Donut was fine, a lot less cream in the center! Got to the window, hear a girl say real fast 'what's your order'. She had to repeat as I didn't understand her. Then didn't give me a price she said quickly to move up, which she had to tell me twice. The sign said donuts $1.00. Got to the window, she said $1.47 when I had $1.06 ready. I asked why, she said they are doing new things. I said you sign by the ordering spot is misleading, false advertising. She just shrugged and said $1.47. Stopped here on a road trip & was such a let down. The munchkins for kids taste like they are a week old.. stale & hard. There was no one in line before or after us, and we ordered munchkins & 2 wake up wraps we were in the drive thru window waiting for about 20 minutes! read more

It is a really good Dunkin and everything tastes good, just unfortunately if you order ahead they can forget your order in the morning rush.

We went through the drivethru for coffee and donuts for a happy break in our travels. We were greeted by an uninterested, mopey sounding employee. My husband proceeded with an order asking for 2 popular donuts. "We don't have those," the girls says. My hubby proceeded to ask for 3 other types of donuts, to which the employee replied "We're out of those." When we finally picked something they actually had we drove away and dug into the donuts and unfortunately all of them were stale! Then my kids opened their milks and guess what? Sour! We went back to replace the milks and did not get an apology or sympathetic ear, she just sent another employee to handle the problem and walked away. This used to be my absolute favorite dunkin donuts, but now I would have to say not to go there. I usually order a caramel swirl iced coffee with cream at every dunkin, but here I have to get extra caramel and extra cream, and even then it still tastes like watery flavorless bitter water with not enough ice. The employees are hit or miss, but quite often are miserable and just want to get you through as fast as possible so you can stop bothering them. If you want to get a terrible coffee from teenagers with crappy attitudes that make you feel bad about it, this is the perfect location for you! I stop here on my way to work 1-2 times a week on my way to work, normally in the morning, but sometimes after a long day. My coffee is always perfect and the times I do get a sandwich, it is perfect. Never have I had an issues besides an occasional slow order, but understandable when I only stop during their busiest times. This store is really inconsistent when it comes to making coffee. You can get three of the same coffees (e.g. vanilla latte), and none of them will taste the same. The donuts are standard issue, but when it comes to coffee, it's a flip of a coin. Will it be tasty and delicious? Will it contain sadness, misery and a tinge of regret? The inconsistency is too great when it comes to their coffee. Breakfast sandwiches are lacking, too. The bread sometimes tastes stale and flavorless, othertimes fresh and deliicous. There is just no consistency. As for the Baskin Robins portion... don't. You're better off going to Walmart or Wawa for ice cream (they're just around the corner). Do you REALLY want to pay $10 for a mediocre shake? If so, this is the place for you. I'm not kidding. The cost for a shake is about $10, and there's NO reason for it. All their ice cream treats cost about 50% more than they should, and I'm really not sure why. Even the employees at the store commented that they thought the costs were ridiculous when asked. I was in this store on Wednesday July 28th around noon. I ordered a medium regular coffee for my drive home two hours away. I had my lid closed until I got in the car and had my a/c on so I never opened my windows. As I enjoyed my coffee, I came to a slimy surprise towards the end of my drink. I spit it out and out came a tiny dead bee from my last sip. I know it had to be in there the whole time b/c normally I leave the lip lid closed b/c I am paranoid of something crawling in there like that. Needless to say, I am very disappointed & will probably never go to that particular Dunkin Donuts ever again!! read more

I just got back from hershey park on my way home decided to pull Into this place the drive thru. I mistakenly pulled into wrong part of drive thru so after waiting on line for 10minutes was told did you order through the intercom I said no I didn't see it. The older woman who works the window with glasses the team leader I guess or something was very very rude and was def racist. She would not take my order at the window she said you have to order at the intercom I said I'm sorry made a mistake I passed it she was like o well. I said we'll I'm right here you just can't take my order she said no??? Wow I can't believe it wow. She said you have to go back on line u looked behind me there was like 7 car line! Seems like i have a differing opinion than others below, but i like this DD and havent had any issues here. for some reason, more than most other DD i regularly go to, the donuts almost always seem soft and fresh. i havent had a day where they seem stale. other than that, your typical DD. read more

Disgustingly dirty place. Bathrooms just gross... Dirty tissue everywhere. Main eating area with dirty papers all over floor. Poor selection of available donuts and staff was lukewarm at best! I was so disappointed with my iced coffee at this DD! It tasted like the cream was stale. I NEVER complain about anything, but I felt like I was getting a bad product. I know what a DD iced coffee tastes like and this was not it! Disgusting! I brought it up to the counter and the woman could only tell me that the cream was fresh. Oh ok, thanks, but I am still not satisfied! Oh yeah and the manager was standing right behind her. I will not be coming back to this DD. While we do frequent here on occasion, I live right in between this DD and the one in Pottsville. I mostly choose Pottsville because of their excellence in customer relations, quality and consistency, and specials. This DD has poor customer service meaning the staff is not friendly and personable - and being it is near Cabelas it is a more ritzy looking store with higher prices...this particular store never has specials on their bagged coffee like the one in Pottsville and due to that we just don't give this store our business. It seems they are just out for making money rather than a good rep. read more

As a lover of Dunkin Donuts, I have been to multiple locations surrounding the area I live in, and this location is by far the WORST. It is located right by Cabela's in Hamburg PA. At first the service was great and the food was consistent. My fiancé and I went through the drive through and ordered a breakfast sandwich, after checking to see it was not what we ordered, he took it inside where he was rudely spoken to by one of their employees. The purpose of the drive thru is to safe time! She told my Fiancé that he might as well just come inside if he doesn't want problems and quicker service. I was appalled by this and called the store manager. She fixed it by giving me a free sandwich. Ever since then, we can't even go thru the drive thru because we always encounter a problem so we started just going inside and we are still experiencing problems. Not putting orders in properly and receiving wrong orders. Today I went in and was specific with my order. The lady ended up putting it in wrong and gave us a not so fresh donut. My fiance and I went in to get a new donut and sandwich. My fiancé went back to the car while I waited for my sandwich and as I was standing there I over heard the staff talking about my fiance and the donut. Im sorry but isnt the first rule of business the customer is always right even if they are wrong! I called corporate and spoke to the store manager yet again. Told me it would be taken care of and for their sake I certainly hope so because if not I see this location being shut down because the service is horrible and the employees are rude! Its clear the current management is not working. I have heard complaints from multiple people about this location. less than pleasant staff. i ordered hashbrowns and a large chai. got to the window the girl just said my total and i gave her exact change and she handed me the hashbrowns and said have a good one as she was closing the window and walking away. She could have said your chai will be right out but i sat at the window waiting for about 5 min when a younger kid tried handing me a medium chai, and i said i ordered a large he gave me a dirty look and walked away. few min later he hands me the large and shuts the window. if you mess up at least dont give the customer an attitude for your mistakes. read more

I frequent this location quite often (at least 1-2 times per week). I don't go for coffee, but for the breakfast sandwiches. There is definitely a common theme here. The sandwiches are always inconsistent. Sometimes they are served hot with the cheese melted and they are crafted nicely. Other times they are served warm at best with a nice cold piece of cheese just laying amongst the egg and meat. Sometimes the bread or croissant is toasted nicely, other times it's burnt, not toasted at all, or just downright stale. The other common theme is, the people on the drive thru are seriously rude. They never say please, thank you, your welcome, have a nice day, you can't even get them to say hello to you. They hand you your change, receipt, and drink all at the same time and get angry if you can't grow an extra hand to grab it all as they are throwing it at you. After receiving your change you can expect to sit for quite some time while they put together your sandwich. And forget going inside to complain if they mess something up. They will be nice to you until you make them aware of their mistake. I actually had someone throw a sandwich across the counter at me once because I complained that they put the wrong kind of meat in it. Not only are majority of the employees here rude, but almost every time I stop in they mess up my order or forget about it all together.
