I stopped at this Dunkin' for a drink and a couple of donuts. My order taker had some problem entering in my order, resulting in it not quite right in the end, but getting one glazed donut instead of the two donuts I asked for was healthier, delicious, and truthfully all I needed. While I was standing waiting to order I spotted a drink called Cereal N' Milk Latte on their menu board. Intrigued, that's what I ordered. Had the option for hot or cold, I got hot. To me it was just ok, something I wouldn't order again. I did wonder what it was so later I looked it up on their website, and learned that Cereal N' Milk Iced Latte is expresso with cereal milk. What's cereal milk? Milk made with corn flakes. Designed to deliver a marshmallow-cereal taste that is creamy and rich similar to that last bit of milk in the bowl after you have eaten all the cereal. This is a limited time item and a very create idea. The restaurant was fine, looked clean with that signature orange look. They did have an active drive-thru during my visit. read more

I'm obsessed with the Dunkin' Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher, however not sure if it was an off morning cause my drink tasted super watery and stronger green tea taste and not much of the strawberry dragonfruit taste. Finally tried the everything bagel stuffed minis and they were so yummy. I'll be having them again. Great customer service. Friendly staff. Ambience at Dunkin' is always great!! I must say this Dunkin' is in a weird spot. The drive-thru was not carefully thought through. Thankfully, I always walk-in. You just need to be careful because as you enter/exit the "store" the drive-thru cars are right there. I normally come when it's not peak hours hence the dark picture for the storefront and not as busy (it was 7am) though I'm sure it's not too safe when it's super busy. This Dunkin is a combo store with Baskin-Robbins. My visit was actually to B-R. It was extremely disappointing. First of all, the store had no other customers and three clerks. It still took several minutes for one of the clerks to come over to the counter to ask what we wanted. Even after commenting on the small scoop of ice cream(it looked like a 1/2 scoop) when she scooped the first cone, the second cone was equally small. I know B-R is not inexpensive, but for the price, it was a smaller scoop than Ben and Jerry's offered on their Free Cone Day. There are no Dunkin's/Baskin-Robbins combos anywhere near my home, so I was happy to be able to stop at this one. It was not worth the stop. read more

I am extremely disappointed with this Dunkin location. I have gone several times within the last week and they said the frozen machine for frozen drinks is done. All I said was that it's been broken for a week to the employee. He then makes a rude comment saying do you want to come inside and I'll show you it's broken. I was like it's not a problem, I will just go somewhere else. Then he corrected himself and made me a frozen drink with the blender.. which was nice of him. I thanked him. I was with my little sister and she ordered something to a different coworker. I assumed he didn't hear her because he kept saying "what you want".. so then he heard her and said "anything else". I said no. He then makes a huge scene saying " let her speak for herself... why are you talking for her.. she's a big girl.. don't talk for her..." first of all, I'm the one paying.. is he??? so I said no that's all. plus she said it twice no and he kept asking same question over & over. For some reason at the drive thru they asked what I wanted, I told them only one item from my order that I wanted, they said okay, then said give me one moment and didn't return for almost 5 minutes to take the rest of my order. I only ordered a bacon sandwich and an iced latte. Upon completing order: everything bagel bites and cream filled donut and sausage croissant with chocolate raised donut. Get up to the drive through and in bag was plain bites and plain donuts. The lady yelling saying we don't have anything that you want. Ok, what kind of business who caters to the breakfast crowd doesn't have said breakfast items. TERRIBLE, HORRENDOUS customer service & inventory-wise, they're almost always out of product. Separately, I tried to do a workaround and ordered through DoorDash--results were just as abysmal & I never even received my order! Dasher waited 20 min & left (which was the entire delivery time & I don't blame them for leaving). I ended up cancelling after 45 min bc the inept employees clearly couldn't fulfill the order. This dunkin must be under new management- they were the best one in the area by far and about 3 months ago, it has been a disaster ever since. The gentleman who seems to be in charge is super rude- I've gotten my coffee wrong (caramel latte) the last 3 times, and I just sat in line of 2 people for 10 minutes because no one was taking order in the drive-through. Last time I went, they separated my food and coffee so I had to get my credit card back out to pay for my food item.. I don't know about the coffee and donuts, but the employees are awful and think they shouldn't be working at the Baskin Robbins part of the store. They are terrible, giving you the impression you are asking for something they should not have to provide. One didn't know what hand packed is. Most don't know the difference between a pint and a quart. Others try to get you to buy the pre packed so they don't have to work. It's PATHETIC! Too bad I love the ice cream and I keep going back always expecting the worst experience and always getting it. Never saw the same employee twice. Can't find the owner to tell him/her what is going on, but my guess is they don't care or will say they can't get good help. This place is just so disappointing. The staff is almost always in flux. They can't seem to hold onto a staff member for more than a week. I can't blame them for everything because of that. It's difficult to deliver great service when everyone is new, but even the ones training the new employees don't seem to really have it together. I walked in the other day and they literally just kept glancing at me. This went on for about 5 minutes until finally someone acknowledged me and instructed another employee to "see what that guy wants." Nice, right? Their sweet tea is great, their ice cream at the Baskin Robbins portion is also pretty good, but the staff really hurts this place. I'm sure they have some strong, dedicated employees but they are obviously few and far between. This place needs an overhaul. The management team clearly needs to either be replaced or build a team and atmosphere that makes customers feel welcomed.I still go here because it's convenient enough of a location for me, but man, I just have yet to even be met with a "hello" over my last few visits. There used to be a great employee here that was cheerful and always welcomed my wife and I in, but it seems they've left. But I stopped at the Sarasota/University Pkwy location and my opinion has now changed! They were slammed, but they had it under control. It was a great team effort. No exaggeration, this is the best Dunkin' in the area. They always put napkins in the bag, other Dunkin's never seem to do that anymore! This is my Dunkin donuts, a very lively place in the mornings, when I get my coffee. Everything is fresh & the employees are friendly. The place has a lot of sunlight & outdoor patio (when it's cooler). I travel for work & have been to A LOT of Dunkin donuts. Dunkin donuts is the ONLY coffee I drink. With that being said, I'd like to point out their manager: Bobbi (female). Bobbi is as good as the day is long & the sweetest Dunkin donuts employee I've ever met in my 55 years. Horrible horrible horrible disgusting iced coffee. I basically wasted my money. Took three sips and threw the large sized iced coffee away. It tasted burned, unsweet & not enough almond milk. Will never buy again. I'll give it to them, at least the bacon, egg and cheese croissant was good. But I was really dissatisfied with the coffee which was very much needed as I'm a nurse and was heading to work my 12 plus hrs shift. Y'all know we need our caffeine. When I gave him four pennies and ask him to give me a dollar he said no he could not do that. When I asked him to give me four quarters he said no he could not do that. What's the point of having an online app to order something when you have to wait for it to be made when you get there? If I'm paying for it before I get there, the staff should be working on it before I get there. Many times they don't even know they have an order waiting. Someone once told me they don't get notified when a mobile order comes through. Not only that, but I've had many issues ordering something then come to find out they don't have what I want. This is the worst experience i've ever had at dunkin' donuts, and I go quite often (my first time at this location however). They gave me a drink with regular milk instead of oat milk (the employee who took my order even said it back to me) and so I asked for a new coffee, because mine did not look like it was oat milk and it didn't say oat milk on it, so I asked the employee what milk it was made of she she said they didn't even sell oat milk. I was very kind to the staff, as I am a very patient person and I work in retail so I understand how things get frustrating. However, one employee was super annoyed that she had to remake a drink, and started talking about me (the customer) and about how I'm wrong and ordering oat milk is stupid, etc. And I could hear the entire conversation through the window. In the end, I explained my (quite simple) order 4 times, and still got the wrong coffee, and was bad mouthed by an employee. read more

The flys were more productive than the staff (dozens sitting on the stack of cups in the drive through and swarming the donuts) 5 staff members yet only one was at the drive thru, one making all the food and the rest standing around gossiping.
