Always kind and quick. Excellent service. Always make my special order to my specifications.

Horrible, possibly the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Walked in this morning at 730, there were only 2 workers. And 6 people waiting for their orders. I waited in line 10 mins, and still didn't order, there was a guy in front of me who was waiting 10 mins prior to me getting there. And he still did not order. I ended up walking out. What place that sells coffee and breakfast only has 2 employees. read more

They never get anything correct and seems every time I come to the drive thru there either on their cellphones or goofing around. The one day I waiting in line at the drive thru, I finally got waited on, only to find out they had no tea. read more

This is one of the worst Dunkin's around, 9 of 10 times orders are wrong! Ordered an ice coffee extra cream 5 sweet and low. Hands me a black coffee, I said extra cream takes it back puts some cream and away I go. I get the road..... no sweet and low!!!! It was even on the sticker. DO BETTER it's just not that hard!!!!! read more

I've visited this Dunkin a number of times over the years since it's on my way to target and other shops. Good service, nice staff, and my order is always right. The food tastes fresh and is made correctly. Including drinks. I hope people give them a try again because I think this is a good location! read more

I was there on St. Patrick's day in the morning. The mat at the entrance was not flat. My foot got caught, and I fell. Every time I try to call the store, I get a busy signal. I've contacted corporate, and they said they notified the franchise owner. I've heard nothing. I've had to contact an attorney to find out what I can legally do to get the medical bills covered. I love dunkin' products, but I don't appreciate that the owner seems to be ignoring me, and probably hoping I'll give up. read more

When the staff is doing "the count" during a shift change, I would recommend that someone take a moment to inform waiting customers that there will be a delay in picking up an order. The perception of the customer, if this does not occur, is that the staff is rude and does not care about customer service. It's just fast food, it's a drive through, waiting is not a big deal but a tiny bit of courtesy goes a long way. read more

This place has issues, always rotating staff. The rep left his microphone on in the drive through and talked sh** and communicated inappropriately to co-workers. Also can't call into the establishment because the leave the phone off the line just gets busy tone. read more

I love this Dunkin' it's always so good. Food was fresh coffee was actually made right when I go to other Dunkin's it's not would definitely recommend. read more

Slow, messed up my order. No regrets when I went told him it's the wrong meat in sandwich. No apology and no sign of concern. Seems like messing up orders are normal here. One more thing ...my crossaint was burnt. read more

Dunkin' - a car parked in front of a restaurant - Donuts Near Me - Quakertown, Pennsylvania

The workers here 50% of the time can't get my order right. They've perturbed me a few times when I asked for 1 ice cube to cool down my scalding hot coffee (so that it wouldn't burn my tongue!) but they seemed to think I wanted lukewarm coffee and dumped a bunch in there. Also, I've spent way too long waiting for someone to answer in the drive through, when the parking lot is half empty. I don't know if they are understaffed, or what, but it's a little annoying. However, when my coffee is made for the way I ask, it is very good. I go here all the time because of the convenience and prices. Cheaper and closer than a Starbucks, easier than the Turkey Hill. read more

Worst service ever. Over a ten minute wait with only one car in front of me. Rude window person. Saw two workers standing doing nothing. Don't waste your money. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. They should just close this location.. there's no staff and the food is disgusting. They can't make coffee. Nothings good. You'll wait forever to get something terrible. Worst Dubkin Donuts I've ever been to. And it's always like this, I live right by it. Oh, and they're rude. Literally NOTHING is good here. read more

If I could give this store no stars I would. I just quit working here for many reasons. For one, the people that work here are rude and slow. The shift leaders and other employees stand around talking when there are drinks to be made and handed out. I was also written up for the actions of another employee for something that had absolutely nothing to do with me. This location also has a very long streak of messing up people's orders and people have to wait forever to get their orders. There are employees here that have counted their drawer and they were $60 short but one employee supposedly took $20 out of their drawer and got fired, even though his drawer was not short that night. Tell me how that works. DO NOT WORK HERE. read more

Worst place I ever worked got fired bc I didn't feel comfortable working with the morning g crew Andy manger did nothing about it this store is very understaffed they're more concerned with talking and screwing off than actualy doing there job they dint clean up after them self's they leave the store a wreck they dont help when the stores slammed they dont do anything they just sit there they yell at co workers in front if customers highly un organized and very unpro I'm sorry for every one that's been in there during the morning I was there they are the worst store into the area they really need a change in management and need to actualy do there job there very few ppl there that actualy do there job sorry to all you guys that had deal with there bs my rating read more

I don't use the drive thru so my experience may be different. Staff always friendly and helpful. Sometimes they seem under staffed, but that's what happens when someone doesn't show up for their shift. Food and drinks always good. read more

We stop here just before getting onto the turnpike, and every single time we walk in we regret it. Right off the bat, know that you will be in here longer than you would like. Secondly, the staff is NEVER friendly. I have hated many of my jobs, but I would always paste a smile on my face and at least pretend. We stopped in yesterday and the girl that took our order was just plain rude. Like, she made it a point to be rude. Like, got my blood pressure up rude. Made it a point to let me know she was annoyed she had to take the order. We will be stopping in WAWA from now on. read more

This use to be a frequent stop of mine but since it changed owners a few years ago the place has gone down hill. Horrible unfriendly people, and way too long to wait for a bad cup of coffee. Plan on killing at least 10 minutes either inside or out and it makes no difference if you go at 8 am or 8 pm. I suggest that you Go next door and get a McDonalds 1$ coffee and be on you way in a flash. read more

I've stopped here a couple times whenever I'm in the area and I must say the staff here is very pleasant. Each time I've been there - they have been very personable (even when I was just going through the drive-through). This is icing on the cake as they still have the same great coffee I've come to expect from a name like Dunkin. read more

If you're stopping at this Dunkin' Donuts, make sure you've added 10-15 minutes into your ride because that's the least amount of time you're going to be waiting, even if it is just for coffee. Every time I go into this one, I know I'm going to be here for much longer than it should normally take. I also avoid the drive-thru line because that's usually a 20 minute wait. The store itself is not that clean and there are always flies in the restaurant. I'm not sure what's up with this location but go to Wawa down the street or find another Dunkin' to stop at. read more

I'm a true Dunkin Donuts fan; been to lots of DD Stores. This is the BEST for fresh, tasty donuts and meals. I drive miles out of my way to go to this particular store. Charlie Maraziti P.S. All the comments about the drive-thru may be true but just get out of your car and come in; it's all fine inside. read more

This was a normal Dunkin'. Pretty clean, food tasted regular, service was standard. Restroom needed some cleaning. Prices are higher than other donut shops but that's since they are more specialty. read more

SLOW SLOW SLOW, so ridiculous. Who wants to sit In the drive through for 20 min every single time???

Slowest DD I have ever experienced. Not enough staff during peak times, especially in the morning drive thru!! I've given this location soooo many chances and it's a huge waste of time over and over again! I just don't get it! read more

I went there for a pumpkin spice ice coffee we asked them first if they had pumpkin and they said yes so we ordered a large pumpkin spice ice coffee with extra cream and sugar we got a medium regular ice coffee NO extra cream and sugar. If I wanted a regular ice coffee I wouldn't be asking for pumpkin. Freaking idiots piss me off I'm pregnant and this really made me mad. If you can't take a simple order you shouldn't be working. Grr my fiancé wouldn't turn around so I could confront them bc he doesn't like to be mean but I would of flipped out on them for not even listening to my order. Get your act together people! read more

Poor management my poor brother and girlfriend got fired for no reason, had my brother cover so many shifts because the manager failed to do her job! There was no proof and false accusations against my brother stealing. She shouldn't be a manger for barely doing her duties as a manger! I had to cover the store a year ago and walked out because they lifted me as a cashier and a new employee! The store is gross and I prefer nobody works for this place! read more

I have been sitting in the drive through line for 20 minutes. I'm actually writing this review as I sit here because I'm parked. This is the slowest Dunkin Donuts I've ever encountered. read more

Don't go into the store, you will wait forever. No one seems to have any sense of urgency inside the store...the drive-up is fine, however. read more

I ordered two things through the drive thru and do you think you could have remembered both items and not just one?

The staff seemed absolutely lovely. Everyone was cheery and happy to help. The lady that took our order was friendly and was very understanding when I needed to refill my app real quick. The food was great and was as expected. The bathrooms were clean and up to date. It was a great quick stop on our trip. read more

The service has dropped. Messed up orders. Slow service. And before they had really nice people, orders were correct and it was fast. Today the drive through was so slow I backed up and went inside and I was the first on line and I waited and I just left. read more

This is the worst Dunkin' Ive ever been too. Ive gone many times because it is so close but every single time Ive gone Ive had the worst experience. The people their are terrible workers, always so rude and every time make my drinks wrong and don't even care. I will never return to this Dunkin' again because id rather save myself from the annoyance of going. read more

SLOW!!! 10 minutes wait. There were four people working so I have no idea why it took them so long.

usually a frequent client but I will not come back ever again they deliver things that I did not order and they take a long time to service read more

This used to be an excellent DD but has steadily declined over the past two years. The prior owner was on site all the time and ran a fast and efficient operation with people who were well-trained and friendly. It's now a place that is inadequately staffed with unfriendly people, where it will usually take 8-12 minutes to go in, order, and leave hoping that they got the order correct. Wawa is close and a much faster and cheaper option. read more

The worst DD anywhere I have ever traveled. it is the most convenient location for most of my day to day travel and I will never go back. WaWa next door will be where I will stop everyday. They are unbelievably slow and make sure you have all the time to wait for drive thru service and check what they give you before you hop on the turnpike and realize that everything you got was wrong and your black coffee was full of sugar and cream. They need to change management at that location or go to Harleysville and take notes from how they run things extremely well. read more

This place always get your orders wrong I live only 5 minutes away so this is the Dunkin Donuts that is closest to me coffee is cold food is stale and they always mess your order up read more

Arrived at 9:45 AM. Several cars in the drive thru. Went inside. They had 14 donuts available, and the explanation "We got slammed this morning". No suggestion of regret. No donuts baking. Manager was unresponsive and refused to provide contact information for store owner. Very poor customer service, very poor attitude. read more

SIX people standing behind the register while ONE girl does all of the work. And cashier people were eating while working ew. Took 15 minutes to get the world's simplest bagel. Great location off the turnpike that they will run into the ground read more
