I call the store and waited 17 mins to get through to some high school student who told me "my bad" and handed me off to a manager. The manager tells me that the only way she can help me is a store credit. I told her no since I would never be ordering from them again since they obviously don't know what they are doing at this location. I asked her for a refund for the items which were not delivered. She told me that there is no way to give a partial refund. The only way I would get a refund was FOR ME TO DRIVE MYSELF TO PIZZA HUT AND TAKE BACK THE WINGS since they were delivered. I told her I didn't want money back for the wings, I wanted money back for the items not delivered (and paid for) and she told me that she wouldn't be able to help me and hung up.
