I never place complaints, I am a grateful lifelong customer of Dunkin (New England raised!) and also a former shift manager for Cafua at the Dunkin in Wolfeboro NH. I understand what it's like on the other side of the counter. I have respect and compassion for those who serve me in that capacity. Today at 2:30 we stopped at Dunkin in Pittsfield, NH at 656 Suncook Valley Highway. When placing our order we always ask for food items first. We were the only customers in line and the parking lot only had 3-4 cars parked out back I assume belonging to employees. We were interrupted when asking for food and told "There aren't enough people here today to make your food." Upon arriving to the windows for our drinks I counted 3 team members working. After paying I saw another customer pull in behind us at the speaker, pausing briefly before speeding away past me, assuming they had a similar exchange. I write this complaint to notify the management and owners involved. Pittsfield Dunkin will not take food orders with 3 people on staff with no other customers in the lobby or drive through. I would have happily waited for my order, I would have parked to clear the drive through, I would have gone inside to wait if given the option. I regrettably must choose another option for my lunch today, and in the future will likely resort to choosing another Dunkin on my daily commute. read more

The service was horrible, I ordered a grande matcha, and they just give the half of the drink. I told them it was not enough they ignored me and I tell me again, they put more ice to my drink. I said I don't want more ice, I want more matcha, and the employee said if you want other want buy it. However it was not just me, there many people that also had the same experience. read more

Then tries to talk me into cream and sugar ,, I reply NO . Service was quick, internet speed is good if you need a place to sit, quality of drink and food were good. I had a question about a feature of my drink, and the cashier took the time to explain to me about the difference between their regular syrups and the sugar free option. In any of the times I have gone to this location I have experienced no issues. None of the visits were in the early morning or at peak commuter times. Prices are great in comparison to some other coffee shops. I only ordered the iced coffee with sugar free vanilla, the quality was consistent each time I purchased. read more

Real estate is location, location, location. Fast food of any kind, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, is service, service, service because the truth is there are no waiters - the service is really not asking all that much. You don't have to fill my drink, frost my donut at the table or do anything other than take my order and give me what I gave you money for in a timely fashion. Seems like a straight forward principle, but it can miss the mark time and time again. My friends needed iced coffee. I needed a reduced fat blueberry muffin one day and some munchkins the next. These are not hard requests, they are sitting right there in the bins. The guy with the mustache came in and made the donuts very early in the morning. You would guess you could never wait in line more than three minutes, no matter how long the line. Two days, both times between five and ten minutes with about four people in line. The issue here is the drive-thru. There are four people waiting in the store and there are four employees, all of whom are circling around the drive-thru window aimlessly while one of them half-heartedly attempts to attend to the line in the actual store. Result - five to ten minutes with everyone looking at each other as if this is not even possible - the donuts are right there and so is the coffee and the ice! read more

I believe not that long ago my mom and I went to DD and I ordered a small thing mint and my mom regular small and we got mediums and mine didn't taste a thin mint. They didn't put the thin mint syrup in my coffee I didn't even bother to drink the whole thing and thrown it away that how bad it tasted. read more

Nice place. Lounge area was spacious and clean. Had a nice table with A/C outlets imbedded into the center of the table. I had a simple Tea that was good and a breakfast sandwich, which was also good. The person working the register was also nice. read more

Found a piece of tape in the bottom of my coffee, called and spoke to the manager and he acted like it was no big deal and offered to give me back my money, not even a sorry! Told him I would stop by the next day to show him at a specific time and he said he would be there and he was pulling out of the driveway when I was pulling in. They also never have decaf coffee at the front counter, only at the drive up, WHY??? It's a coffee shop!! I've had to wait at least 5 different occasions for them to brew a pot when I'm on my way to work! Asked the manager why they don't have 2 pots brewing and he said they don't sell enough...seriously!!!! He doesn't know how to run his store, very unprofessional. I go here most mornings because I work early, and it's on the way. They literally mess something with my order up at least 1/3 of the time. Today it was the wrong cream cheese. Other mistakes have included the wrong size drink, hot chocolate instead of coffee, hot chocolate instead of chai, and wrong type of bagel. Sometimes they don't even toast the bagel when I ask for it toasted. How hard is your job? I work in the medical field, and if I make a mistake someone could be seriously injured or die.....but you can't even put the right kind of cream cheese on a bagel? I don't care what your job is, you should take pride in it and do a good job. read more

Besides the parking lot of madness and no drive-thru this location is just fine. Really now, what do you expect from a chain? Their coffee was perfect and the lines moved quickly and efficiently. Both times I arrived during the morning rush and parked, ordered, paid and left within eight minutes. Not bad! read more

The donut wasn't very good, the place was dirty and sticky, and I saw bugs crawling around in the glazed donuts.

Very inconsistent in their coffee. One day it is good and the next day it is horrible. Actually more horrible than good at this location.
