i ordered a Macchiatto with 2 Carmel swirl and 2 vanilla swirl and 2 surger cane. the girl handed me this drink that looked like cream with a dash of coffee in it. when i said to her that that looks too light instead of just remaking the drink correctly she told me that Macchiattos dont come with expresso in them. read more

The manager is awful at her job, I've gone in to get a Medium Hot Chocolate and they were somewhat busy. They didn't have a line around the building like sometimes but they weren't completely dead. And Nikeita was only taking orders, everyone else was doing everything, making drinks and getting food. Even when they slowed down she didn't help them out. I've also been in there and right in the middle of a busy rush I was there working on a project, and I stopped because I heard yelling, Nikeita was yelling at them for her doing all the work but everyone else was running around. 10/10, would recommend going unless Nikeita is working. read more

I went inside to grab coffee bc drive thru was wrapped around the building. I had to wait until the cashier was done filling a container. The coffee was not hot. Asked for another, cold. The third cup was a different flavor. Finally, hot. The younger employees talked out loud to each other about my claims and requests. "He said it's cold", "It's not cold", "let me test it", "Yeah, it's hot", "just give him another" and "this one is hot, do you want ice?". How, child like? I respect the kids are working and employed. But they had no customer service skills what so ever. Five girls working, the drive thru jammed and place was dirty. I'm not trying to get anyone into trouble. I try to leave good reviews online. Hopefully, management can work from this review. I love this dunkin because 9 out of 10X my iced coffee is correct!! Usually if the mgr or asst mgr is here, its always correct. There are times on weekends when I come around 6 am and the crew doesnt seem to care, but everytime Courtney is here, its perfect!! Good job at this location:) read more
