I decided to treat myself this morning with a bagel from Dunkin' Donuts and a hot chocolate. The intercom wasn't working so there was a young lady standing out with a tablet taking orders, which was fine. I ordered a everything bagel with cream cheese and toasted with a hot chocolate. She told me it was six dollars and change and to go around the corner which I did. I had to wait quite a bit because the girl running the drive-through window was actually running everywhere else and doing other things instead of coming to the window and giving me my order. I received my bagel, which was supposed to be toasted and warm. It was cold. I took my hot chocolate and it didn't feel very hot through the paper Cup. So I open the hot chocolate and as the pictures show, it was just above a half a cup of hot chocolate, not a full cup, which I paid for a full cup and didn't get. And then I open the bagel to find it was cold even cut in half and there was no napkin. It's been a while since I've been to Dunkin' Donuts and maybe my last experience was something the same as this and that's why I hadn't been back in a while. And I think it'll be a while before I go back again because I was not very happy, especially with everything being wrong on my order and then cheating me out of a full cup of hot chocolate. I mean, I ordered a small cup of hot chocolate and got barely half a cup. So buyer beware check your food before you leave and don't worry about the lines behind you. I will probably be going to one of their competitors New York bagels because their everything bagel has a lot of toppings where Dunkin' Donuts everything bagel was very sparse. So if you're just in a rush and you need something quick then maybe Dunkin' Donuts is for you but if you want something, that's really good then you might want to try someplace else. read more

This is the only Dunkin location that my husband and I will go to. Not only is it the accuracy of the orders but the amazing staff. When we go in they know us by name and usually know our drinks before we ever start to order. On Saturday mornings we often go in as a large group and although they get busy they are always extremely pleasant and never show that they are stressed. The General Manager Amy and her Assistant Renee are awesome as well as the shift leads. I would feel horrible to leave out any of the team that takes awesome care of us but just to name a few Fitch, Jason, Christian, Katie, Kaitlyn, Jared, Shawn, Dom, Ellie, Dottie, and this is only a few of the amazing team they have. read more

I am currently visiting Florida for the holiday's and I have been to Dunkin Donuts around 5 times and ordered an XL Sweet Iced Green Tea. Every time so far has great but this time I was given literally nothing but sugar water with a tea bag. At first the woman hadn't even sweetened the drinks, as she was instructed. I don't even want to give ''tis restaurant a one star, but in order to post I have to give it something, but 1 star is way to much. I wanted to write this review beacause I want people to know what kind of place they are eating at. I went there Dec 5, 2016, went through Drive thru( been there many times, but never again) I ordered a everything bagel toasted with cream heeds and a small coffee. I pulled into a parking place to spread my cream cheese on both side before I got back on road and when I opened the wrapped bagel a bug come crawling out.... holy Toledo I almost groped right there. I of course took it back inside along withe coffee for a full refund. The girl working the counter was very apologigitic, she had to call manager over to issue the refund.the manager did not once apologize, or even acted like she cared, she acted mad cause I wanted full refund. Sorry lady if you give me food with a bug in it I sure as heck don't want anything you store has... I will NEVER eat there again.i can promise you everyone I know won't either...
