Can't get a simple coffee order right. Creamer on the side severed with full creamer added. How difficult can it be?

Me and my mom went to this location for breakfast this morning and we order 3 wakeup wraps, and 1 thing of snack and bacon the girl had a attitude when we told her we had 3 wraps when ringing us up, when we received the bag only we went to the car and opened it and it was only 1 wake-up wrap. So I leave in the area of Pawleys Island and I am so very disappointed with this Dunkin'. They never have the donuts I want! Regardless of the time I visit. I like using my app and I order on line but and pay... but when I go through the drive through to pick them up they say oh.. let me see if we still have those. What! 8, 9,10,12 noon... forget it. I asked if they made the donuts they said no but they glaze them... really??? He said we don't have people asking for the special donuts in the afternoon... I said it's because you don't have them! Dunkin' Donuts in Pawleys Island is a joke. Went through the drive-thru. Three cars in line. Ordered one little sandwich. I should have checked my order but I didn't. I'm not sure how this store has a 100 health store. The women's bathroom soap dispenser is totally unusable and it was previously taped back together, suggesting it's been broken a while. Hope the employees have another sink to wash their hands! Despite the posting requesting customers wear masks, the employees really were struggling to. Only one of about 7-10 employees was solidly wearing her mask, many wearing under their chins. All the customers were properly wearing their masks. Masks don't work if you don't wear them or take them off to talk . Donuts were as expected. I got a bagel, it was burnt and the cream cheese all on one side. Definitely wouldn't recommend. read more

I typically go to this Dunkin' on my way to work in the morning... but stop in the afternoons to pick up a treat for my Mom who lives in a memory care unit. I have to give a huge shout-out to ADAM at the drive-in window. He is the most efficient and customer- service oriented employee I have encountered-- and not just at Dunkin' Donuts! I went through the drive through for national donut day and got 3 boston cremes and an iced vanilla latte. I have the dunkin' app and had a gift card on there and there was no problem scanning it. The latte was very flavorful and the donuts were very good, and it came out to me very fast. Since I didn't go inside, I can't speak to the 1 star reviews about customer service, but my experience was great. read more

This place has the worst customer service. I felt judged and disrespected while trying to pay at this location. I was greated with a snug and attitude, and this is everytime I come here. When I went to pay, I used a free drink voucher from the DD app. She rang up the voucher then told me that the computer was down and the man who took my order forgot to tell me at the menu board. She then told me she could take any card or pay-by-phone. I did not have cash so she just looked at me blankly as if I was supposed to drive off. Telling her I lost the voucher, I should get the drink anyways because she would throw it out, and I have been "charged" for he drink. Coping attitude she threw a fit and said she could nothing, she was only a shift leader. I asked to get the number to her manager. Scared and angry, she called her manager. The manger told her just to give me the drink. Five minutes of fighting for poor customer service. read more

Just go a little further down the road so you don't have to waste your money and buy more drinks when yours are messed up and they act like it's not wrong (even tho you drink that same drink all the time) The manager sucks. Wasted $21 here. read more

Always love a Dunkin... but not this one. The donuts seemed fresh enough, though could be better. The big let down for this location is the overall lack of customer service. So it's not like you're getting a full meal with service at a table. I simply walked in and asked for a dozen donuts. 6,3 and 3. Not like I wanted 12 different ones. The employee never looked up. Took a full minute to slowly put on a glove and proceeded to walk a away, their back to me and ask what do you want? I place my simple order which was met with a sighs. The slow motion and deliberate attitude was so lacking in not only customer service but common courtesy. I really just wanted to ask if I was being a bother by patronizing this business. The box was dropped on the counter and my total was given. I paid and the employee laid the receipt on top of the box and walked away. I did yell thank you with no response. As I was walking out, a very visibly unhappy drive thru customer had parked and was storming in demanding to speak with a Manager. I love Dunkin' Donuts but not this location. I order decaf because i can't have a lot of caffeine and half the time I'm not given decaf. And i ask and pay for caramel in my coffee and that never happens. I love their coffee but I'm too scared to get it here because i never know if it's decaf or not until it's too late. read more

Only giving 1 star because i have to. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. All of the workers were rude and disrespectful. I ordered a 1/2 decaf drink and with extreme attitude the barista yelled I can't do that. I order this every where I go. So I know you can in fact make it 1/2 decaf. Once I finally got my drink and walked out. Took one sip and knew it wasn't made correctly. No flavor was added. We went to the Starbucks across the street. We stopped at this location to purchase donuts amd coffee last night.We purchased a dozen donuts and asked for lattes and the employees said they were cleaning the latte machines 30 minutes before they closed. Today we stopped any for lattes at 6:30 and they said they were cleaning the machines. It seems like the are refusing to make coffee drinks at this location and management needs to look into it. Worse service in Pawleys. Better town if they were gone. With Starbucks and McDonald's in walking distance at least treat yourself to some hospitality and businesses that care. This Dunkin has had the worst service for a couple years cannot believe we think something might change when we give another try. First time at Dunkin' Donuts, great coffee and good cream cheese bagel. I got my usually order iced latte with almond milk, and they acted as if they had never heard of almond milk. All good though, because I got it in the end. The service was a bit slow, but I understood because of the long drive thru line and the amount of people inside. The worst customer service ever, I got into a huge alteration with the manager at this location. She was using profanity with other customers present. I called the customer service number but never received a call back from the franchise owner. I stopped here to get coffee every morning for 2 years until this horrible altercation happened.
