I stopped going to this location five years ago. Today out of convenience I did a mobile order because my kids wanted hash browns and avocado toast. My husband was already out and this was the location he was passing and the Dunkin closest to my house. I don't even know where to start, and actually I'm not going to be a Karen- I'll just say this... - If you enjoy getting all of the items you order and paid for - this is not your location. - If you enjoy getting hot food, made correctly and not microwaved until it's harder than a rock.. then this my friends, is your location. -IF you enjoy waiting an extra 30 mins for an already ordered mobile order without acknowledgment or a "Hello" ( asking too much for a hello) again, my friends.. THIS is your location And... Lastly, IF you enjoy receiving cold food, not the right amount of food ( example getting ONE mini bagel hole instead of two) or 3 hash browns in the loaded hash and one was so hard you couldn't break it apart with a steak knife, a coffee that was only supposed to have cream and sugar and I'm not even questioning the coffee at this point and finally a egg sandwich that is colder then the artic... THIS IS YOUR LOCATION! ... don't waste your time, money or even your happiness at this location and because the workers/employees are probably the rudest hospitality employees I have ever met in my life. Expect your trip to go "what do you want, pull up, total" and they will shoo you away so when you realize your order is messed up you're already out of their parking lot. Absolutely the WORST DD I have been to! I ordered an iced coffee and asked for it black. Received ice coffee and I asked for half and half on the side. They guy said that they ran out. How does a coffee place run out of half and half???? Then I asked for cream on the side and he told me since i ordered it black I can have cream on the side. I asked for some cream in a cup and then he said he didn't want to waste a cup. Then I asked for Splenda he throws them at me and tells me not to mix my coffee on the counter and to mix it elsewhere. This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area...maybe even on the planet. They get your order wrong more than they do right. It came to the point where I would wonder if they just make whatever they want. The drive thru is terribly designed, the orders consistently screwed up, and the coffee burnt. This is an unusual location. Where it is located can be difficult to get in and out of . Plus with the ongoing construction on Route 13 / Bristol Pike , it makes that issue even of more concern, however the donuts I have gotten have always been fresh however never let them put them in bags because the toppings are so soft that they get stuck in the bag and the wax paper they include and it's a bit of a mess getting out and eating without getting " gummed up " and driving you do not want that , or for that fact standing still either so have them put them in a box instead ! read more

99% of the other reviews are pretty old so I figured I'd write a new one. I go to this DD all the time and they're awesome! I love when the tall guy is working because he's super nice and makes the best coffee, but it's all pretty good. Also, DD has good prices for everything- coffee, bagels, donuts etc. I guess it is kinda in a strange spot but it's not hard to drive into at all and is definitely worth it! I love dunkin! I've been to this Dunkin Donuts many times and have never had a good experience, every coffee I get tastes extremely watered down like they're trying to save money by limiting the amount of coffee they're using. Food is always strange tasting. Dunkin Donuts needs to reevaluate these guys and make sure they're doing things correctly, or put someone else in charge over there, I get the same thing every time and all other Dunkin' Donuts get it perfect, except these people. My husband and I have been coming to this DD every morning Monday through Friday to get coffee. At least once a week,, the order gets screwed up. The girl at the counter is in too much of a hurry to stand still and listen to the order. She wants to assume that she remembers it and goes off on her own. Today I ordered a bagel besides the usual coffee. I ordered a garlic bagel with cream cheese. How hard is that? Well apparently it's very hard. When the girl gave me the bagel, I asked her "this is not toasted, right" and she said no, it wasn't toasted. I get it home and it's toasted. For crying out loud! We are not asking you to remember our coffee order. We are not asking you to modify my bagel order. Just give us what we want all the time, not just when you feel like it. We have decided to leave for the train station 5 minutes earlier and go to the Dunkin Donuts on Woodbourne Road, where we get our coffee on the weekends. The order is always correct there. Visited today, ordering a cold brew coffee. I had a perks coupon due to the daily visits I make to DD. The owner proceeded to tell me this is a very expensive drink to make, and the perks coupon can only be used for regular or regular iced coffee, then walked away. This is bogus, as I reviewed all terms and conditions. I didn't go back to show him, and needless to say will never step foot in his establishment again. Just bad!! Ordered from here a few times. Always the same order, iced tea no sugar extra lemon. They alway claim to be out of fresh lemon. They put in lemon juice from a bottle I guess and I always tastes horrible and like something's wrong or day old. I've stopped going to this DD, there is wawa or another DD like 5 minutes away of rt13 and Beaver dam rd. There service is much better and they always have fresh lemons! read more

I went there today and ordered 2 coffee. The guy made my coffee wrong. I went in and asked him nicely to make me a different one yet he still gave me the wrong coffee. He didnt say sorry and blamed it was my fault. Everytime i come here 2out of 3 time they messes up my coffee. I will never go back to this DD.
