They put peppers on the subs which we asked not to have, then have light mayo, plain steak and extra provolone. Pretty easy right? Third time we've spent over $60 in subs and it's been messed up every time. Yet he said they never mess it up and my dad must not have spoke clearly enough yet he did... then commander Cody started getting an attitude and tried intimidating me and ended up refunded $33... as opposed to just making 2 new subs which would have been a 1/6 of the price. Why is everything in Cumberland such a joke... just moved back after 10!years from living in an actual city. I'd fire this guy immediately. To mumble some threats over the phone and tell me to come down, then I asked him what he said on the phone to me and he couldn't remember and that I was making stuff up and if I wanted new subs to bring the old ones down... when obviously it was our lunch so we ate them, so instead of making 2 regular basic subs that would have cost the company maybe $4, he refunded $33.
