We went on a Sunday afternoon and the staff were so helpful. The pumpkin donut was fresh, and the berry protein refresher was good.

I was at the Minneola, Florida location. I was a walk-in. I asked for 4 Pumpkin muffins. I told her I was glad to see that they had some left because every time I have gone into the store, they were sold out. She boxed them up for me, and when I got home, they weren't the pumpkin muffins. They were blueberry. I don't live close, so I was so upset since my daughter can't have blueberry. I have been trying to get in touch with someone but haven't had any luck. I would like them to send me my money back. read more

Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts I have EVER been to in my life! Customer service is horrible and the kids that work here are too busy talking to each other to pay attention to the customer. Then when you ask for straws you get an eye roll. Inside order .11/4/25 before 6am . I understand people call in sick and not show up for work at restaurants. An Employee to tell the customers as soon as they walk in the door that they are by themselves and we'd have to wait then continue to say that the whole time we're waiting as you're taking orders through the drive-through . I offered to go through the drive-through so it would be easy on the individual and then they explain to get that they're by themselves. Then they continue to tell the person in the back that's getting ready to open continuously tell them that they're by themselves. Then the employee continue to say that they're by themselves until 6 AM and they couldn't wait for next week because they have a new job. As I watched the drive through computer screen , she was taking orders from new cars and filling them as I was still standing there waiting. I said well, I'm gonna go to my car and go to the drive-through since it seems to be easier for you I said this very nicely. Employee got very disgruntled and looked at me with discussed when I was just trying to help her. So she started taking our order two donuts and omelette bites. Employee continued to harass the employee in the back when they were trying to do their job about how she was by herself and was complaining the whole time when he walked to the front to put Donuts on display. Now this employee doesn't realize that 95% of the world has worked in restaurants before, and she feels she needs to be put on display, which is very sad, because if she came off the display and focused on each order, instead of being self-centered and causing herself drama, stress, a negative attitude, she would've move much faster. Now, if a manager or corporate reads this pull the video I'm not exaggerating 11/4/25 around 5am to 5:50am The employee didn't give me my receipt do you know why because I would file a complaint with corporate because I didn't have my receipt number. Not once did she say anything nice to me or not even a smile. The other employees at that location do. This is one of my son's favorite restaurants and they are kind to him ( the employees that are nice to us in the past services ) even with his Autism when he stems in the LOBBY There the only ones over look his disability. They wonder why they want to replace the human race with AI robots. Employees like this are given people a bad name. How I wish I wasn't crippled so I could show these individual how to work . This is the only time I've had an issue in the morning at this location at Dunkin' Donuts And dealt with this employee. The other employees are Dunkin' Donuts are very friendly, and they move very fast even though they have a manager that is abusive to them they're still kind to customers. OK Two favorite employees at Minneola Dunkin' Donuts are a young Spanish girl probably in her 20s she's about 5 foot tall and a young man. Who's about 6 foot I believe he might be Spanish or African-American.. They are so kind to me, even when they are swamped with orders. People need to realize stop complaining be kind to others this will make your life much easier for yourself. The past service of employees that waited on is before 11/4/25 that were kind to us , I give them five stars. this individual never waited on us before, and I am glad I've only had one time service from her. SLOWEST DUNKIN I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO & unfortunately I go often. I go to this location almost daily and daily I always hope it will be better. ALWAYS different employees, their turn around is bad apparently. Literally took me 25 mins to get just a coffee this morning with 4 cars in the drive thru. If I could give this restaurant a negative one I would do that. I have been giving this Dunkin' Donuts second chance for many many times because I know that it is locally owned and I want to support them. This last time was the last time for me, especially after reaching out to management, showing them these pictures and they simply said oh I'm sorry. The food is the equivalent of eating out of a dumpster at Starbucks prices. The staff clearly do not want to be there and don't care if you have a problem. If I could give half a star or zero stars I would. Problems from beginning to end. 1. Did not have materials to make advertized cinnamon coffee. 2. Got to the window received my drink without cold foam that I asked for and the drink didn't appear to be stirred. 3. Couldn't use my coupon for a free coffee because "it scanned but didn't do anything" "maybe it's because it's made with espresso" 4. Got the food missing a bagel sandwich. The worker with the green hair is an absolute bi$$$ another girl that was working in there that took her order only gave us our drinks when we ordered donuts to and slam the door on her face and didn't give us our donuts. She was on a personal phone call while dealing with us at the window and there was literally no one in the line, and it took her forever to even answer us at the order speaker. Terrible experience .. encountered Ciara at the counter and as I'm talking to her she just stared at me and said "ok", walks away and brings me back the wrong coffee. Seriously I don't know how this place stays in business. I've lived here 3 years and somehow I keep hoping it will get better. I'm guessing the only reason they aren't closed is because they are the only drive through coffee place besides McDonald's. I've gotten stale bagels, they've been out of glazed donuts at 6am, food isn't hot. I mostly just coffee, because you can't really screw that up I've heard stories of employees just deciding not to come to work (usually on Sunday) and therefore it's not even open. Today I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes. The car in front of me wasn't even acknowledged. I left.
