I don't usually write reviews for Dunkin but today pushed me to my limit. Ordered two banana ice coffees ... one with 5 extra pumps (not mine) ... asked to go to the second window to wait... two flavorless coffees. ($8.00) for no flavor ... actually just cream flavor! Waited over 20 minutes at 12pm on a Monday afternoon in the drive-thru just to be met with the rudest, laziest service I've ever seen at a Dunkin'. The employee at the window couldn't be bothered to do her job -- leaning on the counter, telling me to "go to the next window and wait," while others worked nonstop around her. She couldn't be bothered to move from the register never mind help her coworkers, she sent every car to the second window so others would do her job for her. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Dunkin' needs to seriously retrain or replace this person. (I was to angry to ask for a name and pulled off. Was an Older woman, grey hair and might have had a cane. Had trouble walking. working the first window Monday Oct 27th at 12pm) She is NOT the person you should have for the face that is greeting you when you pull up, ZERO people skills, completely ignorant, nasty attitude with no remorse. I've heard this complaint from many people, just got a taste of it myself first hand. Would give zero stars if given the option. Do better Dunkin's. read more

I usually like this location but there's been multiple times where they have just messed up my order. Yesterday, I went here ordering 3 breakfast sandwiches and 2 wake-up wraps and ended up with 2 breakfast sandwiches and 3 wake-up wraps. This is the second time in a week that Dunkin in general has messed up my order giving me a wake-up wrap when I ordered a breakfast sandwich -- that other location earlier in the week was the one nearby in Methuen and I had only ordered just that 1 sandwich. Obviously, the breakfast sandwich is more expensive than a wake-up wrap and both times, I did not realize until I got home. Nothing worse than when you feel jipped. Someone really needs to double-check their orders before placing it in the bags. read more

Service was shockingly bad, I know Dunkin's well known for having garbage service but this stuck out. I was barely acknowledge by the lady with the cane who proceeded to take my order, and said absolutely nothing else, and I ended up asking if my payment went through. Not even a "do you want your receipt" Everyone else working behind the counter seemed to be fine, the order was correct and quickly prepared. The location recently had work on it, so naturally it was clean, but I'm interested to see how it turns out later. This location seriously needs to pay attention to the customer service, but otherwise this trip was fine. read more

Just went to this Dunkin's for the last time and sadly I live right down the street so it is convenient. Two days in a row, same woman got my coffee order wrong and I reinforced what I wanted when she read the order back to me. Both times still wrong. The first time, I ordered a large flavored decaf. I got a medium non-decaf coffee and had to give it back to be fixed. The second time, there was no label on the cup and I asked if he was sure it was decaf and it wasn't. Waited at least 10 minutes to get a corrected cup of coffee. The lady who took my order both times was the rudest person I have ever come across. She was so short with me and nasty - I was speechless. If I hadn't paid, I would have driven away. I'm sure she remembered me returning my coffee the day before and just didn't like me for sending it back again. I have never been treated that badly. I am not leaving because of the store, I am leaving because of her. I bet she'll lose you a lot of business. Getting coffee is a very picky process for me because I get horribly sick from caffeine so I always have to ask to confirm and make sure. You can be sure after drinking the second cup of coffee, it was not decaf and an ER visit was a close call because I was so sick. I'm thinking she walked away with the coffee and brought the same one back because she was so nasty. i will drive further into town to get my DD sandwiches and beverages. She is a huge liability to this store. You never know what health issues people have and on the rare occasions I risk getting coffee, I pray that they care and understand. Not this place - just the rudest woman I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I went at different times of the day hoping she wouldn't be there but as luck would have it, she was. Negative 1000 stars. Twice in the last 4 days things have been horrible. I realize you open at 5. When you do-have people who can handle That. I get it. Min wage-get what you pay for etc. BUT-how many dunks/McDonald's etc have employees who smile who all get paid the same? So sat morning I came in w my husband. Music going employees laughing. But no where to be found! So after waiting 5 minutes without even a greeting, I did a to go order. When I picked up my stuff, I said to the manager "we were waiting so no came and I did a to go". "Oh" he says. Ummm I've already paid for my stuff. I'm not looking for free. You can't fix what you don't know is wrong. Instead of thank you, let me look into it or something-I get "ok". This morning-again 5am-I do a to go order. As always any drive thru orders don't go to the same System as the ones you pick to pick up inside. That's not the store fault. That's a corporate thing. BUT whenever you go you always hear "it's an on the go-ugh". Again-why are you working there if mornings aren't your thing. Today, I hear them yell, jimmy we Are at 7 minutes. So glad you told the manager who didn't even bother to come and apologize. Not looking for free. It's on the go and paid for. How do you not apologize??? The lady who handed me my coffee (after I pulled up to the 2nd window after 7 minutes) did say so sorry and she was sincere. She shouldn't have had to say sorry. You are management and there. Speak up! So not only did I tick off 6 cars behind me (check the tapes) but then got pulled up to find out the "spider" donuts didn't have the chocolate munch-inks. She asked if I wanted another type of munchkin. I said sure-glazed on top is fine. Well 13 min total later, I came home to a delicious latte (def was made right) and 3 glazed donuts! I was also greeted w crying kids who thought they were getting spiders. Just shut it down. This place is a manager mill. Keep on turning them and running them ragged and expecting great things. This place is horrible horrible horrible. Oh and so glad i paid for special donuts and got traditional ones. Never again. Will drive 5 more min out of the way. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is by far the worst which sucks because it's convenient. I have come here multiple times I have stood at the counter for over 10 mins and not being acknowledged when they look right at me. I went in this morning ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich and they repeat the order back to me which was correct. I get to the window and they asked me what I ordered made the sandwich completely wrong and was trying to get me to take the sandwich cause they just made it? Ummm no I want what I ordered. They have a nerve to give me attitude for there mistake. They repeated the order back to me that's what I don't get and this happens every time I go. On other times I got a bagel with cream cheese open bag at home wrong bagel and they forgot to give me cream cheese. I could keep going on and on this place is horrible I def won't be back. Decent coffee but they will screw up your order on a regular basis. Unfortunately you won't realize that your small black hot coffee is a Carmel extra light with 10 sugars until you are 5 miles down 495. Ugh! read more

Worst experience. Coffee is great here, food is another story. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with hash Browns. After waiting to the side for my food, I get all the way home and realize there are no hash browns and no bacon on my cold sandwich! I visit this location pretty much every day. Their customer service had gotten alot better but now there is a woman working there who clearly hates people. I realize it's tough working customer service in these crazy times but that is no excuse for a bad attitude. She's been at the window for a couple of weeks now and her tone always implies you're bothering her. I have gone out of my way to be pleasant in return. Today was the worst. Closing time is 8. I went before 6 and tried to order a croissant and was told the oven was being cleaned.. ok How about an English Muffin..isn't there a toaster? Same reply delivered in an even surlier tone. I said how about a bagel? This time the answer was the same but she was really annoyed and made no effort to hide it. I said I would go somewhere where they weren't so rude and she said "bye!" As I drove by the window to leave she said something else that I couldn't make out. Their marquee boasts about their customer service.. well this woman needs to be retrained apparently. -100 star review. Literally should not be a allowed to be a dunks restaurant anymore. If any dunks upper management sees this you really need to reform every staff member here. I've gone here 5 times and I have no idea why. Probably because my work is only a mile down the road. Oh yeah was late every single time I stop at this place. Lines literally wrapping around the place and the only way you get to order is when everyone else in front of you is smart and fricken leaves. I'm talking 7-10 cars all at once. Then they have you pay and ask you to please pull up and because you order is taking a minute. 10-15 minutes later " Here's your food" " that's not my order" " that's sucks" 5 minutes later " is this your order? Sorry we were having a debate on witch order was yours" ??? Are you kidding me? This happened almost every time I've gone here and oh the crazy thing? I only ever order an everything bagel with cream cheese. The other crazy thing? I have a low level of expectation from DD, but even with that in mind we had a less than one star experience at this store. Stephain (I may have the spelling wrong) has no business working with the public in any capacity until he has had a complete retraining. Soft slurred speech, an inability to understand a simple straightforward order, a then improperly prepared order and a nasty attitude is a terrible reflection on any business.
