The food was hot. We ordered breakfast wraps and a pepper corn bacon on a croissant. They came out fast but by the time we got our coffee everything was cold. I drove out of my way because their website said they were open until 9 pm. i was at the locked front door at 8:26 pm. Got an opportunity to get waived off by one worker sitting on her phone doing absolutely nothing. The other one cleaning. I get there are opportunities to start doing some closing tasks before actual closing. If your doors are locked more than 30 minutes before your posted closing time, change your closing time. We asked if they had a certain type of doughnut, the lady said "I don't know what that is" with the rudest tone of voice, then when we asked if they had any doughnuts with sprinkles she said "we ain't got any sprinkles" with a more annoyed sounding attitude. I must say what amazing service I received on a Tuesday afternoon. It was a drive thru order that made a bad day GREAT! The team worked together so well. They had the drink ready and my app scanned in NO time! In addition, Hannah, Kaitlyn, and Christian were the highlight of my day. I know this location gets crazy busy. This Dunkin is constantly busy before 10. You don't want to go through the drive thru because the line is so long and you don't want to go inside because they are constantly pushing the kiosk. No human interaction, even if you have cash you better ask someone to borrow their card. Today I went in, super busy with a line to the door. They are taking orders in person. I slip to the kiosk with hopes that I can surpass everyone standing in line. Order was placed at 8:31. Food comes 2 minutes later, I ask her about my coffee and she says that's not her problem, she only does food. Next person comes over, ask about my coffee she looks at the receipt and goes back to standing in a corner sipping Chick-fil-A. Now it is 843. The lobby is completely empty and I ask if I'm ever going to get my coffee. The lady that is doing drive thru coffee apologized, Violet was her name.. only useful person in this store this morning. She explained that the ones doing front counter threw away my ticket but that she would be happy to make it. These girls in here constantly have attitudes and don't want to work. In this economy, they should be grateful to have a job. The manager is an older gentleman who will do nothing about anything. He stays in the back with his head down and acts like he doesn't hear anything. I was a bit surprised that there wasn't a crowd on a Sunday morning, but it was during mass times sooo maybe the rush comes later. The last behind the counter was very patient. I let kids choose donuts and they started to take their time. The lay didn't sigh or roll her eyes. Just answered their questions. Didn't get impatient Ben when a line started. I'm the one who rushed them at that point. Their donuts are definitely fresh. No staleness detected whatsoever. The coffee is superb. I ordered hazelnut iced and they made it perfectly. Some places will try and sweeten it up too much. Not this place. The employees are prompt. Coffee made right away. I didn't see anybody waiting more than a minute or two. Inconsistent and spacey people who work there. I usually order the same thing every time I go which is once per week or more, however, I am typically charged different amounts. Clearly the employees are not trained well. I order a bagel toasted with butter and I'm routinely charged for bagel with cream cheese. I'm too tired to argue that early in the morning, though, so I just eat the extra change. In addition, I am asked to repeat my short and simple order or it's repeated back to me incorrectly at least 50% of the time or more because the people taking drive-thru orders are not paying attention while taking orders. It's not rocket science but you have ONE JOB. I SINCERELY wish there was another location convenient on my way to work, as I would go there instead. Avoid this place if you can. read more

I went there today(10/01/2021). Ordered my beverages per usual. I got the same exact things every single time I go. I had a friend on my phone as well while I ordered. I get up to the window and I am waiting already 5 mins for my drinks which is okay, it's the morning rush, I'm used to it. The window girl(very polite) hands me my large drink and then a medium(I ordered a large). I tell her I ordered a large and the girl who must have taken my order proceeds to argue with her and say I ordered medium. Incorrect. She pressed the wrong button and did not want to own up. This isn't what bothered me. They wanted to charge me an extra 2 dollars to upgrade to the large size. IT IS A 40 CENT DIFFERENCE!!! They tried to scam me in the process of telling me I was wrong as my friend is telling me you for sure said large, you had to repeat yourself multiple times. It was an easy fix but instead they wanted to argue with me over the price. I had to re ask for my receipt and show them it was a 40 cent difference. You're not going to charge me 7 dollars for a 5 dollar drink. We always have issues with this place but try to be understanding due to everything going on in the service industry. While the girl working inside was cheerful and polite, what seems to be the owner or manager told her everyone needed to go through the drive-through because they were short-staffed. I find this very rude and unacceptable if you're short-staffed and you should lock your front door someplace a note apologizing so everyone knows to go through the drive-thru not turn away business after they've already stepped foot into your store. Upon entering this location my eyes noticed a mop bucket in the middle of the floor. I thought that to be a bit strange and thought they were closing but it was around 9ish. We walked up to the counter and things seemed to be in disarray. The young lady informed us that they were cleaning and had to start cleaning early because it took them so long. I'm not sure why a drive-through establishment cannot get an order correct. I have an allergy to the yellow coloring in cheese and asked specifically to have white cheese on my sandwich and what did I get? Yellow cheese.
