I told them I am 70, don't drive, and live a half mile from the store, which is why I ordered and paid for delivery. After talking with staff, then the manager, I asked for the contact info for the district manager and they refused to give it to me. Contacted customer service the same day and they said they will refund my money. Offered a lame apology, and ended the call. They finally refunded the money today, September 2, 2023. I will never again do business with Casey's and recommend that everyone avoid the Marshalltown, Iowa Lincoln Way store.

While checking out, the cashier did thank me for my patience, so she recognized there is an issue.

Inside you'll find Karuba coffee, Kwikery baked items, soft drinks, milk, etc. all the standard convenience store junk foods. It's an older and smaller location. It's also a very busy one and it is starting to show wear and tear here and there. But that's not the issue here. The store had a plumbing problem in the rest rooms. Use your imagination. What's worse, the fixture was missing operational gear. The door should have been locked and the door signed, "Out of Order." It's an awful thing to report about one store in a personal favorite chain of several hundred locations.

My day starts at 5am and they NEVER have any food in their warmer, I happened to go in just before 6 this morning and grabbed a sandwich from the warmer and was surprised there was anything in there at all and then went to eat it and it was completely cold. There is never any food in the warmer even at noon when you would think they would be ready for people to eat lunch?? Today was the last time I'll be giving this place my money. Don't go here.
