The employee that works at the drive thru window in the morning (brown hair with glasses) is RUDE! He accepted a coupon that I mistakenly thought was taken at that location, he visibly showed his frustration despite being the one to offer accepting it anyway. Afterward he then told me I need to check location next time. It was an early morning last minute decision and I just mixed up the location with the one further south on Pottsville Pike, a simple "I'm sorry we cannot accept this coupon" would have been fine. Manager named John yelled at me after ordering the new brown sugar shaken espresso, saying they can't make it modified. I was confused because I didn't ask for anything modified and we went back and forth way too long. I finally pulled around to the girl who took over (while I'm in tears at this point) and she tells me "we don't have oat milk and it normally comes with oat milk. Would you like whole or almond milk?" Like how hard was that?! And I still payed and they charged me for oat milk. Never once did he tell me they were out of oat milk but he did try to guilt me for the line HE caused. Some simple customer training would go a long way here. Oh and the coffee tasted like crap. Bad customer service. I placed an order here last week and received the wrong item. I travel through the area occasionally so it won't be feasible for me to go back to the store and resolve this in person. I tried calling Dunkin customer service to get a refund and they hung up on me. How hard is it to refund a customer for a messed up drive thru order? It should be pretty easy to fix and make customers happy. I am happy to go somewhere else for below average coffee and fast food without the bad customer service. read more

Normally, my wife and I have had all around good experiences with this unit. However, today, July 10, 2025 order #7454 was different. Stopped in with my wife and one of our granddaughters (age 9). She got some glazed munchkins while my wife ordered our regular coffee selections. Large, hot regular coffee with cream, stevia, and light ice for me; large hot decaf, cream and mocha for my wife. The young lady waiting on us was obviously new since she had to ask how to get access to the register and how to add ice to a coffee order. When we got back to our car, my wife and I remarked to each other that our coffees tasted weak. When we looked at the stuck-on order tabs, we noticed that the my Stevia, both Creams, and her Mocha all were set to "1". In the past, for a large coffee, these have all been set to "4". Now, I can't blame the new employee who took our order for lack of knowing, but the manager who filled our drink cups surely should have known the default settings for large hot coffees and should have double checked knowing he had an inexperienced person at their register. (Also, I had to ask that same manage to put the ice in my drink after he himself served it to without any.) I normally would not blast something like this on a review site and would, instead, have dealt with it privately in a phone call, but this site's voice mailbox is full - another management issue. read more

I love the snackin bacon at Dunkin. But I stopped getting it at this store months ago because it was always greasy and soggy. But I figured they couldn't screw up a donut. Hell, donut is in their name. I ordered a berry powdered donut and got what you see in the picture. I think they spelled Berry powdered wrong they should have spelled it P-L-A-I-N. This may be the worst Dunkin Donuts in the entire company, corporate or franchise. It's certainly the worst one I've been to, and that includes one in Kansas City that spilled hot coffee on my arm, giving me 2nd degree burns. read more

Every time I stop at this location they mess something up! Today it was no straw and no napkins. In the past it was a cold breakfast sandwich with unmelted cheese. When it comes to their coffee there is no consistency when adding Cream and Sugar. Today at least the girl working the drive was very nice. In the past they have been too busy having a conversation with the other employees to notice you are even there. The speed of the drive-up is very slow compared to other locations in the area. I don't normally go out of my way to give a negative review but something needs to be done by management to get this location to be at the same standards as other Dunkin's in the area. All I have to say is it would be in everyone's best interest to drive a few extra minutes and visit the other locations for your morning pick me up! read more

I have been a regular at this dunkin for 2 years now. I get the same iced coffee everyday and every time I receive my drink, it either tastes like water or straight up creamer. Which causes me to have to waste extra time asking for the workers to remake my drink. Today was extra special as I normally come into this dunkin around 2:45 and it always seems to have the same workers. This slender built Sammy guy was being very rude when I asked to remake my drink. Asking why it needs to be remade and I should have already put the extras I wanted into the order before I order, which I did. Slowest, poorly run dunkin around. I don't know how else to review it. You will wait in drive thru for 10-15 minutes for your order. Staff is very nonchalant. I suspect ownership is understaffing, paying poorly as there is always a hiring sign. Not the way to build a business. If possible I avoid this location and am sure others do too. read more

First two visits were great, third visit 7 pm on 01-15 waited at counter for 5 minutes to get dozen donuts and 50 munchkins and not a good evening no acknowledgement so I walked out. They were to busy making a latte for drive up so they lost a sale. I know it's new employees so I'll try one more time before a negative freedback. Three people behind counter and no one helped me.
