We didn't say we wanted one but she charged us for one anyway. We had no idea, she didn't clarify our receipt with us, she didn't communicate much at all. She said we had forgotten but we didn't even ask to order one. I thought she was coming out to apologize for her attitude. Clearly confused, instead of explaining to us that she thought we had ordered a cinnamon roll, she just extended her arm inside the car and put the box of on the dash of my car, then went back inside without a word. She could've easily remedied the situation by simply saying, "Sorry, I didn't know you didn't want a cinnamon roll." I would've let everything go right there. Instead, she just stared at us as my sister and I were clearly perplexed by what was going on. An apology could've gone a long way and I wouldn't have felt compelled to write a review. The donuts were genuinely not bad at all but the service left such a bad taste in my mouth I can't quite cleanse.
