Not mad just shocked but we went through the drive thru and we asked for a bag of donut holes and some donuts and the girl in the speaker sounded so shocked and confused that I asked for a bag donut holes. She kept saying "what???" Like she never heard of a bag of donut holes. Anyways fast forward. We get the food and when I open the bag, the donuts are all upside down. Bruh moment. The store is not very clean. The staff member that helped me was not knowledgeable at all. I came in for ice cream. She didn't know kw what toppings were what, she asked me. Didn't know the menu. I would rate it higher if it was consistent, every time I come here it's either my large hot latte is half filled/piping hot and/or filled/not hot. Every time I order food it's either freezing. Or really yummy. I would say that it's good, but consistency is key for somewhere like this. People shouldn't get horrible things they dump $15+ into. read more

only thing good here is the coffee. every single time i get food, and idk why i keep doing it, it is awful. the grilled cheese was just all bread maybe two slices of cheese, avacado toast tastes like it's been sitting out all day, loaded hashbrowns are undercooked, the only thing decent are the bagel minis. for the prices of everything its so not worth it. read more

I gave DD a second chance. The last few times I was here, the staff and restaurant was dirtier than dirty! They screwed up my order of items for a meeting - including not having the coffee in a box ready to go and I had to wait for it to be prepared. This time, and it has been since last fall since I went there, I ordered the evening before 8/3 and prepaid. Pros the night before: a) the guy was friendly b) he knew where the order forms were and promptly started my order c) I was out of there pretty quickly Cons the night before: a) the order form did not have a place for muffins and that's what I wanted, nor was there a place for the COFFEE, nor room to write it on the form clearly! b) The Guy taking my order had no idea that DD had coffee in a box..... ugh. I had to ask him to ask and make sure, and alas he was wrong. c) was not greeted when I came in Pros this morning: a) it was READY READY READY when I arrived b) staff was prompt and chipper and very nice for 0730 in the morning (early for me!) c) I did not have to produce my receipt to prove I paid, but they asked - obviously not written on the order form (facepalm) d) The wrote "have a great day" on the Box of Joe - certainly brightened my day and SO SIMPLE Cons this morning: a) The creamer (which was on the order form but not easily seen due to order form format) was not ready, and I had to ask to get it b) The gal who came to the counter's apron was FULL of flour - to me that is dirty c) was not greeted when I came in - even if you say good morning from behind the counter and I cannot see you, at least lets me know they know I am there and will be with me soon I am from Illinois and DD was the bomb. The donuts are just that donuts. The coffee is so so, could be worse. However the service is surprisingly bad, the manager is very friendly. There were two employees on staff, both working in the drive through while I stood at the counter. Customers who came into the drive through after I entered the store were served and on their way before people in the store were made a priority. read more

Worst dunkin' doughnuts I've ever eaten at. Their doughnuts are stale half the time. At other times they're literally out of everything. 11:00 AM on 4/26/2017 and they were out of standard glazed doughnuts. Well, they were out of numerous other types, too, but running out of your standard basic doughnut is unacceptable. As I was trying to cobble together an assorted dozen they were out of half the doughnuts I asked for, yet still informed me that there'd be a up-charge on the bars and the coffee roll. They stay in business because of monopoly: there's no other place you can be in and out quickly with a dozen doughnuts. And yes, as other posters have commented, their service is terrible, too. what a great morning surprise, I decided to splurge and take a chance on Dunkin Donuts known for donuts of course, not today. today I learned what a great sandwich Dunkin Donuts came up with I'm anxious to try more of their sandwiches. I had there peppered glazed bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich and it was simply amazing. The croissant was flaky all throughout the sandwich light and crisp, the bacon was savory, just a great sandwich all the way around. Kudos to Dunkin Donuts. I have been here twice. The first time I waited for 10 minutes at the drive-thru, and I was the only customer using the drive. I chalked it up to an off day. However, the second time was just as slow and the help is rude. The girl took the money for my order but never gave me the actual doughnuts.
