Here for work during the harshest winter Minnesota has seen in a while but I loved coming for my frozen coffee special because they prepare it waaaay better than Dunkin's in Metairie. I get a large drink with almond milk, 4 pumps of sugar free caramel and vanilla with 3 pumps of sweetened butter pecan with whipped cream. It's not overly sweet at all, in fact, it's very good and creamy. The ice was well grounded without all those chunky pieces of ice I get here. They blended the drink fully; whereas, it didn't immediately separate five minutes from buying it. Now, you're probably thinking, why would I buy a frozen coffee in -11 degree weather? Asked for less ice and revived a full cup of just ice got through my drink in like two sips, drive thru took 5+ minutes for a mobile order I had placed ahead. Disappointed, usually have a good experience but this was no good. Along with this, their customer service system online is down. read more

It's small inside and if you compare to the one in your home that one is like a luxury coffee shop. When I ordered my coffee, I was not given my receipt. Then I was sitting there, and nobody told me that my coffee was ready. the coffee tasted good. The young people taking care of the trash put the trash outside and people were dunking cops with water inside at the time there was no trashcan inside and there was water flowing everywhere. I had to call the Young employee to warn them. A lot of shouting in the back while I'm writing this with you. For inside service, go to the one in New Hope! read more

I love Dunkin! So thrilled it moved to the Midwest from the East coast! The donuts remind me of the donut shops in my small town growing up that we'd get as a treat on Sunday for going to church! I also really enjoy the avocado toast add bacon and the egg sandwich! Plus there is just something about their coffee! It's so much better then that starfish place. The drive through makes it even more convenient. I love you Dunkin. I'm thankful you're not located between my house and work or I'd be there way more often. Donut you know I love you! read more

Usually my first choice for a breakfast sandwich in the area. My mobile order is always ready when I arrive which is appreciated. Have had a couple negative experiences with soggy sandwiches but 90% of the time I am satisfied. One flaw with this location is the pole in the drive thru, which makes exiting a little tricky at times. read more

Went to grab a mobile order. No one in store or in the drive through line but managed to mess up an iced signature lattee, and didn't even give every item for the order. Possibly the worst tasting coffee my wife and I have ever had at Dunkin' Donuts. We will not go to this location again would much rather go to our normal store that knows what they are doing. Stay far away from this location if you want anything that has flavor or will make your morning better. read more

Three people working today: two girls and a complete jerk of a guy. One of the girls was SO kind and worked to fill my order as quick as possible. As I was rung up, this jack-wagon of a human emerged and literally started screaming at her. He insisted I ring my order up by myself at the kiosk... Best part: there was no receipt paper, so I had to get a receipt from the counter anyway. Took ten extra minutes just because this moron was stressed out. I'll go to a small business next time. The service I received at the store was nothing short of atrocious. The staff appeared disinterested and unresponsive, and the wait time for even a simple order was unreasonably long. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for the employees. By far one of the worst manager and employees I have come across. The manager should be locked up somewhere, he's a complete loose cannon. It's a matter of time before he gets locked up. He's an extremely dangerous individual to manage a business. He's too much of a liability. To my dismay, I noticed that the food preparation area was not clean, and the overall cleanliness of the store was far from acceptable. This raised serious concerns about the hygiene and safety standards of the food being served. The lack of proper management was evident in the chaos and disorganization I observed during my visit. I walked in to buy a dozen donuts on Christmas Eve. There was an older couple, struggling with the kiosk. I walked up to the counter, waited about two minutes and a gal came out from the back and asked me if I had been helped. I said no, I wanted to buy a dozen donuts and she said there's only two of us working here you'll have to order from the kiosk. There was no other customers in the store .... there was no one in the drive up she was standing right there. The donuts were 6 inches away. She would not help me. I left. I went to the New Hope Dunkin...they were cordial, They waited on me the a happy greeting and a smile. There was no stupid kiosk and I left them a big fat tip. I'll drive to New Hope from now on ....this Plymouth location is never going to make it with this horrible customer service. I'm from the East Coast where there's a Dunkin on every corner. They would be horrified with the service I got in Plymouth. read more

Messed up my order and made it so it was my problem to fix. Ordered online, picked up at the drive thru and got shorted on the order. By the time I figured it out I was miles away. Called the store to get a credit for the missing product and was told I would have to take it up with the Dunkin' application as opposed to them fixing their mistake. Of course, the Dunkin' produced app doesn't have a way to get a refund on the product they shorted you, so they effectively stole from me without remorse. Blaming your poorly produced technology is not an excuse for ripping off your customer. read more
