I had a situation with my food. But the staff & manager were kind enough to help me fix the problem without any hesitation.

The service has always been great. The coffee and doughnuts were tasty. I've only been through the drive thru which always goes quickly

I like to use the TooGoodToGo app and came across a special offer for this place which I was able…read moreto pick up at that very moment so since I happen to be out, I swiped and headed over I was greeted by Danielle who was the sweetest cashier and super helpful. She had me show her my app confirming my pick up and I was directed over to a table with bakery boxes. I was told to pick one and that was it. Very easy. It was around $20 worth of donuts for only six dollars. They are yesterday's donuts. I tried many flavors. I also got a few that were made the day off so I probably had over a dozen in total. The passionfruit was my favorite . My daughter and I love this one and would go all the way back there just to get it in particular. It's unlike anything I've ever had and the textures in were very nice. I would describe it as being in a flowery realm. If you like flowery desserts, such as lavender and rose, I would think that you would like this. However, if you do not like those flavors, then I would probably stay away from it. There was a lemon filled one that was very good with the actual donut part. I can't say I was super crazy about the actual lemon filling, but the actual donut part of it was literally melting in my mouth. My husband is a sprinkle donut fan, and this took him right back to his childhood. I wish I could've shown you his face when he tried it. 10/10 from him. The fritter was over a pound. It felt like. It was delicious. I am not really a huge fritter person. Danielle said they were highly recommended there. I was a little skeptical, but I pulled it out of my box and gave it a taste. Wow.. I think I would go back for that one as well. You have to share that one with somebody. It's so big. I really like the chocolate frosted and the vanilla frosted along with my kids too, and the M&M one, that was a great texture. I did not try their coffee, but on my way home I was thinking I probably should have so next time I go I'll give it a shot. I would imagine it would be good..? we will see. I ate way too many than I should have an expected to feel not so great but surprisingly, I felt totally fine. When I eat a doughnut from a chain place like Dunkin, I instantly feel bloated, but that did not happen with this place. I think for the future if I ever need donuts, I would just go over here and even though I have to drive a little bit more it's totally worth it. They also have a rewards program where when you spend $50 you got five dollars to spend there. I would definitely give this place a try, but I went there when they were closing so there wasn't that much left. I really wanted to try the pistachio, but there were none left. I will have to try to go there in the morning one day so I can get one because pistachio is my all-time favorite flavor. Great service, cute little place, the best donuts that I've had (outside of nyc), and I'm looking forward to going back and taking my family.

**INITIAL REVIEW** I…read morewill be honest and say that I only learned about Dixe Cream Donuts, which I will shorthand simply to "Dixie Cream" for the remainder of this review, through the app, Too Good to Go. It is the same app I used to find Luke's Dixie Donuts in Jupiter, FL. Ergo, my firsrt order with them was a Too Good to Go order in which they gave me a mix box of donuts, their choice. Since then, I ordered more Too Good to Go orders for my work, and even got a couple of their donuts for myself. In short, I enjoyed Dixie Cream and their selection for what they have. And though they are not as good as, let's say, Voodoo in Universal Orlando or Luke's Dixie Donuts, they are definitely better than the majority of donut shops out there, especially compared to many national chains (Dunkin' Donuts, Krispy Kreme, etc.). Though an address is provided, Dixie Dream is located on the south end of a strip mall that also has Family Discount Grocery, on the west side of SW Bayshore Blvd. For some reason, I can't seem to find the name of the actual strip mall. For starters, Dixie Cream is not a place where you go to enjoy your donut at the table. It is definitely either a grab & go place or an order & go place. There are no tables inside, and the parking situation is so limited, I don't think many could thoroughly enjoy a sitdown in the place. Besides that, the ambiance is lacking as they weren't going for a palce in which the ambiance is the centerpoint of seeing them. They are, nevertheless, clean and organized and that is what matters for such a place and how they have set things up. Despite that, it is the donuts that are the real winner. They have a common selection of the basics that every donut shop has, but their specialty donuts are where they shine. The ones based on cookies definitely get my attention include the Oreo, Chips Ahoy, and Samoa (Girl Scout Cookie). And if that doesn't hook you in, the fact the donuts "melt in your mouth" is a unique trait that makes them stand out. Now here is the criticism of the "melt in your mouth" angle. I am unsure what fat base they use either lard, butter, or whatever, but there is a slight "taste" of it when the donuts are fresh out of baking. Kind of "unique" to say this but the donuts taste better when cooled for me. Don't get me wrong for Dixie Cream is still good, but just a little detail I noticed pertaining to my experience. Ultimately, I will give this locaiton a four-out-of-five star rating for their speed, their collaboration with Too Good to Go, and the deliciousness of their donuts, more so when cooled for me. I will return more times, and if they are consistent, I will grant them their fifth star for consistency in an updated review.

The parking (or walking) is easy and there is plenty of seating, more so outside, but there are places to sit inside also. The cappuccinos were surprisingly good, though I was hoping they'd be served in real porcelain cups instead of the standard paper ones--it would have matched the ambiance better. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the setting. The breakfast sandwiches and donuts tasted dry and stale, with little flavor or authenticity. The bacon, egg, and cheese croissant in particular was disappointingly bland--more like flour-dusted cardboard than a fresh, flaky breakfast sandwich. Maybe we just caught them on an off day, but overall, the atmosphere outshone the food by far. All pictures were borrowed from the website.

I've been told about Jupiter Donuts ever since I moved to the Stuart, FL area. Warned I would have…read moreto get there early, (before 8 am) or they'd be sold out, with high expectations, I decided to take the plunge. And so, I set my alarm to begin my donut mission. At 6:30 am I showed up at the door of Jupiter Donuts awaiting my pot of gold. Or in this case my donut nirvana! I'll be the first to admit, I'm not looking for what some consider the ideal donut. You know the ones that have a multitude of weird toppings. I'm driven more by the texture and taste of the cake. Thin airy Boston creams with little filling, glazed donuts that are too sweet and have no substance are all too commonplace for my liking. Having said all that, you won't find any of that at Jupiter Donuts. However, in order to be the "best", it has to stand out from all others and this is where Jupiter Donuts doesn't quite make the grade. I mixed up my choices to assure a good representation choosing a frosted chocolate cake, a Boston cream, a chocolate frosted glazed and a sour cream. I guess because of all the advance kudos, my expectations were probably not realistic. And perhaps no place could live up to the high praise and subsequent anticipation I had. Unfortunately, although their donuts were good, I most assuredly wouldn't get up at 6am or wait in line for one. On an individual note, the best was the Boston cream with plenty of filling and a firm (not airy) cake. I'd have to say, I enjoyed this donut the most. I'd give it a 9 on a scale of 1 to 10. My favorite donut is usually a frosted chocolate cake. Jupiters was good but definitely not the best I've had. Score it a 7. The sour cream as well as the chocolate frosted were average at best with both coming in at a 6. All were good but none were great. I must admit, I'm spoiled by the fresh-from-the-oven old fashioned donuts I enjoyed as a child at a place called Tices Farm. The smell and taste of those donuts still resonates with me after all these years. Perhaps those memories assure no donut place will ever live up to my initial donut experience. But my search will go one for that one donut in a million.
