I've always had issues here but today I received an extremely undercooked sandwich. it is not even edible I am so disgusted. This is the closest Dunkin to me so to constantly and consistently be disappointed by it's service and products is exhausting. Other Dunkin locations are much better this one is just always a mess and the employees are so miserable/rude. This location needs shut down at this point. read more

Probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. They are extremely slow, you'll be waiting in the drive through for over 25 mins but if you walk in, they will ignore you for about 10. Today I decided to give them another chance, and I ordered a wrap. I payed online and I get to the window after waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes, only to be told they don't have any wraps. The woman at the window was very nice, and gave me a bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich instead. However, upon opening my sandwich I found that it was completely dismantled, no bottom bun, and one half of a piece of bacon on it. Very disappointed. read more

If I owned the Dunkin name I would be extremely disappointed in this store! This was my experience today: I ordered 2 md latte's with mocha and was told it was $11.40. (My response was I don't believe that is correct) told the prices went up. I was charged for 3 md latte's on my receipt. Then I waited 25 mins in the lobby. I can't even think of a more dysfunctional visual experience to compare it to make you understand what i witnessed. On top of all that the drinks tasted horrible. I'm done going there! read more

I always have a good experience when coming to this location but today I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line for 1 coffee. They need to let their customers know when things like this happen because it's ridiculous. I seen people walking in and out from inside with drinks and food. If you cannot run the drive thru please put a sign up letting people know you cannot take orders. read more

Like they couldn't send an employee out to let the customers know they were backed up and not taking orders?? There was a line wrapped around the building and no one knew! The new tacos at Dunkin Donuts are a big . I have had more contents of a taco fall out of taco at Taco Bell than were even in the the taco I had this morning from Dunkin. The price of $2.99 must have been for the packaging because the packaging was worth more. There was 1/6 of an egg and some dried up bacon in a soft taco shell. The picture made the taco look like it was overflowing with goodness - I wish I would have taken a picture for them to put on the flash screen at the drive thru ---- they would never have to be troubled to make another taco if the actual picture was put out there for reference. Before a busy day at work I decided to order a latte and a maple sugar bacon sandwich. The sandwich was great and savory, a little messy to eat on the go. Instead of a latte I was given a hot chocolate. While hot chocolate is good, not exactly the caffeine boost I ordered to prepare for work. read more

This is a nice little addition to Tiffin. I stopped in Sunday morning for a couple cups of coffee and a donut for my husband and I. They were so well stocked it made it difficult to narrow down my choices so I ended up getting each of us two. Once we opened the box, we still couldn't decide which ones we wanted so silly us, cut each one in half so we could sample all four kinds! (You have to know us). Each donut was soft and filled with just the proper amount of gooey goodness. We both favored the Key Lime donut. This was filled with a generous portion of a key lime flavored custard, topped with white frosting and some kind of a crunchy topping. We also enjoyed a strawberry jelly donut, with white frosting, a Boston Cream, and a cream stick. I know, I'm just glad they don't print the calorie content on the side of the box! Coffee was good, service was friendly, and the facility was clean! We will definitely visit this location again. Review #13/2016 read more

This morning I went to the drive thru for a cup of coffee. No one was behind me so I asked if I could add the donut holes to my order. I was told that it was 'policy' that they cannot do that. I understand there is a policy when it is busy, but no one was there. They actually had me drive around in a circle to get the donuts. Hmmmm read more

Very clean and great service. They have a wide selection of baked goods, sandwiches, and beverages. The staff isn't very knowledgeable about coffee, though. Pretty much stick to the specialty drinks to stay safe. read more

Service is good at certain times, always low on staff. They take too many orders at once which causes them to be really slow and behind. It's called "Dunkin Donuts" but they never have donuts. Does that make any sense? Sometimes they also lie about not having donuts when you go through the drive thru. read more
