Drive thru - ordered 2 drinks, paid and left.....both drinks were terrible! Hot chocolate was very watered down and, latte was cold with cold froth on top! Went back inside 10 mins later for a refund....Was told NO MANAGEMENT on duty, so NO REFUND! Asked for corporate or higher-level management phone number, was explained that they do NOT have any number for ANYONE other than the shift manager who is basically a glorified hourly employee! $10 for 2 drinks that went into the trash! Also was told that their frothing machine is "garbage" and that their cappuccino machine, which dispenses hot chocolate, always adds too much water! We stopped in the drive through today and were warmly greeted and then informed with an apology that the toasters were offline. "It's just coffee and donuts today." So we got a coffee and a donut. I scanned my phone to pay and earned whatever credit there is for that. Coffee was the typical Dunkin hot with the right amount of cream and sugar. The donut was a classic glazed and my wife enjoyed it. Hopefully they can fix the equipment as I wanted a Snackin Bacon and she wanted a breakfast sandwich. Terrible customer service went in at 7:30 and said they were not serving frozen or hot coffee because they were closing in 20 minutes

I quit this job a week ago. Literally the worst manager I've ever had in my life got into an argument because she continues to use decaffeinated beans for espresso and regular coffee when she runs out of the regular. And because her husband watches cameras to watch her crew from home! How weird to have a 50 something year old man to watch an entire crew of mostly females to see what he can see claiming it's for their special needs son! Talks bad about the entire staff from hygiene to dental! Somebody needs to help with this business! read more

Dunkin' Donuts in Lenoir had at least one employee working there that was part of a credit card theft ring. Every person in my company traveling here that went to this place got hit on our cards. we were all able to trace back to this location. I informed corporate office for Dunkin but never heard back. Don't use a credit card in the drive through or sure. read more

Ask for the green tea latte iced with half and half and two pumps of sweetener should have been pretty straight forward three people came up front to just ascertain what I wanted. then when it was made it was made she blended it with ice. I did not ask for it frapped. .I asked for it iced it was very weak and pale in color anyway when I just asked for my money back I was told I would have to wait for them to get commission to give me my money back why would you need permission to get give me my money back on a drink you messed up. I went inside to enjoy a cup of coffee & a donut. I got to listen to a women (I assume she had some type of management position) berate the employees for no reason. She was rude, loud, and disrespectful. Needless to say, I'll not go back nor will I recommend this coffee shop to anyone. read more

They cannot make coffee. We spent almost $20 on 5 drinks and they were all DISGUSTING. the white lady with the long dark hair, accused us of "wanting something for free" when we asked for the drinks to be remade. They claimed they were made the way we wanted, but they substituted sugar free shots for the syrup, which made the drinks undrinkable. I tried giving back the drinks and asked for a refund and they refused. They finally remade the drinks in another flavor, cause I refused to leave until we had drinkable drinks or refunds. If you're out of syrups, you should say so cause the sugar free shots are nasty. read more
