​The Saxon Blvd Dunkin' is a local staple, and while it stays incredibly busy (especially during the morning and after-school rushes), this crew knows how to handle a crowd. I was really impressed during my last visit; even with a line wrapping around the building, my order was done quickly and accurately. ​ ​Speed is one thing, but the staff here manages to stay incredibly polite even when they are clearly slammed. It's rare to find a fast-food spot where the team keeps their cool and treats every customer with a smile during peak hours, but the Saxon crew definitely delivers. ​If you happen to stop by after the sun goes down, keep your eyes peeled at the drive-thru! There is a local family of raccoons that hangs out near the cars. They are absolutely adorable and have clearly figured out the system--they sit there patiently waiting, hoping someone might toss a stray donut or a munchkin their way. Went around 8:30 in the morning. The line wasn't too long, but the process still took me 15 minutes. I ordered a simple stuff croissant, which was almost 6 dollars, which seems outrageous to me And a strawberry refresher They're not super friendly. The lady grabbed my sandwich off the counter with her bare hands and shoved it in a bag and shoved the bag out the window. Didn't get to eat the sandwich because the lady that was taking peoples cards and money. Bare handed my sandwich. It's always a hit and miss but I see that they're slowly going down and customer service and basic restaurant etiquette Probably won't go again read more

We stopped by the dining area on a crisp morning, hoping to warm up with some coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, the counter clerk seemed to be auditioning for the role of "Grumpiest Employee of the Month." Her lack of enthusiasm was matched only by her talent for messing up a simple coffee order--seriously, how does that even happen? On the bright side, the breakfast sandwich was surprisingly good, though wrestling with it whole was a bit of a challenge. Pro tip for the kitchen: cut it in half, so we don't need a master's degree in sandwich physics to eat it. They do offer free WiFi, which worked perfectly--clearly, the router is the real MVP here. read more

The young girl who works at night always has an excuse to not make food. Every time I go she says she is cleaning the ovens and they will be down for a long time or the oven if off or most recently she said what I ordered was no longer on the menu...it is, so I drove all the way to altamonte and they had no idea what I was talking about so I ordered it there. read more

I can literally order food, go pick it up, drive home and eat it faster than I can get 1 bagel and 1 donut from this sorry ass Dunkin' location....... Nobody in this place is on the same page and they all are stuck in an unfortunate situation with their head up their asses...... We ordered online. When we got to the window to pick it up they gave me the drink we ordered but has to pull me up to wait on the 1 donut and 1 bagel. After 15 mins of waiting I had to go inside to get my food and no one even knew what I ordered or that I was pulled up waiting for it.... This Dunkin' is notoriously slow but they are now under new management and it is SO much quicker. I had almost given up on this location but will now be back often. The last couple of times I've gone since new management, the line moves quickly, staff is friendly, and the food and beverages are quality. If you have stopped going to this location, I'd give it another try. I had to revise this review. I have it 4 stars but I have to go down to 2. I thought it was better but the last few times the food quality was not good. Nearly inedible. Service was okay but not exactly friendly. The only thing I can really say for them is it's quicker than it once was but that may be because people stopped going. I hope they get it together soon. read more

I experienced a couple of visits that I wasn't so pleased with. The Manager, Elaine, was very nice and accommodating. She listened to my complaint and fixed the problem. I am now very pleased with my Cold Brews and the wonderful customer service I receive. I'm not sure how long Elaine has been at this location, but my visits have been great! Several things are bad about this location. First, most of the help is unfriendly and combative. Second, they are not consistent in making coffee drinks. Sometimes it's right, but most of the time is wrong. Third, the outside patio furniture is severally rusted and in some cases dangerous. Management needs to step up and make this place right. read more

This is the worst Dunkin I have been to. A shame because it's a convenient location, close to the interstate, 24hours. The place always has a drive- through line 5 cars deep when I drive by around 7:30am. Weekends also seem quite busy. I have visited this location a handful of times and I have been disappointed more than satisfied. I usually get an espresso drink and more than a few times they cannot make it because the espresso machine is broken. When they did make the macchiato there were lots of coffee grounds in the drink they served me. One staff member was very nice and remade it but still had coffee grounds so I got an iced coffee. So i had written off the macchiato at Dunkin and just go to Starbucks or Get cuban coffee from bravo. Doughts are usually an okay option but sometimes there's not much filling in the filled ones. This location also had a baskin Robbins. Unfortunately the ice cream always looks half melted. We once ordered a soft serve waffle cone. The young man helping us said" let me see if its working we haven't used it in awhile" he then proceeded to pull the handle and after a few seconds of explosive liquid left the tap a more solid ice cream came through. I was grossed out thinking... if they haven't used it in awhile that means they aren't cleaning it either. Yeeuck!!! My husband ate the waffle cone but let me know it was very stale. Who knows how long that was sitting around. My last visit was early 5am because this is a 24hr location i thought it would be a great idea to walk over and best the rush. The woman who served me proceed to make herself a coffee first. She then handed me mine and took a sip of hers and smiled. I am numb to the terrible service at this location so I wasnt suprised. When i went to sip my holiday beverage the lid smelled like sweaty ass. I immediate took off the lid and threw it away. Tried to take another sip but the whole cup smelled like nasty old underwear. I WONT BE BACK! Overall the location is D-I-R-T-Y. From the disgusting bathroom to the cups and cones they serve nothing is good tasting or maintained. No standards and every crappy cup of coffe has its own unique way of being not good. Worst Dunkin location i have ever visited. I wrote corporate with no response. I don't normally leave reviews on yelp but this employee was just so rude to me. he went by the name Nicholas and as soon as i got to the cash register he gave me this awful look it scared me i then asked for my order (a caramel swirl latte and sausage egg and cheese sandwich) he then pretended he couldn't hear me and faced his back to me i stood there for about 3 minutes trying to get his attention and when i finally did he said he doesn't see why he should serve to my kind assuming he meant black people i walked out of the store without my order. read more

It's been awhile since I've been to Dunkin, but I was craving a bagel so went to this location. I left in absolute shock at how horrible the customer service is. You pull up to the window and they just say an amount you owe, no eye contact, then take your card and hand it back. No "ok you're good to go" or anything. Very weird. I am an ex employee at this location and management is the reason why everything is happening. They cant keep the employees and they are not trained by the book. They do not pay attention to the labels i ordered a caramel macchiato made with almond milk and they used regular milk even though the sticker said almond milk. In general, I like Dunkin' Donuts, but honestly this location is not the best. Most of the time the employees don't act like they want to be there and seem stressed out (probably over worked.) I have often times had issues with their register! Last time, my credit card had to be forced into the card slot because something was jamming the slot, but they don't seem the least bit concerned that the machine is broken and could damage your card. On several previous occasions, their bar code scanner was not working, so they could not scan my pre-pay code from the Dunkin' smartphone app (they had to enter the number by hand, holding up the line and appearing frustrated in having to do so), this went on for several weeks before they bothered to fix it. And worst of all, the Dunkin' smartphone app said I had around $30 dollars left to spend, but when they scanned the app's bar code, it rejected the purchase. They claimed that I had insufficient funds, for a $9 purchase. That was the last time I used the Dunkin' app, can't trust it. Sent email to Dunkin' Donuts about the issue, never received a reply. I do like their coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and ice cream. The breakfast sandwiches are not always that great; I watch them nuke the stuff in the microwave, so you're not getting grill cooked food (microwave fast food only). I like their regular donuts (like the good ole glazed donuts), but most of the time I'm disappointed with their special seasonal donuts (they don't live up to the hype or photos). This is one of those DD locations that gets a fair amount of business based on its location and lack of competition. I always go inside when I stop in here, I've been stranded a few too many time in the slow moving drive-thru line. The service inside is a tad bit better than the drive-thru from my experience. The coffee has always been fresh I can't always say that in regards to the donuts but I'm sure that depends on the time of the day and when the doubts are delivered. If it's really early or really late this is about the only choice you have available to get coffee. read more

Cancelling my DD rewards after today :/ Ran in to grab a quart of prepacked ice cream. Only 2 families (5 people total) in front of me, great! Grab 2 quarts because they are 2 for 9.99... then wait, and wait, and wait, as the woman running the counter was clearly overwhelmed with the 5 customers, I knew it would be a bit so I put the ice cream back and waited for my turn so it wouldnt melt. The team member went to ring out one of the families and another guy came out and asked to help who was next I told him I just wanted prepacked shoukd I grab them pay there or get in line- he made a weird face (like... she should have told you) and told me to grab them and get in line- great as 7 more people just walked in for coffee and now I guess are technically in front of me :/ Now the woman who was overwhelmed at the ice cream area is in charge of all of them at the coffee counter.... so I grab 2 more colder ice creams and wait. 20 minutes. Until my hand is frozen from holding the ice cream. There are 6 different people working and apparently only one register. I am the 6th person to enter but the 16th to receive service?? If the team working paid more attention to the customers and helped each other out to move through the lines I might have stayed the next 5 minutes to pay for my ice cream. Instead I left it on the counter and left... I could have spent 30 minutes in the grocery store to be completely ignored. Worst service here I have ever experienced, and it has previously been good. Big let down guys. I am cancelling my rewards card and will buy ice cream and coffee elsewhere. read more

This Dunkin Donuts location is ALWAYS BUSY! Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I would come here a lot more often if it didn't take so long to get my order. You can use the drive-tru (took us about 15 minutes) or you can walk in (takes a little longer). The staff are wonderful. They always have my order correct and freshly made. They are courteous and will answer any questions you might have without attitudes or annoyance. They seem to love their jobs. I'll always come back, but only when I'm not in a rush. read more

It's Dunkin Donuts. I've had some interesting experiences here, I guess. It seems like there's always a cop in front of me in the drive-thru. There was once a long-haired teenager manning the drive-thru who had a small crush on me and would always slip me a free donut, but then one day he was replaced by a scowling woman who I could tell was not going to give me a free donut. I once made the mistake of trying to go through the drive-thru with a severe head cold, and discovered that on this morning I could barely speak, causing the woman on the other side of the speaker to nearly have an aneurysm. Service is hit or miss. I suspect a high turnover rate as I see a brand new face when I swing by every few months. As far as consistency of food, has anybody ever had a bad donut? Of course not. I've been going to this Duncan for 11 years and Laura and Amy and Kim are the best at this location they always make sure my order is right friendly service Amy even gave me a Christmas card at Christmas. I will say if you don't go in the morning and go in the afternoon for some reason everything messes up so if you're going to this location the morning staff is on it they're fast and they get your order up without having to make you pull up to bring your order out to you like other locations. read more

This DUNKIN donuts/ Baskin Robbins has been here for 15+ years- in fact, I used to manage this location when it has a different owner back in 2002. My only experiences here have been after midnight and with drive thru. I have tried to get soft serve ice cream here for the past 2 month the machine is always broken. A few nights ago, I gave it another try. Again, no soft serve. This time, the machine has left the location and is supposedly being repaired. I think after 2 months, the machine should have been fixed. Instead, we got a mini shake. It was fine. Other than the ice cream problem, the rest of the food and desserts have been good. The only reason I come here is because their coffee is delicious. As for the rest, the drive-thru is amazingly slow and the lines are always excessively long. There is a coffee shop right across Saxon Blvd. that is much better, but you have to get out of the car as there's no drive-thru. I have come here for ice cream with the family before, and they don't always have everything or make it correctly. It serves a purpose, but is by no means high quality. read more
