The customer service here is so horrible that as a busy working mom, I will still travel 20 more minutes down the road to another location so that i can avoid this one. Yesterday I was in a hurry so I tried again and remembered why it wasn't worth it. After receiving a sandwich that was somehow both burned and cold and no receipt, I called to ask if they had the receipt before I came back. I was literally yelled at by an employee who refused to let me speak to a manager. Somehow almost every time I go the manage to make my order wrong. Now I always order with their app and my label is always correct but the product is wrong. Example. Decent DD's located near my place of work where I intern. Near the exit of a major highway, which makes it convenient if you're heading up 28 up north. Good customer service, coffee made here is pretty decent, and donuts are pretty good. They also have a drive-thru which is open longer than walk-in, which is helpful if you happen to be driving that time of night. My choice still stands on dunkin' donuts over crispy cream~ I like the colorful logo, but their donuts are always fresh, and many to choose from. my personal favorites are glazed, vanilla pudding filled, any flavor iced with sprinkles, and powdered with pudding filling. whip cream filling is pretty good too. their breakfast sandwhiches are amazing too. bacon and cheese bagel sandwiches are my favorite breakfast item with a donut for dessert, and crisp cold orange juice! I have noticed that the consistency has gotten much better the last several times I have stopped at this location.
