I would give it 0 stars if I could. Horrible place to go to. Horrible drive thru taker with an attitude. Started yelling at me for absolute no reason when I was about to leave after getting my order. Slammed the drive thru window closed after saying byeee because she didn't want to keep arguing with me. She is a lady, has tattoos on her arm and an accent. Poor customer service. Walked in right up to the counter, no line, no wait. Asked for 1/2 dozen bagels after being told what remained in the store as the display bins were empty. Ordered 1/2 dozen assorted donuts and asked for one AARP complementary donut with my order of large coffee; and I was immediately told by the clerk that "we don't do that anymore". Clerk also said they only had one type of bagel left. I cancelled the bagel order and I asked the sales clerk to ask the management about the coffee and donut, he did so. I went there on Wednesday 1/26/22 at 215pm, the store was only opened for drive thru. But I was able to get my donuts. The donuts were surprisingly fresh and the lady with the glasses who helped us was very professional and courteous!!! Will definitely go back read more

This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts in all of Lake County. You are way better off driving to the one next to Golds gym than ordering from this location. The drive through is always at the VERY least15 minute wait, if you are lucky. Go inside and it's the same thing. The employees do not care. This is how the operate on a daily basis. I've called corporate to speak to a manager and they never called me back as promised. Who is running this store? The last time my husband visited the employee threatened him through the speaker. I refuse to utilize this location and I'm putting out a fair warning to AVOID this location by all means. The Dunkin next to Golds is 5 min away and WAY BETTER in all aspects. This place is the worst and their mobile app is archaic and below standards. I had placed a mobile order with three different coffees; a frozen coffee, a gingerbread and eggnog lattes. 20 minutes after I placed my order I arrived, and they were not aware of my order. When I showed the staff proof of the order on the app, they said they could not fulfill the order anyway. Their frozen coffee machine was broken down, and they did not have either holiday flavor. I'm not sure why the store was even open, I didn't see donuts, munchkins or muffins, and they only had two coffee flavors. When I asked for a refund they could not accommodate, it needs to be through the App. I. did try to call the DD apps customer service three times and I still have not spoken to anyone. I tried to email them and the app will not send the customer complaint and refund request. Great service, was in d.t. Next door at McDonalds for 35 minutes total, posted a review for mcd's and drive past the window and went to Dunkin' Donuts and the young lady there was so quick, friendly and the iced coffee she made was the best thing ever! Got a coconut cream pie iced coffee and a French vanilla iced coffee and now. I watched her Dunkin' Donuts drive through move fast, no delays, while we were all parked in the d.t.at McDonald's. If they are understaffed then the greedy owners need to up the wage, otherwise I urge all to go next door. What a mess at mcdonalds (I worked 5 years back in the 80's) so I have some insight on what's going on there. The coffee was fresh and hot .my donuts was fresh and soft great tasting plus employees was very nice and helpful with my order .

Went to this location on Feb. 1st, 2018 at 4:00pm. As we were entering a person leaving said sarcastically, "Welcome to Dunkin Donuts, good luck" There wer three people on line and my husband went to use the restroom before ordering. He came out and there was still the same three people on line. He stood on line for 15 minutes. During that time 2 of the people in front of him left. One said they have never waited for so long with no service of any type. There were 4 workers in the place and only one car in drive up. It was not very busy so that was not an excuse. A worker came an got a donut and didn't even acknowledge the line at the counter. We finally just left and went to Donut King which is just down the road. It was busy and with 5 people ahead of my husband, he was out in 10 minutes. Never again Dunkin Donuts. Also you customer service phone number sucks too. Our local Dunkin and in the past has had some friendly servers. We only drink Dunkin Decaf and buy around $200 a month on ground coffee. Almost given up on this store stocking it, having to drive to the 50 to stock up or a supermarket. Drive thru today was probably the worst service we've experienced, Jennifer was very rude and unwelcoming to say the least, no customer service skills at all. The manager of this store (Diana) is the absolute most rude person I've communicated with in a very long time. I was in the drive thru, and I received my drinks, my food, my donut, and my receipt. Little did I know, I was not handed my debit card back. I was on my way to work, and my mind was a bit occupied. But no one attempted to give it to me, simply because I believe it went unnoticed. I even parked for a moment to eat my hash browns before finishing my drive to work. This would not have bothered me if I was able to get my card the next day after I noticed it was missing. Instead I was told that it was there, I drove 45 minutes to get my card, just to be told that manager Diana is not there, and she is the ONLY employee with a key. Not only that, but she is out of town. The nice girl Steph, I believe, behind the desk, called Diana on her cellphone and proceeded to see if anything could be done, Diana ended up telling her to just deal with it and hung up without offering to speak to Me. I kindly asked her to call Diana back, as I demanded to speak to her at this point. Instead of displaying proper customer service, she was rude right off the bat. She then continued to tell me that "we don't keep a key at the store just because some careless customer decided to drive off without their card". As I stated before, I was handed all of my items, receipt and all, and then I was told to have a great day. It is be NO means my fault that one of the employees failed to hand me my card back. I let her know how incredibly rude she is, and now I have to cancel appointments tomorrow so that I can be at the store before 2PM tomorrow, or the office will, again, be locked. If you visit this Dunkin for some Donuts, you'll have a great experience, as long as you don't have to encounter Diana. She not only speaks to her customers like trash, but her employees too from what I can tell. Way to go, Diana. You've ruined one of my favorite parts of my morning routine. read more
