I've tried and given the benefit of the doubt to this location multiple times since i live so close by, but it's not worth it. I have never waited less than 15 minutes for a coffee with 1 person in line and 1 in the drive thru. The last time I tried I asked for a refund because I literally just ordered a donut and was waiting over 15 minutes. The girl basically cried and said she not allowed to give refunds. I'm a regular at this dunkin' donuts and i've never had a bad experience except for today when that fat red haired slob at the drive thru was getting smart when i was just simply asking questions. i asked what donuts they have the new fall menu and she said for me to "come in next time" because it inconvenienced her to tell me. She told us to drive to the front and wait, after we got our coffee and food there was no straws so i went inside to grab some and she was yelling at someone who she was training at the time. screaming "don't hover over me while i work" as if she's not teaching them. read more

I am shocked by these negative reviews. I went to this Dunkin location twice recently because it is across the street from the nail salon I go to. The service at the drive through is amazing. The staff is always super friendly, patient, and efficient. I literally stopped going to Dunkin because of so many terrible experiences. Now I look forward to stopping here because the drinks are made correctly and the service is so good. They are SO quick. I impulsively tried the pumpkin foam cold brew (which is not something I would ever order). It was great and not too sweet. The girl working was friendly and seemed really happy. Best customer service I've had in a LONG time. The lobby was closed, I'm assuming this is a COVID restriction, and the drive thru line was super long but moving fast. I had called ahead 2 days prior for a pickup order for work (box of joes and whatnot), so I knocked on the door and who I think was the manager greeted me and let me wait inside while they prepared the order. They were so kind, gave me a free iced coffee and offered me breakfast! This kindness made up for the wait and I didn't even think about the wait because I was so happy! I went there just for a little after sport snack, because their hours said they were open. However, when I pull up to the drive through it said that the store was closed, then I pull around and there were workers standing at the window. At times all four of them are working the drive-through window and nobody working the register. This is probably the last straw for me when it comes to patronizing the Dunkin Donuts Pittsburgh area franchisee. I stopped at the Glenshaw location while running errands on this very busy day. I had a 9 am pick up at the grocery store before I needed to make it home to supervise contractors working in my home. After dealing with a house fire almost two years ago, we're in the last stretch with contractors finishing up the top floor. We finally moved back home a couple months ago and I am anxious for the work to be finished. This was one day I didn't have extra time to mess around with a simple coffee order. Nor, should any customer have to on any day. Simply. I went through the Dunkin Donut drive through and placed and an order for drinks that caused issues. Unsweetened Iced Tea with blueberry flavor, Coffee with blueberry flavor, iced latte with blueberry. Well, I didn't try any of them until I was in line making my pick up at the grocery store. I took a sip of my iced tea. And it was BAD. Overwhelmingly bad blueberry concentrate had been added. Ugh. So. Despite being on a tight schedule to get home to my contractor, I returned to DD after the grocery store and explained the issue. I had tried the orders that I picked up. All were bad. The blueberry ratio was WAY OFF. Their response. "Yeah. The dispenser is broke. The only way to get out blueberry flavor is that strong way cause its broke. Some people like it with the strong flavor and some people don't. But our owner won't fix it. Sorry. We can give you new ones" WHAT?!?!?!?! Unacceptable. I've encountered the same issue at the Crafton Dunkin Donuts (same franchise) and now it makes sense. Equipment isn't being maintained and recipes are not being followed to the standard set forth by Dunkin Donuts national standards. It's a lack of respect for the consumer. I love Dunkin Donuts but I do not like being taken advantage of as a consumer. My time is valuable. So if you are ever in a market other than Pittsburgh, I highly suggest indulging in a Dunking Donuts Blueberry iced tea. They are delicious. Crisp and refreshing with what should be a light taste of blueberry. Not so here. This is disgusting. read more

I really dislike this place, and I probably will never go to another Dunkin Donuts again because of the horrible experiences I have had here. If you want a quick coffee and donut, do not stop here. They have a drive through which one would think would be quick, but it is just the opposite. I have waited in the drive through line 10-15 minutes just to order and then wait another 10-20 minutes for my food/drink. This happened several times. So I decided I will start going in, since the drive through is never time efficient. Well.. that was just as bad. Again several times I waited 5-10 minutes for my drink which was usually just an iced coffee. The final straw for me was when I went in to order my ice mocha coffee. I waited for about 7 minutes and the man preparing my drink hands me a small hot coffee. He realizes that isn't what I ordered so instead of making the correct drink, he puts ice in the hot coffee and gives it back to me. At this point I was already maybe going to be late for work so no use in complaining and waiting another 10 minutes. I love Dunkin' Donuts coffee, so stopped by to pick up a bag today. A very clean store, and some days the kids working there actually move into second gear to get your order to you quickly. They also have very good tuna and chicken salad sandwiches. I can't say much for their doughnuts as I'm not a big fan. This location is always packed, so going through their drive thru can really be a nightmare. This location is worth a visit if you're in the area. read more

The staff is friendly and maybe stoned most of the time. I got 2 coffees, the person that took my order made my coffees but neglected the 6 customers behind me. every time I've ordered cold brew with foam from this location it's been handed to me with the foam COMPLETELY melted into the coffee, and half the time the food is cold. if I wanted cold food and plain coffee I wouldn't be paying someone to make it for me, I'd make it at home for free. read more

Dunkin' is great. Usually. But not this location. Never this location. Sure the store is clean and recently updated, but the customer service is among the worst I've experienced. Cashier messed up my order; no big deal, right? But when I asked her about it she said she couldn't fix it, and told me she'd have to get the manager. No problem, right? The manager refuses to right the wrong, despite acknowledging that it was the cashier's error multiple times. Oh sure, the manager was cordial but refused to provide any solution. Without a doubt this Dunkin' Donuts location is consistently the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Our office is right down the street from this location and we stop here a couple mornings every week to order coffees and donuts for everyone in the office...mostly because this is the only coffee shop close enough. Our order is incorrect 9/10 times, we have it remade and it still ends up being incorrect. I see at least 6 people inside when I pull up but somehow there is always a long wait. The staff is constantly changing yet each employee is clearly unhappy and none of them seem to care about their quality of service. If we had another local option, we would not give another dime to this establishment. Corporate needs to spend a month here and get this place together. read more
