Again, efficient and nice. For as busy as this location is, the crew keeps a positive attitude. Never had issues. Star 5: food and drink. He apologized and even has the nerve to say maybe next time don't order the wrap meal. It may not satisfy the average person. I have never had a problem with my coffee or the croissant I order. Awful Service to walk-ins. The service at this location is deplorable. I walked in and ordered an iced coffee at the kiosk. There was no one ahead of me except for drive-through people. I stood by the pick up counter and no one said anything to me. I waited five minutes and then another customer came in, waited, and the server asked her a question and provided her coffee and she was on her way. I stepped closer to the counter, and finally someone realized that I was actually standing there and asked could she help me? I told her that I was waiting for a coffee before the lady who just left - who was standing further away from the counter than I was, by the way. I'm guessing that they thought I was just there to pass the time watching them put together coffees. Servers walked back-and-forth and didn't say anything to me while I was standing there. Spent 20+ minutes in the drive thru. Each car took about 5 minutes to service. The only reason I didn't leave is because I did a mobile order and it was on the way to my destination. Upon arriving to the window they told me they were out of cold brew and I could get something else (why was the app not updated?). This Dunkin Donuts is located in a small shopping strip facing 278 towards highway 92. It is next door to a Jiffy Lube. The shopping strip itself is pretty compact and parking is limited. To get to the drive thru you have to route around to the back of the shopping strip. The store itself was extremely clean and well kept when I came in one afternoon. My cashier was super nice and said "howdy!" I got a medium black coffee with two heart shaped jelly donuts for about $4.00 total. My donuts were fresh, my coffee was hot and tasted like it was made pretty recently. No complaints. Thanks guys! Today is mother's day, so I go to DUNKIN to take advantage of the special in the app. I place my online order and go pick it up 20mins later. I get there and they are out of one of my donut choices and have been all weekend but never updated the app. After the 20 min wait in drive through I asked Malcom due to the inconvenience can they just replace it with 2 other plain donuts. He said no, I asked to speak to the manager. Malcolm then decided to go on a disrespectful tirade yelling across the entire store. I was horrified at this level of disrespect from a DUNKIN employee and the fact that Marvin the manager allowed this to happen in front of him. I don't think the reviews matter for this location. Someone mention that a Krispy Kreme needs to be located in Hiram. There are a lot of stores that need to be in Hiram , that includes QT, but that's off the subject. Sorry. The appearance of the employees needs to get better. Once there was an employee that handed me my donuts with hands that looked like she had been working in a coal mine. Her nails were extremely dirty as well. Her hair looked oily and stringy. Awesome French vanilla coffee! I am a regular here. They occasionally make a mistake, (cold instead of hot), but they will switch it for you if you tell them. The location is good because you can make a line in the parking lot behind it. This is better than Starbucks because it doesn't block the road! I have never had anyone be rude. the coffee. I come here after class almost every other day, I have a great experience here almost every time and all the staff is very friendly. Today they had messed up my order but before I brought it up to them the corrected it and gave me the mistake order and my order. My order was also more expensive then what they had written up and cashed me out for but they said it was "no big deal" and "not my fault" so I shouldn't worry. I have not visited this location since last year because I always have a bad experience here. I took a chance because it was close to home and more convenient on this particular day. The cashier looked a bit unhappy, but smiled when I asked if she was doing ok. The service was decent. My complaint is the fact that after she made my drink, she wiped my entire cup with her apron. This was so disgusting and unprofessional. I should've asked for another drink, but I was in a rush. Who knows what was on that apron. I used to be a Barista for Starbucks and I would have never thought to wipe anyone's drink off with my apron.
