. This is America but free speech doesn't mean you can insult me because THEY messed up on an order. read more

Ashamed to say being from Vernon and this DD is terrible, today I ordered bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel they never even asked if i wanted it toasted the bagel was burnt I mean BLACK what a waste of my money. When I see a line at the vernon one I go to the Hamburg one on Route 94 its not a drive up but the food IS GREAT always ask if I want it toasted and never is burnt. One night 5pm I stopped in Vernon to get Boston crème donuts and was told they were out and they only had a few different ones left, so the next night I went to the Hamburg location and they had 2 trays of Boston Cremes and tons of other FRESH donuts. I was there with my family after we went skiing last month. My family is mixed and this guy who's name was Matt was making fun of Mexicans in front of us to another guy. So we left, there was an Asian couple that left too after hearing this guy talking to his co worker friend. They were saying how horrible it is to work there with all these "spics and foreigners" coming to their store. I later on called the manager because when my uncle asked who the manager was they said no one was there. I finally got in touch with her for her to get nasty with me on the phone!!! I couldn't believe it. Warned people do not go there. read more

This place is the worst Dunkin Donuts Ive ever been to. I travel alot and by far this one takes the cake for being the worst. Lucky me this one happens to be in my home town. They seem to be more expensive than most locations for some reason and all kidding aside one cup out of ten cups of coffee will actually be made the way you ask. Most of the time if you ask for it light its basically milk and sugar with a drop of coffee. If you get a regular usually its practically a black coffee. Even if you give specific instructions everybody has a different idea of what size a sugar scoop is. One guys using a teaspoon meanwhile the guy next to him is using a ladle. At $2.50+ a cup it better taste like liquid gold. Walk down any street in Vernon and ask the first 5 people you see what they think of the local Dunkin, 4 out of 5 wont have good things to say, the other guy goes to Starbucks. read more

This is the slowest Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Staff seem like they aren't motivated and are very pokey. I waited 15 minutes in drive through for 1 cup of coffee and maybe 2 cars ahead of me. 5+ of those minutes I was at the window with my coffee sitting there with no acknowledgement from the staff. The latte without any added sugar was super sweet and almost not drinkable. I will never go back. Newton Dunkin Donuts continues to be the best. read more

Possibly the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. If I could put negative stars I would! First I waited for literally 7 minutes at the drive thru before getting to the speaker to give my order. I then waited at the window for an additional 4 minutes for my order. While I was waiting I got to hear the person preparing my food yelling about how gross it is. Rather than acting ridiculous maybe they should just do their job. My food was no longer appealing to me. I wasted my money and time. I've never been at any Dunkin' Donuts drive through for that long. If I wanted to be late for work I would have gone to Starbucks, paid more, and gotten better service. I'll never return to this Dunkin'. I'll go to the next one on my commute 25 minutes away. read more
