Ive never written a review but i felt i had to take the time to discourage anyone from coming here. i come here once a week ONLY because i wash clothes nearby. the staff is incredibly rude, im always polite with a smile and they look like they hate life its honestly funny. they always get the orders wrong when i only order a simple coffee with cream on top and when i point it out they get pissed off and don't even say sorry they just snatch the drink and fix it. the amount of bad reviews on this place is definitely justifiable because I've never seen one of their staff with a smile on their face. not even to body shame but the two big ones are usually the rudest. lol. read more

Such a friendly staff, fast and clean place. Really brings the Dunkin' Donuts quality into the experience. I like to see sometimes having a family sitting in drinking their coffee eating the donuts. The location is as convenient as it could be. It is right by the highway, easy to access, and has a huge parking lot. This stuff is so nice, they know the regulars by face. They are smiling most of the time and they're open to make sure to fill your orders the way you want! The mama aged is there most of the time, who is really smart and super nice to the customers! Update - I've been back several times since my initial review, mainly because after three different conversations with the store manager, after three more visits with employees wearing masks improperly, (unfortunately this place is right across from where I work so...) the employees evidently were read the riot act by the manager and took to wearing their masks properly. For about a month. As of the first week of August, they're right back to wearing them with noses exposed or around their chins. Also allowing quite a few customers in with no masks at all and allowing the store to become packed with customers standing on top of each other. Visit here at your own risk. Guess we know where the next outbreak in New Rochelle will come from. read more

Unbelievable! I had ordered half a dozen donuts on DoorDash from this location, but they ran out of donuts. They gave muffins as replacements and one of them MADE MY HUSBAND SICK! If you want a cup of coffee then I recommend you not to come to this Dunkin Donuts. This Dunkin Donuts is the main reason why I started not like their coffee. 1. Their customer service is horrible. When you order your order and they get it wrong. When you tell them it's wrong, they roll their eyes. 2. Their coffee is old and burnt. 3. The place is always a mess. Have been coming to this Dunkin for a while now and for the most part their customer service is good but for the past couple of months it hasn't been so good. I ordered through their mobile app to pick up. One time I requested two everything bagels with cream cheese. Instead I get two plain bagels. Another time I ordered two everything bagels again and instead got one. When I explained to the minimal English speaking employee that I ordered two and just got one, she got defensive and said its "everything bagel" I told her "you're not understanding me, I asked for two". She then realizes where she went wrong and preps another bagel, but a plain bagel. I was in a rush so I kept it. Aside from that they tend to overcook their hashbrowns. Just bad service. The worst Dunkin I have been to. Slow staff. Ask the cashier if you have orange juice, she asks someone else who tells her I don't know she then tells me I going to say no. I've been passing this Dunkin' Donuts for a while so my girlfriend and I decided to check it out. Smaller than it looks from the outside, the staff wasn't very polite (usually what you get in dumpy New Rochelle) my girlfriend and I had some time to kill so we sat down and had our coffee for about 20-25 minutes. There was maybe one or two other customers that came in in that time span meanwhile the front of the store was disgusting with napkins and garbage and sugar packets all over the floor, the garbage can was full to the brim and the bathroom was disgusting.
