I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. The employees acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. The service was slow, there was a lack of urgency. The restaurant wasn't busy enough to justify the wait, and no one apologized or acknowledged the delay. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately this location fell well short. I hope management addresses the lack of effort and professionalism because this experience definitely didn't meet the standard I'd expect from Dunkin'. Coffee was good though. read more

These past couple of weeks when I've gone it has taken 10 to 15 minutes in the drive thru with either just me in line or one other car. It was so bad today I just had to drive off. When the staff finally acknowledges you, they don't even apologize or acknowledge that you've waited so long. I know Dunkin service isn't always the best but it has become exceptionally worst lately, gonna have to skip it on the way to work now, because they definitely make you late even when you have plenty of time. Sunday morning, no donuts, ice cream cabinet is half empty, no labels on remaining. Store is a mess, everything dirty. Staff of 4 hiding in the corner with wide eyed vacant expressions, apparently unable to speak. Staff appearance is similar to that of a homeless encampment in LA. I'm not entirely sure they were actually employees or hitchhikers off the interstate that broke in and ate all the donuts, either way save yourself a stop and pass this one. read more

After driving past everyday to work, I decided to stop because I haven't had Dunkin in a while. It was my first and last time stopping. Took them a few minutes to answer the intercom with no one in line or inside. Put my order in and go to the window. Paid and got my change (almost $15) all back in ones first off. she goes to hand me my drink and I said that's not my drink. she said yes, it is... I said can I please get the whipped cream and the caramel and mocha drizzle that I asked for And probably paid extra for. Goes back in, brings it back to the window and the only thing she did was add whipped cream. OK I can get past that but when I drink my drink... I went in person. Stood at register for about six minutes no one in line. None of the staff members acknowledged me and they were actively taking drive-through orders that came up after I got there. This place has also forgotten add-ons that I added to my order that cost extra money. i feel like they don't care about me. like it's ok if you're busy but you were taking orders that came after me and don't even speak to me. read more

You never know if you'll get a friendly employee or one that would rather throw the donuts at your face. Today my kids order of seasonal donuts were crammed in a bag and essentially mush. The "filled munchkins" were balls of dough in a box filled with jam. If you're out of boxes, that's fine but there are better ways to bag an order. We ordered a dozen donuts, a small hot coco latte and a large iced green tea at 11:22 this morning. At 11:45 after asking us three times what our drinks were again, serving others their drinks before us... we were handed a partially filled large BLACK tea and an ICED coffee. 20 minutes for two drinks and they were wrong - and we told them a total of 4 times what they were. We left and went to 7 Brew. The lady working wasn't using gloves like the gentlemen were, and her hair was everywhere just willy nilly not pulled back or covered while making food that was going out through the drive thru. The gentlemen working the drive thru moved at a snail's pace and couldn't do more than one single task at a time. We definitely enjoy the donuts but I think we will go elsewhere from now on. read more

Horrible service! There was 3 workers and we didn't get attended to until about 10 minutes of waiting. Rude girls decided to laugh at us paying in cash saying my mom was a "stripper" which i can confirm she's not. We then got our food with two egg wraps in one wrapper which has never happened before and we had to wait another 15 minutes for our other coffee they began to laugh at us hysterically until we just decided we had to leave. read more

This was supposed to be a medium coffee with French vanilla regular vanilla cream and sugar. It tasted like black coffee with cream, None of the other things I asked for. I brought it up to the guy that was working and he told me he put all those things in it and after asked him to remake it he continued to argue and tell me that all my preferences were in the drink. 10/10 don't recommend getting coffee at night with them employees. They place was over all clean but he was also cleaning while I was trying to sit and eat. read more

We ordered online about 10 minutes before we arrived and they still took about 20 minutes to give us our order. They where out of almost all the drink mixes and they didn't give us the right donuts. They only gave us half our order and expected us to leave. The employees where extremely rude and they fought inside when we went through the drive-thru. When we finally got our order we went home and bit into the donuts. some of them weren't even the right donuts! I usually like Dunkin' but this location and experience wasn't pleasant. If you want what you ordered, a nice experience and in a timely fashion I suggest you choose a different location. read more

Sigh. I *really* want to like the DD here. It's open 24/7. It's in a fantastic location. It has a drive-thru....but there is one BIG problem -- it's not consistent. I've stopped there several times for an iced-coffee and the drink is never the same. It'll be under-poured one day, over-sweetened the next, then completely wrong the day after that. I understand that this business is just recently opened, but training/customer service is seriously lacking. I've been in several (and I mean several, since I previously lived in New York for three years, and there is one on every corner) Dunkin' Donuts, and it's just not the same here. Was absolutely blown away at how RUDE the staff here were. We went through the drive through and as I'm ordering a woman (who I assume thought her mic was off) starts mocking me as I am ordering! My mother and I are both from the east coast, NYC and New Hampshire respectively, and it has been such a blessing to finally have a Dunkin Donuts near us after nearly 20 years without one. We're such regulars that the staff are on a first name basis with us, and even have the order committed to memory! They never fail to make it perfect every time, and we'll keep coming back for as long as they're here. The coffee is delicious and never burnt, the bagels are toasted just right every time, with a good slathering of cream cheese that makes the morning better. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone from the east coast passing through to stop by, because Dunkin isn't on every corner like it is up there. read more

Speaker does not work, staff was rude and did not know the products! Manager a man on duty could careless about customer service. When I was called regarding the complaint, I was given a list of excuses! The corporate office was blamed for the speaker not working, and more excuses why I had to wait for a single scoop with Carmel for 10 mins! Smh read more

The coffee and donuts are always good. The service is terrible and even if they repeat your order back to you correctly it doesn't mean that they will have it correct once you pull up to the window to pay. The guy working there acted like I didn't even order two donuts even though he repeated my order back to me correctly and I'm 90% sure he gave me the wrong sized coffee. I called and the shift leader didn't even say one thing about talking to her employee about actually listening and putting the order in correctly. i've came here a couple of times and the staff wasn't very welcoming and helpful, I decided to give it another shot with 3 friends and we actually got welcomed with warm and fun smiles and it turned out to be the manager. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! That man knows the way to treat his costumers and was so helpful, definitely recommend this place to friends and family!! they definitely have made improvements!! read more
