Yesterday I was in a hurry so I tried again and remembered why it wasn't worth it. After receiving a sandwich that was somehow both burned and cold and no receipt, I called to ask if they had the receipt before I came back. I was literally yelled at by an employee who refused to let me speak to a manager. Decent DD's located near my place of work where I intern. Near the exit of a major highway, which makes it convenient if you're heading up 28 up north. Good customer service, coffee made here is pretty decent, and donuts are pretty good. They also have a drive-thru which is open longer than walk-in, which is helpful if you happen to be driving that time of night. I do consider this a suitable option for coffee & donuts if I'm in the mood while at work or coming off work. read more

The customer service here is awful. The wait time for your items is extremely long and they frequently give you the wrong items. They often have a poor selection of donuts as well. They blame that on being understaffed, which I get. However, that is no excuse for being rude and unprofessional to customers and not having selections they are supposed to have. read more
