This location is connected to the gas station so it is easy to miss from the street. I was able to find it with the help of my GPS. LoL! Though connected to the gas station the ambiance of the Dunkin side is like the traditional Dunkin. Same setup. Same colors and same vibrant staff. Woohoo! As always I ordered my usual XL Original Blend with 2 Pumps of Cream and 5 Pumps of French Vanilla. The young lady who took my order was very nice. She had a pleasant demeanor and was swift with the placing of my order. The brew was fresh and radiated the traditional Dunkin blend that I love. I could tell by the smell and taste that I had a cup from a fresh batch which made me extra excited. LoL! Even with my quick experience and swift staff interactions my time in the environment was pleasant. The store was clean. The donut case was clean. And most of all, my coffee was freshhhhhhhhhhh! Average dunkin located inside a Chevron gas station. I love their sour cream donuts , so I thought it would be the perfect drive home snack. I paced my order for one donut and the girl forgot to give it to me. We both laughed about it. In all seriousness, the staff appeared to be distracted. Limited donuts but understandable since it was late in the evening. Overall , I did enjoy my donut along with my ride back from Oxford to Birmingham. read more

So much wrong here. Coffee is mid compared to Starbucks. Ask for extra sugar if you like it sweet, they don't put enough in by default. Got rid of the pesto roasted tomato sandwich. Only thing that was tasty on the breakfast menu. All breakfast items are now bland. Last time I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich sub sausage for bacon: -got bacon instead of what I asked for -cheese not melted and was Kraft quality -sourdough not toasted - bread texture was good, but tasted super bland for sourdough Lickin Donuts have better donuts as well. This place is barely passable. Only thing I would order here is coffee if I was in a hurry I wish renting commercial buildings in Oxford wasn't so expensive so we could get some mom and pop places instead of these mediocre corporate chains. read more

Ordered a latte at this Dunkin connected to the Chevron in Oxford and the service was below sub par. The cashier was very short with me and walked off while I was trying to pay. She made my drink fast, but I couldn't get past the "I don't care to be here" attitude. Also when she finished my drink she just sat it on the counter yet didn't acknowledge it was mine until I looked over and all she did was point at the drink and continued talking in her AirPods. They are ok I guess if you just have to get one. Good luck on them having your favorites though and some days you get attitude from the workers. I stopped by a few weeks ago to grab a warm beverage and a donut and received the best customer service I've had in ages. A lady, whom I assume was the manager, overheard me ask what the difference was between a macchiato and another beverage. She came over and explained the difference, was super friendly, and made our shopping experience top-notch. As for my order, the macchiato was pretty good. My wife went to the Oxford, AL location and ordered a six count of donuts (which were sweaty and stale), and a promotional $3 Pumpkin Latte. The employee argued with my wife and was extremely rude, refusing to honor the promotion that is advertised not only on the app, and online, but also in the store! Her argument was that the offer had expired on the 15th and that it was the 18th. The promotion should have been honored as advertised regardless, but the advertisement clearly states that the promo doesn't expire until the 12th of next month! When shown this, she still refused to honor it. This is ridiculous! read more

It's an exact certain amount of sugar and cream. It's the same everywhere. But at the Dunkin' Donuts in Oxford, it is not. Outside of how bad the Services in the morning getting a coffee there is the absolute most random thing there is you can ask for whatever you want but you will either get a super over sugared coffee, or one with absolutely none. They have no concept that the company has a standard that's exactly the same all the way across the board. Needed to stop for coffee during a road trip and we found this Dunkin' Donuts on our iExit app as we were driving on I-20 West. We took Exit 188 and turned left and then at the 2nd light we made another left into the shopping center (the first light will place you in I-20 East). Dunkin' Donuts is situated directly under the big Target and shopping center sign in front of the Chevron station. It's attached to and part of the Chevron gas station convenience store. Only two tables available as it's more of a counter stop-and-go. It was clean and looked very new. We were pleasantly greeted and placed our order for two medium coffees with cream along with two donuts. My pumpkin cake donut was soft and spicy but not too sweet. Coffee was extremely hot which is typical for DD. Husband got a double chocolate donut which he said was good. We would stop here again on future road trips. read more

We stopped here on a road trip because we needed some caffeine. The DD is part of a Chevron gas station so we also used the restrooms. The entire facility looks brand new. The restrooms, while small (only two stalls in ladies restroom) were nice and clean. The store also was very clean and organized. My husband ordered a regular coffee as well as a Boston Cream donut. He said both were good. I had an Iced Macchiato with a pump of caramel. The combination of caffeine and sugar will definitely give me a good boost since it will be a late night! I'm definitely runnin' on Dunkin the rest of the day! Considering this is a chain, it's consistent with quality for the donut and coffee drinks. Wouldn't hesitate to stop here again! read more

This DD location is located on the inside of a gas station, and is somewhat difficult to see from I-20. Nonetheless, there is a drive-thru available, and a decent amount of choices to choose from when traveling through Alabama. The workers seem to always be enthusiastic, which is a good thing to see when you've had a long day on the road. The coffee is always A+, as well as the doughnut choices. While there are other coffee options around this shopping area (Panera Bread is across the street, and Starbucks is nearby), I would still continue to stop here for a break off of the road. read more

Dunkin' Donuts is tucked inside a Chevron gas station. It is very easy to miss. There is no signage outside save the sign on the front of the building. They do have a drive-through which is a plus. Unfortunately because of its location, the girls working inside of the store have a lot of idle time which means they have a lot of time to chat and complain about other people. Probably not the best idea when serving customers within earshot of the complaining. Came in for decaf coffee, and they had to make it. There's nothing unusual about this but it's annoying to say the least. This is your regular Dunkin' Donuts they have a variety of donuts and hot foods and different coffees. I have a small selection of ground coffee T-shirt K cups and what not. At east there is a Dunkin' Donuts and that's what I'm grateful for. read more

You can always count on consistency of food at Dunkin Donuts and this review is not about that. Instead it's about the absolute lack of personality and care on the face of the lady working the register. She was resting on one elbow hunched over and when I walked up, she just looked at me with no expression and no response. That is how the entire transaction proceeded. Yeah, it's a bunch of high school age kids working there, probably their 1st job making minimum wage at best. For what it is it's just fine.
