Worst Dunkin' ever should be -000 stars!!! I try to order a sandwich. She couldn't make anything with meat. Fine! I order a GRILLED CHEESE. Visited today for hot coffee and a donut. Dirty dirty. The eat in area is never cleaned from the floor up. Before I could swipe my card I had to ask the cashier for a cleaning wipe. She handed me a dry napkin and I asked her to at least wet it. As I proceeded to wipe the machine down I showed her the results and told her this wasn't acceptable. The staff was overall disrespectful, I ordered a sourdough sandwich, hash browns, and apple juice. They gave me the wrong sandwich and no apple juice. When I went in to get the right sandwich( that looked like it'd been thrown together) they took out my hash browns but I was over it by then. read more

My daughter and I visited the location adjacent to an Arbys & across from McDonalds via drive-thru and the employee at the window didnt wear a mask. I gave this location way too many chances to get it right. Every single time I order coffee, something is wrong about it. Either it is the wrong flavor or they have something in it that should not be. If I ask for no sugar I ALWAYS end up with sugar. Noooope won't be returning to this location! I ordered a French vanilla latte and received a totally different drink. I told the guy that I didn't think this was what I ordered and the lady at the register said "sorry I meant a French vanilla latte". Ok, so we all agree that the drink in my hand isn't what I ordered, great! The man takes my drink, disappears to the side for 2 seconds, comes back, and hands me the same drink as before! This Dunkin' Donuts is not good - it is hit or miss - they are not consistence with making coffee the way you ask for. The staff is nice, but they play too much during rush hour time people need to get in and go. Also, the Bagels are always not fresh. Ugh.....this place is so frustrating. I do not and would not go here because I get to frustrated just trying to place my order for them to get it right. Last time I came here only for two donuts for my kids as a surprise. I asked for one thing and got home and it was two original donuts... After repeating and correcting him three or four times how did I still end up with the wrong thing. The nice time I asked for vanilla chai and ended up with..... I don't know what it was, but it wasn't what I asked for. Went at 8pm and guess what?! No donuts they were already getting ready to close (at 2 hrs prior closing time). Located on 301 this Dunkin Donuts has been here forever. But I've noticed over the years how they have changed the size of the donuts. I love Boston creme donuts, but they've seemed to have shrunk in size. And for the other donuts like the maple or chocolate frosted I've noticed how much less frosting they've been using. I guess maybe I'm losing my taste for donuts or maybe I've outgrown these and need to try a donut from one of those fancier donut shops in DC. read more

Pretty much your average Dunkin' Donuts. I rarely go inside as they have a drive thru that goes pretty quick. As with most coffee places, it really depends on who is making your drink. Some days it's on point, other days it's not. read more

I don't go often but when I do I expect fresh donuts and/or muffins and good coffee that's hot. The donuts and muffins I ordered and received were hard and stale as if they had been there for months. The coffee is average to sub par. Since the change in ownership/management or something else the food and coffee has declined tremendously. They need to get on their grind! read more

If what you're looking for is the worst customer service of your life, this is the place. The counter guy looks like he's totally pissed at even so much as having to look at the customer, let alone take an order. The hatred the guy's demeanor demonstrates is enough to make all but Superman cry like a little baby and beat feet like crazy to the door. This is absolutely the WORST Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to, EVER!!!! In my past life , I stopped here every morning on my way to work. I stopped over a year ago and refused to devote any more energy to this place. Why? Because, I was given the wrong order more than once and repeated horrible service.
