Everything food-related is either made in-house or sourced locally. The brisket is good! .. I've had brisket in every state south of the Mason Dixon line. The beer taps change regularly and they always feature seasonal brews from local breweries, along with their own. They host a lot of events as well. I've only been for weekday lunch so I can't say much about the events other than; it sounds like a lot of fun. All of the staff are great people and seem to enjoy what they do. Shout out to Eric. I don't know how to spell his name but he's a good rep for this place. Great service and really helpful when you're not quite sure what you want. He'll help you out. The store was very well-kept, bright, and inviting. Service was a bit of a miss. The cashier seemed new and wasn't very familiar with the menu or ordering process, which slowed things down a bit.
